On Sunday at time of checkout we had asked to do a late checkout only a hour and she was very rude and told us no. The pool was down and not working. Other than that the rest of the staff was nice.

They don't staff the Breakfast well. They have 1 person for the weekend when they are completely booked which is overwhelming I'm sure for that staff member, but frustrating for patrons. The blinds don't shut the light completely out so little light comes through. Other than that it was nice and convenient for our stay.

No problems. Actually we couldn't sleep, but that wasn't the fault of the hotel. (Excited about our trip) Bed was vwry comfortable.
