Breakfast was amazing and made fresh. Everything you need is close by. Can’t wait to stay there again.

From beginning to end, Town & Tide delivered. The room was very comfortable, the staff were extremely welcoming and the breakfast was outstanding. Such a great location, extremely convenient to the mansions and shopping. Fantastic proximity to the cliff walk, just walk out the door and a few steps later you are walking on the trail. perfect for a weekend getaway in Newport. check-in process was easy. Host is very communicative and accommodating. great for solo travelers, couples or groups. Keep your car parked and walk everywhere- easy to get to all the must see places

Our visit at Town and Tide was wonderful. Our room was absolutely spotless. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was roomy, and the shower had good water pressure. The innkeeper, Cindy, was friendly and very informative. Our breakfast was delicious. I wish we would have planned to stay for more than one night.
