I Always get a nice clean room. Easy parking, usually pretty quiet. I usually bring ear plugs when I travel, but haven't had to use them very often. Convenient to restaurants, walmart, carwash, etc. Would recommend.

The hotel shower, linens (incluing towels) had stains like blood. There was also holes in the wall. The staff was rude and rushing towards our check in. There was also a guest that watched our room the whole time of our stay antime he heard us come in and out if our room and the hotel did nothing about it.

Clean rooms and very friendly staff.

I saw some negative reviews on this motel. I have to say Im glad I ignored them and paid more attention to the positive reviews. Very friendly staff, super easy check in and very cool old retro roadside motel. The room (136) was extremely clean and smelled pleasant. No bugs....perfect! The bed slept amazing. No light came through, air was cool. I will stay here again!

This is a hidden gem. They have very reasonable rates. It's nothing fancy, but a good value. Rooms are clean, bathroom is clean. Property is well kept. You can walk to Braums, Taco Bell, and there is a McDonald's a minutes drive, and a Tire / repair / oil change place right behind it. There is a small cute little casino and a car wash nearby also. They have a laundromat down the road too.There is a Walmart a couple miles down the road and a large gas station accross the street from it, and a Hospital really closeby. Us older people and families will enjoy the peace of mind of having all of those necessities nearby. It has a small town vibe, and different little restaurants to explore, a hardware store, and you can go fishing around there somewhere. The Lake Texoma is a few miles down highway 70. Pretty much everything is right there off of highway 70, aka main street.

It was better than I expected honestly. The interior of the room was clean if aged and the bed was pretty comfy.

Room was run down, burn holes in bed covers, ask for couple extra pillows an was just waiting in office they said they would bring them to us, spent 2 nights cause we already paid an we NEVER got them. They have big lights on bulding an room lights up with blind shut its still bright. Just a horrible experience.

I rented a king non smoking we walked into a room that smelt like nasty pool water an humid as all get out definitely have mold issues 2nd problem was the tub wouldnt drain my wife took a bath that night the next morning i got in there an i was standing in ankle deep of cold water 3rd problem was crappy uncomfortable beds 4th an final problem during check in they wanted a 50 dollar deposit which is no problem but the wanted it in cash not on my card so i had to go back up there in the morning to check out an get my deposit back on the 2 rooms i rented just to find out now i have to wait for them to go an check my rooms before i can get my money back it was a long process that could have been avoided

It was alright for what it was, but when we got in the AC was turned off. We're currently in a heat wave in TX, so I dont think it was the best idea to have it off before customers arrive. It took us a while to cool the room down as it was very humid too. But that's all the criticsm I have, make sure rooms are cold so travelers are safe. :)

Room was ice cold and it toook inroom heater 4 hours twarm it up

It is what the name says, a budget motel. The room isn't well furnished, just a chair, microwave and fridge and basic tv, but it was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable, the heat was more than adequate on a cold night, plenty of hot water in an immaculate bathroom. Friends at another hotel in town had some sketchy situations during their stay but we felt safe and secure at Budget Inn.

A little off the beaten path to where we were going, but I would stay here again if needed. This is an older, but well maintained, motor inn. Bed was comfortable, and room was clean. There was a stain on the carpet, but otherwise it was fine.

First of all, let me be clear... on the Hotels.com app, this motel shows that it is pet-friendly. Upon check in, I was told no less than 8 times that dogs are not allowed on the bed. I told the woman that was fine, I would not allow our pets on the bed. We did not allow them on the bed. There was a chair in the room that had a plastic type upholstery. I put their blankets in that chair and that's where they slept. I tried to take a shower but could never get the water hot enough to shower. No amount of letting the water run helped so we couldn't shower. The next morning, still no hot water. We got dressed, loaded the car with luggage and our pets and went to the office to retrieve our $50 deposit. The woman at the front desk called get husband to go check our room to make sure we had not allowed the dogs on the bed. She came back and said her husband's told her there was pet hair on the bed and to not give our deposit back. When I protested, she told us to go talk to her husband. So back to the room we went. He showed us a small area of hair on top of the bedspread. I asked if he had seen any on the sheets and he said no. I was angry and told him that our dogs were never on the bed and the hair was probably from my clothes... not the dogs. He even had the nerve to ask me why I was sitting on the bed with my clothes on. I think he finally got tired of arguing with us cause we got the deposit back. Never again!!!

Double bed room , was expecting queen size bed like most hotels have in double rooms . Had 2 full size beds which was to small for my wife and I with our youngest daughter

Pet friendly is not true. They charge cash only $ 10 + $50 deposit and they don’t intend to refund the deposit. They do not allow the pet on the bed!! And will spend 15 minutes trying to find 1 hair on the bedding so they can keep the deposit.

This place was ridiculous. When you book the room online, it says NOTHING about a price increase based on the number of people staying in the room. So I booked a room with 2 beds, obviously both beds are going to be used. Why did my price change because each bed would have 2 people in it instead of 1 person per bed?? It went up $77. Also, when you check in there’s a crumpled old piece of paper in the corner of the check in window that says a $50 cash deposit is required upon check in (AGAIN NO MENTION OF THIS WHEN YOU BOOK THE ROOM ONLINE) I was so angry to learn within 3 minutes of walking into the tiny lobby that the room with 2 queen beds I had booked went from $104 up to $180 and I needed to produce a $50 cash deposit without warning.

Scam artists. My room was booked as non smoking. Once i got there they upcharged me for non smoking $10 per night. My buddy booked an economy room and they told him it was deluxe for $20 a night extra. Then she tried badgering me to uograde to the deluxe. Been staying here for 6 years but this is the last time. Fraudsters

The owner was awful to understand we used a gift card to pay thru Expedia. It was terrible until she called her son to come and help. He was awesome and called Expedia and realized they had charged us when they should have let us pay.at the motel. His mother couldn't understand and kept saying we have only $28 left on our card. That was accurate, but wanted us to pay again. Again, this was when her son fixed all. We would stop on our way home, but the owner was so bad we would never stay, which is sad because we loved the room

Safe, quiet and clean.. nice and helpful staff. You can walk to nearby Braums, and Taco Bell. McDonald's and Walmart are closeby too. The area is like a quiet little town. There is also a Hospital nearby in case needed. This is the place that I chose to stay when I go to nearby casinos. Good value for the money. Im going to explore this area more on next visit for history and for fishing opportunities. Lake Texoma is close too.

A very good value for the price. Rooms are clean and bug free. Bathrooms are clean too. Office staff are very courteous, helpful, and friendly. It's a great little safe town just 30 minutes from Choctaw casino, and their are 2 more casinos in that area. Lake Texoma is very pretty too.
