Hampton Inn Kingsland is a popular destination with an excellent staff. Check-in was easy and the room was spotless. We really enjoyed the breakfast with good selections and comfortable seating. The TV in the room is large and the powered window covers are a nice addition. The bed is comfortable and great to sleep on. The location is close to many chain restaurants and is near I-95 without getting the freeway noise. This property is serious about housekeeping and upholding the Hilton standard. Parking is well lit and secure. Very fun time and hope to visit again.

They are in the middle of renovation, which is definitely needed, but it won't change the room size. The people working there were very kind and welcoming. I really hope the hotel's makeover helps them out. The room did the job... We just needed a place to sleep on the way to Florida, but we paid way too much for the condition of the room.

very cheerful reception, room very clean. Hotel is undergoing renovations, but I did not notice as was not affected as we had an early departure. Breakfast area, very clean and lots of choices...thanks for the oatmeal and cinnamon roll waffles..yummy

We travel a lot and it was the most comfortable I have been in a long time. They were very clean and even smelled pleasant, the workers were always cleaning something and the groundskeeper actually keeps the grounds. The breakfast was nice as well, though we couldn't eat much of the food, there was plenty to choose from for those with a regular diet.

Should have been told it was being renovated terrible smell on the third floor the manager was not able to identify what it was. Breakfast ended at 9 too early other Hamptons are 10. Check in was fine women in breakfast are good.

Subtle differences from the hotel in Morgantown. Less amenities in the bathroom ( no lotion) and the gym was very small. Not a lot of room for more than two-three people. (Elliptical needs oil; it was squeaky.) But my only real issue was at breakfast. It was excellent. But there was no spoon in the almonds. I put a plastic spoon in. If someone had used the spoon from another amenity to get the almonds you could have an allergic reaction. The staff was great and super friendly!!! Overall I would stay there again.

Staff was super helpful and it was the perfect one night stop. The pool is not heated but that did not stop my 4 year old from having a little swim lol. Hot tub was hotttt- in a good way.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good and everything was clean. We loved our large room. I was disappointed with the water temperature for the shower that never really got very hot and the hot tub wasn’t working, which was disappointing since that was one of the reasons we booked the hotel.

What a lovely stay in Kingsland!! The shining star is the entire staff. Every single staff member greeted us and wished us a nice stay. The room was very clean and pleasant. In fact, the entire building was very clean. Breakfast was nice and well attended by staff. This will be our go-to when we pass through Kingsland, which is a regular stop over. Thank you!!

The room smelled of mildew, was hot and humid. The ac did nothing for this. There was a dehumidifier which tells you something. It also did nothing. Grimy carpet. No water pressure. If we weren’t exhausted we’d have left. Ugh. The operator said “this is Georgia sir. It’s humid here”. It’s humid in FL too but we have air conditioning

While the staff were all very kind and helpful, the hotel itself was not very clean and there were many repairs needed throughout the property. Our room had a very weird smell and there was quite a bit of hair in our bathroom and shower. The breakfast was good.

What we didn't like was the strong smells in the hallway and in our room. It was obvious that some kind of freshener product had been used continually to cover up a mildew smell in the carpeting. It was really strong in our room and bothered my allergies. Also, when we turned on the a/c unit, it was louder than usual, like a rumbling noise. Lastly, on the morning of our check out (check out time is 11am), housekeeping just walked into our room at 10am stating that she showed that we had already checked out. About 15 minutes later, another housekeeping guy knocked, stating that he too thought we had checked out. Nope. Thank goodness neither my husband or I were naked when the first gal walked in. We didn't check out that morning until close to 11am. Other than that, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and we slept well.

The room was nice check-in was fast and friendly The room was next to the elevator if your a light sleeper as I am change room noisey As for maintenance the shower handle when i turned the water on it came off in my hand someone should have had this happen before me Also the toilet about every 25 minutes ran for about 10 seconds it was late so i did not contact the front desk on a brighter note the room and bed were comfortable

Front desk staff, upon check in, asked me for the credit card, that I used for the room reservation. I could not because I used Apple Pay to pay for the room. I offered them another card for incidentals. I did not realize that they proceeded to charge my other credit card. So, I was charged twice for the same room.
