Cuando llegue no me daban las llaves de la habitación porque todavía no caía la reservación a su sistema. Cuando el dinero ya hasta se me había descontado de mi cuenta. El control de la tele no funcionaba. Trajeron pilas, se las cambiaron y el control dejó de funcionar al poco rato. Mi hija no pudo ver películas. El refrigerador adentro tenía pelos y manchas amarillas. El rollo de papel de baño ya estaba usado. El desayuno tenía la fruta preparada pasadísima. Los plátanos estaban negros y y todos golpeados, la sandía igual estaba vieja y oreada. La alberca estaba tan sucia que cuanto te metes no se ve el fondo. Literal no puedes verte los pies en el fondo. El agua está súper turbia y el foco que tienen adentro de la alberca está zafado.

Very nice colonial style old-time motel with a courtyard, fountain and beautiful landscaping. Large bedroom, very comfortable bed, but slightly dated furniture. The place was quiet and we could get a good night sleep. Breakfast was very satisfactory. We would go again if in the area.

Primero la habitacion estaba medio sucia en varias areas, movimos un poco el mueble de la tele para buscar una conexion electrica y se ve que no habian limpiado en meses, con cucarachas muertas, habia otra ya muy seca en el baño, por lo que se nota que la limpieza no es prioridad. Por otro lado colocamos el letrero de no molestar y como quiera entraron a la habitacion. Despues laa 3 noches que nos quedamos habia fiesta hasta altas horas de la noche en el area de alberca, con gente altamente intoxicada botellas por todos lados, generando un ambiente inseguro, y fue el ultimo dia que era demasiado, con gente fuera de horario, muy bebidos, con musica alta y gritos, y los reportamos mas de 5 veces, y no los callaban, y la ultima llamada a front desk, ya amenazando con llamar a las autoridades fue con la que la persona del hotel ya con una muy mala actitud manda a callar a la gente, que terminaron su fiesta a las 11 30 pm. En general, mala experiencia, no vuelvo, ni pienso recomendarlos.

We found this place very comfortable and cozy, the rooms very spacious and the parking lot with enough room for large vehicles, the front desk staff friendly and willing to help with any need as well as the maintenance staff on the day shift, unfortunately the staff in charge of the entrance gate at the night shift acted in a rude and unprofessional manner, with a haughty and arrogant attitude, this is the third time we stayed at this hotel we never had this issues before.

Front desk was amazing. She realized my speaking Spanish was horrible and spoke to me in perfect English. The on site restaurant was closed so she gave me directions to places in walking distance. Very helpful

Olvidé mi cargador de celular en la habitación, llamé para solicitar lo resguardaran, solo me comentaron que la ama de llaves no reportó nada. Estoy 100% seguro que lo olivdé conectado detrás del buró de noche. Una lección más para revisar siempre no olvidar nada, las personas de limpieza siempre roban lo que uno olvida.

practico, economico y bastante accesible lo usamos como una parada a otro lugar y es excelente por la cercania a tiendas de conveniencia y estacion de gasolina. recomendable si vas de trabajo o de transito

The hotel is not the newest, but it is clean and serves its purpose. I really enjoyed the layout. I thought the price was good for including breakfast. However, it is continental breakfast and if you want the buffer breakfast they will charge you extra. Has an outdoor pool, rooms are clean and its an Hacienda looking place. Enjoy your stay!

The hotel was old but clean, well equipped, and comfortable with a full kitchen. A large refrigerator was especially welcome as we had meat and other food that needed the refrigerator with a freezer section. We were surprised that the breakfast was larger than continental and was very good. The service was very good and accommodating. We recommend it and would stay there again.

O te ofrecen desayuno pagado, estuvo feo, huevos fríos, frijoles insípidos, y fríos. De fruta papaya de días anteriores, plátanos negros, naranjas duras. Por el tipo de hotel no esperaba esto, lo que demerita al hotel.

The free breakfast provides no protein and the paid for breakfast did not look good. The fruit was old, so I just elected to walk to McDonald’s for breakfast each day. Other than that the property is outstanding, but if you are choosing because of the breakfast, I’d choose somewhere else
