This was part of a park & ride with the airport. Convenient, great stay. I understand the hot tub was not working. Had we been there for that, I would have been disapointed.

Everything was great at this location. Their breakfast stood out for us this time around. We used the hot tub and pool as well. Much appreciated after a long family road trip. The kids burned some energy. Would definitely stay here again. What you would expect from a Fairfield Marriott.

Excellent air port hotel, they provide shuttle 24/7 and driver very nice and helpful. Check in and out in hotel is so easy and quick, we’ll stay here again next time.

Advertising rooms that are not available. Bathtub did not work properly, knob fell off drain could not drain water out of tub. Weird items left under desks. Requested a refund for the inconvenience of not being allow to utilize bathroom shower and tub on top of not being provided the room advertised. Travelocity has not held them unaccountable and the hotel is not willing to give refund. I will never recommend this place nor this third party booking site. I was told a credit would be applied twice and nothing. Filing small claims lawsuit.

3 rooms were reserved and one was still dirty at check in. We needed that room because it was ajoining but was told that it wasn't there fault. Really the room was stated clean but we found it used and diry. Then telling us housekeepers were gone but yiu could see one on 1st gloor. After 20 minutes of standing firm that i needed that room, a fontdesk agent finally did go clean it. It wasn't my pronlem that the room was dirty but it was yiur job to accommodate my reservations. Hereing them in tha back office laughing about this situation was very unprofessional plus we seen the housekeeping supervisor leave from back office. The situation could of been handled by her just going to clean room 144. Our stay after that was very nice.

The hotel is a good fair field , they small snack area was well stocked with necessary items. The rooms were clean and the electronics worked well , my only complaint was the room i was booked in was near the staircase and the teenagers of other guests are oblivious to other people and would STOMP UP AND DOWN THE STAIRS AT ALL HOURS , OR THOSE SAME TEENS WERE BOOKED IN THE ROOM ABOVE MINE AND I GOT TO HEAR THEM STOMP UP THE STAIRS AND ACROSS THE ROOM ALMOST ALL NIGHT FOR A COUPLE DAYS I WAS BOOKED FOR A WEEK AND OVERALL I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE HOTEL PROPERTY AND THE AMMENITIES JUST MAKE SURE YOU DONT GET THE ROOM BY THE STAIRS ..

Room was good, room air unit blows right at you all night. We had the room right above front door and next to elevator. Construction workers staying at hotel were hanging out by front door later and smoking, could smell it in the room. Also heard ding of elevator all night.

I checked in late. The woman and the desk questioned why I called...I told her it was midnight, I wanted to sleep and the sign said to because the deal was unattended. They upgraded my room, nice... but there was so much noise on the floor, I didn't even go in. They moved me, great... there were no dark blinds and a security light right outside the window... so bright, I hung the other comforter over the window. The ac was way off, I generally sleep around 70 degrees...I had it turned down to 60 and still didn't sleep, hot. Not worth the money at all.

My room was very clean and bed and pillows very comfortable. We checked in at night and left at 3:30am so didn’t see a lot of the property. They did have good options for grab and go breakfast at 3:30 am and a scheduled shuttle to airport. My only complaints were that there were not outlets on both sides of the bed to charge your phone and the bedside lamps were old and hard to turn on.

Everyone from the front desk staff to the shuttle drivers were so helpful and nice. The shuttle will take guests anywhere in a 3 mile radius from the hotel for free. Breakfast offered food even for my gluten and dairy allergic daughter! She usually gets juice and a piece of fruit if she’s lucky, but there were Udi’s muffins, cereal, and bread for toast available. We needed to leave early for our plane and were surprised that as we waited for the shuttle, breakfast had been set out for us, even at 4 am! The property is clean and well maintained. We felt safe and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

I called prior to arrival and was told we can park on site for up to two weeks for free but when we checked in they wanted to charge us $45. Then no towels except a hand towel in room and no toilet paper. Staff kept putting us on hold and no help. Finally got through and they brought two small towels and nothing else. No one would help about parking either.

This hotel was a great place to stay for our baseball tournament at The Rock Complex, which is no more than 10 minutes away. Rooms were clean, AC was amazing, beds were comfy, and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we have had in 2 years of traveling the midwest for our son's club baseball. Great choices and good quality. The staff were very accommodating. We needed to check in a day later and the staff worked with Hotels.com to help us adjust our reservation quickly and easily. Room rates were a bit high, but no more than any other hotel we have stayed in lately, I just think they are all a bit high right now!

The experience at this Fairfield Inn has been excellent. It is very quiet as I never heard a door slam on my floor. And, the breakfast is exceptional with fresh cooked eggs and other items, as well as cereal and fruit. This will be my go-to hotel in Milwaukee.

Breakfast was wonderful and they had gluten free options which was amazing! My daughter forgot something in the room and they called me right away and arranged for me to get that item back. They were so helpful and kind about it. Would highly recommend.

This place is updated with new carpet throughout. The breakfast is excellent, so much better than the normal hotel breakfast. They have gluten free and vegan options available. The people were nice and the rooms were in great shape. Quiet area, would stay here again.
