The hotel was clean but lacking certain niceties. No coffee in rooms and the breakfast bar coffee was served lukewarm from a carafe. The rooms have no USB charging outlets and guests are not able to self regulate heat. My bathroom ran extremely low on toilet paper even after I asked for a backup roll on Day 1. Bathrooms are teeny tiny which is probably normal for the area.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Paris. The room was a junior suite and had a charming Parisian layout. At night, we left our window open to listen to the sounds of the city, which was both peaceful and quiet when needed. The hotel's location on a smaller street provided a sense of privacy. Parking appeared to be limited as is the case all over Paris, so I would recommend using public transportation or Uber. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay in Paris. The receptionists were wonderful each time we interacted with them. They made our experience fun and were very polite and kind. They also took our bags and stored them for us when we arrived well before check-in time.

Chambre dans un très bon état rénovation récente, elle était cependant très petite tout comme la salle de bain ou l’on peut profiter de se laver les dents et être au toilette en même temps ! Pratique ! Les cloisons sont très fines entre les chambres nous entendions toute la discussion de nos voisins, quand ce n’était pas leur porte qui claquait car elles sont elles aussi assez fine … En rentrant à notre chambre le soir nous avons voulu avec ma copine un café et un thé mais rien dans la chambre pour se préparer une boisson en allant à l’accueil on me propose d’utiliser une bouilloire et quand je demande alors un sachet de thé on me dit qu’il faut l’acheter à 3€.. Payer une chambre 160€ pour une nuit et avoir cette prestation ne me semble pas être un bon rapport qualité prix Le personnel a l’accueil était très agréable et arrangeant pour la bagagerie

Good hotel in a quiet street, just around the corner of the grands boulevards, friendly staff, clean room, small, but that's Paris. Breakfast was good as well. Bathroom clean, only remark is that you had to take a shower in the bath, and there was no screen or rail to put the shower, which was not very comfortable. Further, all good.

A very small room with only a frosted sliding glass door for the bathroom. So not very private. Also no space in the bathroom for your stuff. Otherwise the room was fine. The walls in the hallways and in the elevator were black. A very interesting choice not making it very inviting.

The only reason I got a two star review because the location is great. Very dirty and needs to be painted and needs a deep clean Stains all over the floor when we checked in so we had to make sure we kept our shoes on. Headboard was all worn and make it feel dirty. Definitely need some renovations to charge what they do. The front desk staff were very nice as well. All around needs some TLC.

Staff were lovely, room was clean. Only issue was our bathroom door as it was very difficult to slide closed. Very little privacy with the frosted door, solid would have been best (especially sharing a room as friends). Other than that, they were able to give us extra towels and keep our food in the main fridge. Very friendly and nice overall vibe.

This hotel is a complete bait and switch. The photos do not show what you will actually get. Be warned. The “Superior” room was very tiny with a 2 foot space for la toilette encroached upon my the holder for toilet paper. The fan did not work, the lights on the left of the bed did not work. In the middle of the night, the hair dryer fell from the wall awakening and alarming us because it was held on by electrical tape. It also, did not work. Shortly thereafter, the light switch on the right side of the bed (metal) fell out of the socket and woke us again. I will clarify by saying that I saw no further bugs after this but I also awakened to a bug on my pillow. It was not inexpensive by any means and I do not often writ review such as this but I would advise any and all, away from this property.

Hotel was ok and staff was polite. We were only given 1 towel in the room even though it was booked for 2 people. After we requested a second one, we were given another very thin, old looking and stained towel that looked like it had yellow stains that never came off. It was disgusting. I could hear a lot of outside noises all night long, like drunken people. I would not come back.

If you are not planning on spending much time in the room then this hotel is for you. We booked a superior room which is tiny, we were shown a standard room to compare but honestly would say they were the same size. The walls are not sound proof and you can hear people in the hallways. The staff were really nice.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was too disappointing not to share. This hotel was extremely loud — constant banging of doors at all hours made it impossible to get any rest. It sounded like a construction site right outside the room, with slamming doors echoing from both sides. To make matters worse, I was already feeling unwell from another poor hotel experience the night before, and I explained this to the front desk. Unfortunately, their response was indifferent at best. I was told there was “nothing they could do” and that no other rooms were available. Not even a basic attempt at empathy or a solution was offered — just a shrug and attitude. Between the noise, lack of sleep, and complete absence of customer care, this was hands down one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. Definitely would not recommend, especially if you’re hoping for a peaceful night or responsive management.

Wilis and eveyone at the front desk were exceptional! We had an absolutely incredible experience at this hotel. You must stay if youre coming into town. You can walk to every monument and all the bars, theaters and restaurants are all around you. 10 * plus. Thank you!

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Super Lage. Gutes Frühstück. Leider nicht am Samstag u. Sonntag. In der Umgebung gibt es allerdings viele Möglichkeiten zu frühstücken. im kleinen Bad war der Toilettendeckel zu groß, so dass sich die Tür nur bei hochgestelltem Deckel öffnen ließ. Wenn möglich, wegen der Lautstärke, ein Zimmer nach hinten raus buchen. Wir würden es wieder buchen.
