SpringHill Suites Las Vegas Henderson

We liked the location, a quieter option than the Vegas Strip. However, we were charged $15 a day to park on their parking lot. And the facility had no ice! Guests who were willing to endure the 115 degree heat wave could go across to their "sister" property and get ice. They made no plan to have any on the property. I was told they didn't know when they would have new ice makers! SAME thing with the indoor pool - it was not in operation - but we could go across to the "sister property" and show our key to register to use their pool. What a hassle! They advertised a great price but since we were staying over the weekend for a wedding their prices went up by $50 for Friday and Saturday. The suite was nice, the staff was great but I would have stayed elsewhere if I'd have known about the ice and the pool situations.

Staff was very nice. There for a soccer game. Food in the morning was fine. I went to the gym early (open 24 hours), we were able to get a late check out which allowed us to have the players shower after the game before driving home. It met all the needs.

Very nice. Ice machines not working...had to walk across the parking lot to obtain at another Marriott property.

I made a reservation at this Marriott because it has a indoor pool, however the pool is not open. The pool option is an outdoor pool at the hotel next door.

Room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. The pool was indoor and tiny the pool area was unkept and messy also the jacuzzi was out of service.

All the staff was warm and friendly, all the gym equipment worked and the continental breakfast was great

The only thing was charging for parking which was not necessary since we were staying at the property and it was not a resort hotel.

We didn’t hear about the new "parking fee" until we were checking in and already prepaid the hotel stay. We stayed at the same hotel last year without paying for patking. There is nothing special about this hotel to have us return there. The unannounced fee gave the impression that the hotel was unethical. We won't reward that type of behavior.

I did not like that the pool was closed and we had to share with another hotel. I also was not happy about the ice machine not working when it is 110 degrees out side. I feel the staff should have done something other than send us to the hotel across the way to fetch the ice.

The sheets had holes in them and was told I wasn’t able to use my credit card.

The front desk clerk was really friendly and super helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were really comfortable.

This is an older Springhill Suites. The rooms were dated, worn and had an older pull out mattress sofa bed vs the newer trundle. The bathroom was old, the TV service cut in and out. The front desk staff were hardly there and the back exit door stopped working with the key card halfway through our trip which was super inconvenient. Would likely not stay at this property again.

The location was perfect for our trip and the staff we dealt with were all amazing. The wifi worked flawlessly and for the most part the room was clean. Issues from lights that didn't work (we later found out they were disabled but Staff didn't know) the hot tub that I really needed after sleeping on mattresses that I could feel the springs was broken all 5 nights. The out dated room was clean except for black mold on top of the shower tiles. I don't remember seeing anywhere on Expedia that Parking was not included in the fees. We were charged an extra $15 a night for parking that didn't have any security. I would not recommend this location. I'm also starting to wonder about using Expedia. I've found good prices on Expedia, but I rarely get nice rooms, it seems like the rooms I get rarely have a decent view, or are next to storage closets or elevators. This property even explained that because we went through a 3rd party there really wasn't anything they could do for us as far as discounts for a bad experience.

We found water in our ice bucket, and a dirty rag in the bathroom from the previous guests. The walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors perfectly. It wasn’t horrible, but those little things made me not want to come back again.

Did not like anything about this property. Room was dirty and bathroom had mold growing in shower. Breakfast items in warming dishes were cold. Staff complained about being understaffed and still have not removed temporary hold on credit card. Will not stay here again.

This is one of my worst hotel experiences, which is particularly disappointing because a few weeks ago, I stayed at another Springhill Suites for the first time and thought that I had found a Marriott chain that would meet my expectations. Where I stayed in Henderson, could not have been worse… Upon entering the room I noticed a smell like cat urine; then the microwave area snd closet strongly smelled like mildew and mold. The sofa was stained, smelly, and disgusting. But probably the worst was that there was not one moment of peace or silence because of the design. Housekeeping staff let the doors bang shut. Vacuuming was going on at every possible inconvenient hour and there was no insulation so those walking in the room above actually shook the ceiling. It was in every regard awful.

We stayed just passing through. The beds were so uncomfortable and small. Our room had something leaking on the carpet. Unfortunately we couldnt be moved. Our room smelt like mold.

Spacious rooms

Very nice property. Staff was great. LOVED the room layout. Spacious, flexible, comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

Room was very large and very nice. Second time in a row I stayed at this branded property and I will continue to do so.

wi-fi was not working for entire stay. Although there was a tub, tub faucet did not work so only shower was available. Staff was friendly and amenable.

Clean, well maintained property. Good checkin. Excellent bed, television choices and room layout. Only negative: poor insulation in the ceiling such that noise from upstairs guest moving around the room was loud and intrusive.

Asked for a few extra items like pillows and bedding and seemed like a huge inconvenience!

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel in 2 years and I was so glad to see Tofi managing the front desk again. She's the epitome of one who provides excellent customer service by greeting guests with a friendly hello and ensuring that my requests were accommodated. Having driven from Texas for 17 hours and running into a few obstacles along the way, we missed our 3pm check-in and didn't arrive until approximately 8:30am the next day. When I walked through the hotel entrance with 0 hours of sleep, Tofi was a welcoming sight and she assured me that we were checked in and thoughtfully reminded me that breakfast was still being served and to make sure that I got me something to eat before it shut down. Another example of her outstanding guest relations aptitude is when she realized my hands were full from receiving a Door Dash delivery and she offered to help and also suggested the use of a luggage cart that I totally forgot about. Her professionalism, and genuiness in wanting to make a guest feel comfortable is very apparent and appreciated. She in my opinion is a model employee and deserves to be recognized, especially during a time when receiving just good customer service is almost a lost art where employees appear miserable and despise having to help a customer as if it's an inconvenience when that's what they were hired to do. It's very refreshing to know that there are still people like Tofi who takes pride in her job and is a very positive representative.

Mediocre hotel all around. We stayed with our family of four for an overnight stay before an early flight the next day. Front desk clerk came across brusque. It was late and we were tired and the extra QR code and signing up for parking was annoying. Just give me a piece of paper with my room number and Ill stick it in the window. Then getting texts from the parking app while i was on vacation at my destination? Very very annoying! The queen couch bed only came with one pillow so I called down to room service so both of my kids could have pillows. A scary guy who didnt smile and couldnt speak english handed me one pillow and it took me a minute to figure out that he was trying to tell me they didnt have any more. The king bed my husband and I shared was very uncomfortable. Spongey and worn. Every time one if us rolled over, the other felt it and woke up (and we are not big people).

Everything was good except upon check in. No one was at the desk for 15 min. I felt sorry for the employee since she had to run between the other Marriott property nearby. She apologized and said something about their system being down and offered a complimentary beverage or snack for waiting so long. She was doing her absolute best. The rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Good charging station for electronics on one nightstand. Room could have used 2 nightstands. Bathroom was very clean with great shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They had a full breakfast that ran till 10:00 am. Also, complimentary coffee and pop corn in lobby. I would stay here again.

Great experience at the SpringHill Suites. I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. Very Comfortable and clean room, good breakfast options and very friendly staff. Tofi was pleasant and attentive. I really enjoyed interacting with her. Overall, the stay was a 10 for me and I will return and stay when I am in Las Vegas.

The first day one of the house keepers , came into my room while i was gone and took pictures of my room to prove some kind of point. Just ended up leaving me uncomfortable the whole stay. Should have just stayed in her lane.

Stay overall was good but to start with it was not so good. People booked through third parties like Expedia treated differently. I learned this at the check in counter. Lady at the front desk specifically mentioned that. I was traveling with my aged mom who needed accessibility room. Lady at the front desk mentioned we do not entertain any changes when reservations done by third parties but as an exception we are doing it for you. Expedia folks, hope you are reading my review. Everything was good except that encounter with a lady at the front desk

Centrally located near the shopping center and freeways.

Far enough away from the main busy, tourist areas of Vegas. But close enough to everything we came to do. Clean property. Family friendly.

It’s okay, clean enough. Bathroom light and fan connected to each other, huge racket. Can hear people come in at 3 in the morning. Breakfast was slim, oatmeal, eggs n bagels. Pricey, pay for parking, no restaurants around. (Have to cross major road) Easy on and off freeway. Place to sleep, pricey.

Nice people and location

Property is run down and in a bit of a sketchy area. Several cars got broken into during our stay.

Best place to stay for seeing a concert or any major event in Las Vegas. Super easy to get around and the hotel was clean and quiet. The gym was nice and clean and open 24/7. The pool was nice. The breakfast was good as well. Thank you for a great stay!

The room was clean, nicely decorated, with comfortable beds. The included breakfast was the worst I have ever seen. Almost no variety and they kept running out of food so every time you went up to get anything, you had to beg for more.

Property was ok. Breakfast was very poor compared to Marriott Town Suites in same parking lot. The coffee was so bad I couldn’t drink it. The hair conditioner in shower was empty, which you don’t know until you’re in. You have to scan a QR code for parking, which wouldn’t load on our phones. We won’t stay again. Town Suites was so much better.

The breakfast was not suitable. Missing items, cold items. No doubt it meets some corporate minimum, not my return expectations. Staff didn't act like they could or would do much.

The rooms were pretty big. My daughter looked that it had a separate area for a couch which was a pull out bed. Breakfast didn't have as much food as I thought there would be. They have a little indoor pool and jacuzzi that my daughters used.

I have stayed here few time already. I like that is outside Las Vegas. Also, I like the option to bring my family and staying in the same room. Breakfast was hot and fresh.

I like the stay, but breakfast was abit disappointing, because is was 7-10 and by 9:40 there wa nothing anymore and the staff was putting everything away already which makes not sense because in other hotel we stay they actually wait, until the last minute to to start picking up

We have stayed many times here at this property. It is close to the city but not in the hustle and bustle of it. Their breakfast buffet options were quite slim and disappointing and normally this brand hotel is pretty good with their breakfast buffets. We stayed at another Springhills Suite later on in our journey and their Breakfast Buffet was excellent in Loveland, Co. and the hotel was superior to most we have been to along with an excellent price to boot! Consistency should be a thing with brands when it comes to breakfast options but in this case it was not. It was only thing though at this hotel that was disappointing.

The bed was very comfortable and the whole facility was very clean. Staff was very professional. Breakfast was great! Don’t like the fact that there was no nightstand on one side of the bed and that the fan was no in the bathroom when you turn the light on.
