Worst hotel experience I've ever had. The entire building smelled of weed. The lady at the front desk, I believe her name was Tosheba or something, she took about an hour to figure out what room I could stay in. I have never, not once even ever, been to a hotel that didn't have rooms ready for someone who already had a reservation. Myself and about four other guests sat there waiting for her to figure out her job. The elevator was broken so we had to take the stairs. For some strange reason, the staff at this hotel has to walk you to your room. Another thing I've never seen at a regular hotel. At this point Tosheba found another employee and told her the room number I'd be staying in so she could walk me there. She takes me to my room... and someone is asleep in there. She then checks the room next to it and it has not been cleaned. Seriously, what? I then asked this other employee if I could have a refund. She was very kind and helped me immediately, though I didn't catch her name. Tosheba was incredibly rude, but this other employee was understanding and kind. Don't ever stay here if you can help it. The hotel is dirty, smells awful, and the employees seem to be unsure of how to even run a hotel. This place should be closed down, it's embarrassing.

The room was fairly clean and the beds adequate for the price it was a decent stay. The neighborhood may not be for everyone.
