Our stay was ok. The breakfast was pretty standard. We were very disappointed that the hot tub was filled in. We were hoping to sit in the hot tub while the kids swam. The kids did like the pool and the temperature of the water and pool room were great. But it was difficult to see the falls and still have enough time for the kids to swim since the pool closed at 8p and check in was at 4p. We were surprised there was no bar soap for the shower or sink but guess you’re supposed to use the body wash instead? Unfortunately as we were packing up we found a squished jellybean in one of the beds, and we didnt bring any jellybeans with us.

Positives - 1. Room was large and bathroom was clean. 2. Breakfast was good. 3. Parking was close. 4. Hotel was only 10 minutes from the falls. 5. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Negatives - 1. The luggage cart was too wide and did not fit through the room door so you had to leave it in the hall which was inconvenient for unloading and loading luggage. 2. We had our dog and the designated pet walking area was overloaded with trash. 3. The pool was closed for maintenance. Overall, we had a nice time and would consider staying there again.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.I think that more effort can be put into the ambiance of the establishment. From you enter the front door there was an awful stench as if the area was just moped using dirty water.The stench of what could be from wet carpeting was very evident..A little more effort into cleanliness would be good.We stayed for four nights and outta those nights the pool was closed for two.

I’ve stayed in plenty of la Quinta’s and never experienced anything like this. The pool is filthy, it’s green instead of blue and dead bugs were in it. The carpets in the hallways are disgusting! The room was really dusty. The sheets have stains on them. Overall this wasn’t a good experience

Very excellent experience. Large hotel, nice decor, clean, staff pleasant as well. Helped me when I needed a door hanger (It was missing?) and when we needed towels for the pool. We thought the hotel was wonderful, except the pool. It was not clean, but we swam anyway, it had clorinated water and was warm for our aching muscles from walking around Niagara Falls all day! But I would have preferred if someone had taken the time to skim the pool and sweep the floors around the pool. But most people wont use the pool, so it is not a deal breaker. No one else used the pool that we saw.

The hotel has easy free parking and the beds were comfortable, however we book 3 rooms for a party of 10 in this hotel because they offered a hot tub and swimming pool but the hot tub was sealed with concrete and tiles years ago and the swimming pool was dirty with green slimy water. Expedia and the hotel websites show a picture with the tub and the pool as both were available. If we new that we never had booked it. Some beds and tubs were also dirty. In conclusion not going back there.

The rooms were disgusting and falling apart. We travelled with extended family and had two joining rooms and both the rooms had major issues. My daughter's room the carpets were absolutely horrendous. Her 3 year old son was playing with toys on the carpet for a short period of time and when he got up his knees and front of his feet were black!! She had to lay towels on the ground. Our bed sheets had stains, and my husband found some kind of medical gauze wrapped in the sheets AFTER we had slept in them the night before!! I am usually not one to complain, and pretty tolerable of situations and not knit picking and understanding that hotels aren't perfect, however, this one I agree was not anywhere near suitable!

This place was terrible, very dirty! Our bedsheets had spotting carpet had spotting. Dogs were peeing next to elevator on the carpet right in front of us.. there was one person at the front desk at night and he could not manage all the things that had to be taken care of. Our sofa didn’t have any sheets. There were no sheets in the room. We had to wait an hour until they brought sheets to us.. Would never recommend for anyone to say that hotel. It looks nothing like on the pictures. Motel looks better than this.

The cleanliness is poor. Didn’t look like they vacuumed before our stay. Stains on the carpet. The room smelled when we walked in. The bedding smelled awful and requested a change. Housekeeping at this hotel lacks horribly. The pool looked questionable. Luckily it was a very short stay. Likely I would never try this hotel again.

Our check in staff was not friendly at all and kinda rude, the hotel itself carpets are gross and dirty in the hallway. Getting to our room it was not the cleanest, had a dead bug squished on the bathroom floor, a hair on the shower door and in the sink and the hand towel had some kind of brown stain on it, carpets needed vacuumed badly. Mini fridge worked well but smelled awful. To top it all off while I understand they are remodeling the outside..between 9 & 10 pm on a Saturday night they are working on the building and it literally sounding like someone coming through the wall. Oh and can’t forget the red van full of people sitting all day in the parking lot on the curb in front of a bunch of spots. Won’t be back.

When we opened up the coach bed a condom rapper was just chilling right there . No sheets on the mattress. Went to front desk a gentleman did apologized and gave me spray and sheets . I had 2 rooms so i did them both myself.

Front desk staff was nowhere to be found most of our stay. Couldn’t buy any drinks or snacks from the little store bc the front desk staff wasn’t there. I stood there for at least 20 minutes ringing the bell and they never showed up. Other guests were having the same issue

We checked in and staff was disorganized. Got to our room to find all lights unplugged. Then open the closet to find black mold in the corner. Get a new room. Then at midnight had someone come into the room as they gave access to another customer. 20 minutes later the front desk guy asks us why we are in the room he gave us. Overall a horrible experience. Only good point was the gal at the desk in the morning was super nice. Would not recommend this property to anyone.

We had booked 2 rooms ,travelled with family. Overall great experience 👍 Hotel room, bathrooms overall were very clean. Many options for breakfast 😋, 10-15mins drive from Niagra so its convenient. Just 1 con, one room we stayed in had bathroom lock issue, it didnt matter to us as we were couple only byt it will matter of you are sharing rooms with friends, so definitely check on that

This was a family trip to Niagara Falls. Our stay was pleasant. The area surrounding the hotel was quiet, we liked the fact that there was a movie theater in walking distance. The hotel room was clean and accommodating. The hotel associates that we encountered, were all friendly, courteous, and professional. Our family would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Eating area for breakfast was small for the amount of people that want breakfast. Not enough tables to sit at. And to grab food, guests were constantly bumping into each other. One guest was at the waffle machine for awhile, would be more convenient to maybe have a few more waffle makers for the other people standing in line waiting or a separate area for the waffle making. Over all it was a clean place to stay at and the room was great for what we needed it for.
