The Hotel is in tip top shape from the moment you get in. The service is just high quality and walking distance from a slew of restaurants, shops, apartments, evena supermarket where you can pick up tons of stuff there. Let museums, ytour buses at the Independance Angel gloriette.It is amazing the palce and the vecinity to check out. Loved it !!!

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. The staff attended to us very quickly. We asked for directions to the different attractions in the area. The location is fantastic. It's half a block from the metro. We found a very clean room and what we liked most was finding the water bottle that you can refill and so we can also have coffee 24 hours a day or tea, whatever we like, so that's important because we haven't had that in other hotels.

The staff was nice. The breakfast was OK, the eggs were tasty, but they were cold. The salad was a little bit bizarre and wilted. Coffee kind of tasted like sock water. The room was super comfortable, though. My only complaint is that the showerhead is really cheap and ruins showing. The first night it was broken so they promptly replaced it with another lousy showerhead. Also, I put the towels on the ground to be replaced and they were just put back on the shelf. Apart from that, no complaints. I slept like a baby all four nights.
