The property and room was good. The only issue we had was the panel in the bathroom was pealed away from the wall by the door and above the toilet. And the upstairs guests had small children running around banging till 12 30 am. Other than that it was good.

The property was conveniently located but is old and it shows. The room had no towels or soap but the front desk clerk was quick to get us those items. The bathroom was questionable as far as cleanliness but it may have just been old. The hook on back of bathroom door was hanging off the wood and the doorframe of the front door pulled out when we opened the safety lock. We had to force it back into place.

Overnight road trip to attend the horse races at Saratoga and spend the next day on the beach in Lake George. For $140 a night during peak season in the Lake George area, this motel provided a clean, quiet, comfortable overnight accommodation. Front desk staff very professional and helpful. Initially not interested with the in room hot tub, but unexpectedly it was a relaxing amenity. We would stay here again.
