The hotel was very clean and well-appointed from lobby to guestroom, with exceptionally friendly staff. The dinner menu was limited on account of the impacts of Hurricane Helene on staffing, but other than that you'd never know a disaster had impacted them. Breakfast was fast, friendly, and delicious. It was a great location for getting to Biltmore (8 min drive), and a five minute walk to small store shopping and restaurants. Valet parking was mandatory, yet convenient, friendly, fast, and honest. They even pulled my car up the night before so I could leave before their 6am opening time. I would absolutely stay here again, and recommend it to friends. It was also adjacent to the highway, making it easy to find after a long drive in. There was no highway noise in the lobby or my 6th floor room. The bathroom was so clean, with a gorgeous walk-in shower with dual head sprayers--the type that makes you think about renovating your own bathroom! Thank you all; it was a great stay!

Situated right by the freeway, but you could walk to downtown. I forgot which floor I was at, all I remember is from the window I could see the mountains surrounding Asheville and beautiful sunsets. Parking is also had to go through valet.

Nice rooms and work out facilities. Rooms have huge showers and ours had nice large windows as well. Very walkable to downtown Asheville. Don't mind the valet parking but it was very expensive. I think the site showed $30 per night but we were charged $40 per night.

I was disappointing at the parking situation. I was told that there was self parking but when I got there they demanded I use the valet service charging $30 a day. Also prices for breakfast in the elevator was different from the prices at the Café.

The hotel is nice. As much as it costs to stay there, I wished they offered free coffee during the day/evening hours and free parking!! Parking or lack of parking is ridiculous. I had to pay for Valet parking daily and didn't even use my vehicle during my entire stay there.

Valet Parking was not listed on the hotel information sheet where the pet fee is listed, you have to go to an embedded informational page on parking and transportation. The booking site listed parking "on-site" which did not list a fee. The 3 other guests that also checked in during my time in the lobby did not know of the added fee so this is so misleading and I will be visiting again and will not stay at your establishment because of the added parking fee. I paid for the breakfast and our Saturday morning service was so slow, a waiter came to our table 3 times to ask if we have ever been served. We waited about 15plus minutes just to get a menu. The waitress brought our juice and RAN back to the bar to get straws and could not multiple task and think about what was needed for a drink. We did give them another chance on Sunday and sat waiting for menus that we decided we could not go through that wait again and left to purchase another meal while on the road.

Don't pass up this hotel! Even though it's not in the heart of downtown, it's close enough to walk everywhere. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable. Some small things need attention though - the in-room coffee is the worst I've ever had. The towels are the opposite of soft and fluffy. The gym hasn't been re-stocked for towels or wipes in likely forever. If you just need a nice hotel with a great room, this is the hotel for you.

The location of the hotel is great, right in the midst of downtown Asheville and walkable to any restaurant, shop, or venue in the area. The staff were polite. The room, at first glance, was very nice. However, when it was time to go to sleep, I did a cursory check to the mattress (for bugs, cleanliness, etc) and realized that the mattress had a two-foot-long blood stain on the side and at the bottom (I wish I were joking). The mattress protector was also blood-stained. I was horrified, honestly. I asked to be moved to another room, which we were (we were moved from the 8th floor to the 2nd floor). After that, I wasn't comfortable, though, and I wasn't able to sleep. The staff were kind and moved us to a new room, but were very nonchalant about the whole thing. I mean, the manager had to have known that this mattress was covered in blood at one point (how could you miss that when cleaning, ya know?) and decided it was fine to let other folks stay in that room. It's not just deeply uncomfortable; it's a health and safety concern and they clearly didn't care.

Would have been nice to know at time of booking that the hotel was in the middle of renovation; dusty, only two elevators and one was being used for the renovations, our room had dust inside, tv very small, bathroom is too dark for makeup. The staff however was very friendly and made great suggestions for places to visit, eat and shop.

The hotel is nice but over priced for what you received. Not to mention the was food from the previous guest. It was brought up and they offered nothing in return. You can not have cleanliness posting all over the hotel… Then have dirty rooms!

This hotel looks really great online, in reality it’s not so much. We showed up early, hoping to check in(but if not it was fine). We asked if we could possibly check in and Michael at the desk acted like we had 3 heads. He was very put off by having to do his job basically. No one ever said welcome, enjoy your stay Etc. Secondly, the window to our room was tiny and faced the road. Don’t expect much of a view. Last the room wasn’t very clean. Hair and dirt in the corners, moldly bathroom ceiling and stained, dirty chair and ottoman. I wouldn’t come back here, it was a waste of money.

This place is convenient and nice. Our room was large and comfortable, but we reserved a room with a king-sized bed and got a queen-size instead. The area was generally quiet except for loud cars and motorcycles on Friday night. There was no way to control the AC fan, which would have helped to block out the loud cars. The AC alternated between being completely off and being extremely loud while on.

It was such a wonderful stay. The staff was just amazing. So friendly and accommodating. the room was spacious and very clean. We had breakfast on property and I highly recommend adding the meal voucher. Location was a bonus. The entire experience was perfection.

Great sized room and staff was very helpful and friendly. The shower was huge and amazing! Was a bit nervous about the valet parking but they were very responsive and all worked out. So close to downtown we hardly needed a car at the end! Only thing I could have improved is better wi-fi!

At check-in, the staff provided service that was excellent, friendly, and professional. The staff gave me a beautiful suite on the top floor of the property with a lovely view of the mountains. From the suite, I was able to watch the sunset behind the mountains. My stay was very pleasant and relaxing. Thank you.

Pretty new and updated. Staff totally disengaged and uncaring. They are there to answer the phone. Could not recommend any thing to a guest, shrugged their shoulders about every thing. everything was an impossition all were different versions in nonconformist and extreme. Had no cash, only accepted cards. Breakfast was expensive and they brought the food, not on a tray but holding a plate on each hand and balancing by placing his thumb ON THE ACTUL FOOD. WEEK DAY BREAKFAST ENDED AT 10 AM ON WEEKENDS AT ELEVEN. THEY DONT MENTION IT AT ANY TIME "THEere IS A SIGN CLOSE TO THE ELEVEATOR AREA". With attitude and look of why are you bathering me. They were all not trainedat all in any kind of service... or their parents. They acted and dressed like hippies of the sixtiex and did not give a Darn. If we asked anything about the car they said they dont know anything about them. they said "they work for a different company so we have nothing to do w them". Of Course those attendants were better trained and much more helpful and empathetic and friendly. (because they are with a differen t company) I will never stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone. The room maids were wonderful!

We were there for 3 nights. Our room was not serviced once. We asked for a service and tissue, we were out. Our room still was not serviced. We always called for our car, but were told system was down, so we always had to wait once downstairs. We will not stay here again. Darius and front staff were marvelous.

Hotel was fantastic. Staff was excellent. When visiting, it's important to note that Asheville businesses mostly open between 10a-11a. There is also not much to do at night unless you like bars. Fantastic hiking in Smokey Mountain National Park and Pisgah National Forest. Also highly recommend Biltmore Estate.

The location to downtown Ashville is great with everything walking distance. The valet parking worked well and was very convenient. Our major disappointment was the noise from the freeway, it was loud and constant through our two day stay. For over $750 for a two night stay this was not good value

This hotel is in a good location and the rooms are large. However, the water pressure is so low that showering is difficult. Also, the breakfast offering of ordering at a bar and taking it to the table is not very convenient or pleasurable. Give me a buffet or serve me please.

The hotel itself and the rooms are excellent, and so is the staff. The only downsides are valet parking only, and the bar food. Valet parking was overly expensive and inconvenient, with conditions put on which type of parking (day or overnight) would allow for in and out access. There’s no restaurant or kitchen, per se, so on a very rainy night I had the choice of walking in the rain to a nearby restaurant or getting a poor pizza at the bar. These are not meant to sound like complaints, simply the realities of what could make an excellent hotel an exceptional one. I would stay there again. Thanks!
