Great place to stay. The staff were truly amazing and the room really comfortable and well equipped. We highly recommend staying there. Also if eating in the tavern next door you get 10% off your dinner. The food is amazing.

Great staff on arrival, also asked if we had stayed before which was a yes. Rooms were large with Big screen TV for sports playing that evening. Easy access to town by foot, no car required and Hanmer Springs is a very safe town.

Booked in for 1 night but liked it so much we stayed for 2. Nice quiet room with lovely views of snow capped mountains and the sun streaming into our room in the afternoon to keep it warm
