Well, I booked my stay on this website hotels but when I got to the property, they said that there was some sort of app miscommunication and they didn’t even have my reservation located. I had to wait at the front desk for at least 20 minutes for them to set me up, I ended up not getting the discounted rate from the app and having to pay a lot of money for the room that I wanted I didn’t get the water view which is what I picked on the app. The staff in the front try to make me feel like they were doing me a favor, but I don’t feel that I got any discount at all. I paid what felt like full price and above the room didn’t even smell clean. The sheets were smelly. They didn’t have a fresh smell. I was set up at the end of the hallway at the last room. It didn’t really feel cozy, and I was quite disappointed.

Staff extremely attentive and friendly! Pool needs some work looked out window looked like bottom was stained. Parking is extremely expensive. Makes me uninterested in giving tips to the guys.

The restaurant was amazing! We are foodies and were pleasantly surprised. Apparently will be creating a new food concept with the same chef soon…it’ll be good as they def know how to cook. Great sommelier tasted us on some rum. Very friendly staff throughout the property. They also had padel outside in the courtyard which I didn’t know but am excited to return just for that. Tasty coffee too!
