Værelserne er ret små og forholdsvis dyrere i weekenden og i forhold til hvad et godt hotel ellers koster i Hamburg. Udemærket bar. Nos quedamos en este hotel de aeropuerto para tomar un vuelo al dia siguiente, sin embargo nos llevamos una grata sorpresa pues el hotel tenia una gran atmosfera en el lobby con un bar de ginebra que ya lo envidiaría cualquier hotel de 5 estrellas.

Das Zimmer war schon, angeblich ruhig… habe meine Nachbarn gehört als wären sie in meinem Zimmer gewesen. Hatte am morgen nir kaltes Wasser zum Duschen. Warm ab Lavabo… Bar durchgehend offen. Das war super. Gutes Frühstück. Nähe zum Flughafen gut, zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Taxis wollen die 1.2km eh nicht fahren.

The bartenders are all good and provided fantastic service along with a very tasty mojito. Be aware that the rooms are small. The interior design for the rooms great and makes good use of the space. There was a strong odor of sewer gas in the room on entry and again in the morning. This was uncomfortable. Bed was good

Das Motel One ist eine gute Adresse für einen Overnight in Flughafennähe. Alles passt gut zusammen - kein Mängel. Lediglich einen fehlenden Shuttlebusservice vermisse ich. Mann kann sicherlich zu Fuß zum oder vom Flughafen zum Motel One gelangen, mit Gepäck oder bei Regen ist das jedoch jenseits meioner Komfortzone.

The way is a bit hard to find and inconvenient in case it rains. The room was very small for two people but manageable for one night. The price-performance ratio is a bit too high.

Excellent stay in Motel One Hamburg Airport. About 10 to 15 mins from terminal is very handy. The hotel room is very cosy and clean, there is a small bar area for a nightcap. They only serve snacks and cheese and ham toasties, however they recommended a lovely Greek restaurant with huge portions which is about 5 to 7 mins walk past the main Phillips building. The room only price at around €90 per night is very good considering you are close to an international airport. The Hotel Motel One is highly recommended by me. The hotel is not signposted from the airport, so you will have to use Google Maps to know where to go, but if you head past the car rental benches and outside past the car rental returns, you are half way there.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Hamburg airport. You can actually walk to the airport along a paved path in about 15 minutes. The hotel itself was clean and I love the modern decor. It also has air conditioning! The staff were all very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was excellent! I would definitely stay here again.

It's a convenient hotel in walking distance (15 minutes) to Hamburg airport. Staff is very friendly and helpful. But it is basic. Room doesn't have water cooker or coffee machine, no fridge, no glass, a single towel in the bathroom.

Man bekommet, was man erwartet. Leider war mein Zimmer über der Lobby. Den Bass hat man bis spät in die Nacht gespürt. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Zum Glück nur eine Übernachtung.

The bartender was amazing very friendly, funny and helpful. Breakfast was good. Fresh bread, pastries, and a wide selection to choose from. Rooms are a bit small but great for just sleep and go. The location was convenient for travel to airport and travel by public transport.

It's a nice hotel. Two negatives, the room air con didn't work very well. The fire alarm went off at 6pm and the hotel was evacuated. Guests stood outside for 30mins. It wasn't clear where they should assemble and staff didn't say a word to the guests. Very disappointing. That's a fail for me.

Wir haben versucht, das Hotel telefonisch zu erreichen, um wichtige Informationen zu erhalten. Nach drei Versuchen von jeweils mehr als 30 Minuten haben wir dann noch erfolglos versucht, über Mail mit der Rezeption in Kontakt zu kommen. Beim späteren Check-in wurde uns erklärt, dass man wegen extrem hoher Kundenabfertigungen einfach keine Zeit gehabt hätte, die Telefonate anzunehmen. Dabei wäre unser Problem in kurzer Zeit behoben worden. Aus Kundensicht ist so ein Verhalten nicht zu akzeptieren und trübt den sonst positiven Eindruck erheblich.

Sehr gut und praktisch gelegenes Hotel zur Überbrückung zum nächsten Tag hin, um schnell beim Flughafen zu sein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ein absolutes Highlight. Hier wird komplett nur auf Qualität gesetzt, mit einer großen Auswahl an Bio- und vegetarischen, sowie veganen Aufschnitten, was uns sehr positiv auffiel. Wir würden hier bedenkenlos wieder buchen!

Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, auch bei sehr spätem Check-in. Für Kurzaufenthalte prima. Flughafen mit Bus schnell zu erreichen. Sehr sauber und Frühstück lecker.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Hamburg airport. You can actually walk to the airport along a paved path in about 15 minutes. The hotel itself was clean and I love the modern decor. It also has air conditioning! The staff were all very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was excellent! I would definitely stay here again.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, die Weckerl super,die gekochten Eier heiss, on point und lustig;), die Dame vom Buffet richtig bemüht und freundlich, einziges Manko zuwenig Streichkäse. Die Zimmer sind ok für einen Zwischenstopp. Die Organisation von den Shuttles zum Flughafen war etwas chaotisch, ausserdem bekamen wir von jedem Rezeptionsmitarbeiter eine andere Auskunft. Taxifahrer zum Flughafen war dann sofort da, dauert etwa 10min und kostet ca. 13€.

Convenient stay if you have to get to the airport in Hamburg early. The room was small and basic, no coffee machine or water boiler, not even a small refrigerator. But nice lounge for drinks, no food (only sandwiches).

Hotel is close to the airport. A 10 euro fare and less than 15 minutes. It was clean and quiet but the room was small. But if all you need is an overnight for an early flight, it’s great. Looked like they maybe offered food in the evening but we found our own. Breakfast was available but we left at 4am!
