The property is located in an area out of the busier parts of TJ. Parking does fill up quick and there are a very limited amount of parking spaces underground in the building next door. If you don’t get one of those, you’re stuck out on the street. The rooms are VERY basic but are extremely clean. The staff I encountered at check in were very professional and helpful.

The room, the staff, the location and the convenience was great. The bad thing is the parking spaces are very limited and no security, no gate. Our vehicles have the chance of getting broken in to or stolen.

Tuvimos un problema con el estacionamiento. Ya que el hotel cuanta con un pequeño estacionamiento y tienen convenio en un torre, en esa torre los cajones están muy pequeños y mi carro no cabía en un cajón y me estaciones en dos cajones y se molestaron , me despertaron para mover el carro.

Hice check in al rededor de 7pm y dejé mis cosas y salí a cenar , intentamos dormir pero fue imposible , la cama tenía pulgas o garrapatas picaba demasiado, en el lobby había ratones y los que hacen check in en el celular valiéndoles que uno esté ahí para hacer check in , la alfombra del cuarto sucia llena de cabellos, el baño lleno de cabellos y como orinado todo el baño, la pared del baño tenía chorretes amarillos, dejamos la habitación 4am para ir a otro hotel porque fue imposible dormir con esa suciedad, las almohadas olían horrible, quiero mi reembolso , me fue imposible hablar con los novatos del hotel, ya que una huésped se estaba quejando igual o peor del servicio y su habitación. una experiencia desagradable, lo barato en ocasiones sale mal. ratones, baño sucio con cabellos y chorros de .... , alfombra sucia y mal oliente, indiferencia cuando llegue a hacer mi check in (estaba en el celular el encargado) yo mismo destape el baño, increíble no tengan control de higiene en revisar si tienen garrapatas, ácaros, pulgas etc. si no van a limpiar bien quiten las alfombras.

Could hear the noise and conversation all night from the room next door. Also, the bathroom floor was dirty. Shower had gross stains and dirty corners. Counters were cracked in two different places. 401 is not the room to be in if you want sleep. Right next to the stairs.

It was a terrible service, they were charging a lot of extra fees that never showed on the Hotels.com website. The personnel at the front desk said they were following rules only. I paid almost 50% more than the hotels.com said. So sad, next time I will pay the amount in hotels.com instead of the hotel front desk. If I decide to continue with this web page for reservations.

Es la segunda vez que en un City Express nos abre la puerta otro huésped que va llegando y le dieron el mismo número de cuarto que nosotros. Todavía no era hora del check-out y nos abrieron la puerta. Deberían revisar los sistemas de asignación que tienen para que ya no siga ocurriendo ya que es muy incómodo.

The experience at this hotel was terrible. When I arrived at the reception, the staff treated me in an unpleasant manner, and on top of that, they charged me $30 more. The people at this hotel are not friendly at all; they are very rude and do not help you with anything. You have to serve yourself. The rooms are clean and organized, but they are very small. I had to pay $30 more just because they wanted to charge it. The price you gave me was very different from what I ended up paying at this horrible place. The worst part is that I have more reservations with you, and I don’t know if the other locations will be similar to this one. But this was a very bad experience and a very poor choice to stay at this hotel.

Great hotel. Breakfast is delicious very Mexican. The area is good and close to most stores. The hotel has a security team all around which made us feel safe. The reception ladies were nice at all times. We ask for extra pillows and blankets and they have it to us.
