周りにコンビニなどはないので、ホテルに来る前に買い物を済ませて来たほうがいいです。ホテルの駐車場は2台分しかなく、場所も老人ホームの前にある1番と2番しかありません。要予約です。キッチン付きの部屋はとても広く快適でした。エントランスに上がるための階段はありますが、スロープがないのでカートなどに荷物を乗せている方は一度全部数段の階段を運ばなければならないのが残念です。スモーキングルームはエントランスから出て左側にあり、二人まで入出できます。ここは、チェックインしたあとにカードキーをもらわないと入れません。スタッフの方の対応はとてもよかったです。

Hotel muito limpo, com todos os itens que os hoteis japones oferecem (Pijama, Chinelo, escova de dente e pasta, entre outros). Na recepção micro ondas, lava e seca roupas, maquina de gelo, maquina com bebidas, tudo isto pagando a parte mais facilita muito o dia a dia.

環境比較清靜，（半藏門線）「清澄白河站」行路大約10分鐘就會到酒店。價錢相對比起其他觀光點便宜。出去觀光需要搭巴士/地鐵。適逢櫻花期🌸，酒店行出河邊，欣賞河兩旁都櫻花樹。房間一入門就聞到有「噏味」，地毯感覺不太乾淨😮‍💨。房間是選擇有廚房，有電磁爐及微波爐，但是餐具器皿要向接待處借用。

駅から徒歩5分ほどで、周辺は静かですが朝から空いているカフェもいくつかあって立地はよかったです。マンションをまるごとホテルにした感じでお部屋も広く、内装もリノベーションしているのか綺麗でした。スタッフの方も親切でした。ただ清潔感は難ありです。前泊者の髪の毛が落ちていたり、風呂場の床の一部は赤カビ、洗面所シンクの真横の壁に何かが飛び散った跡や蛇口部分の水垢。空気清浄機の水タンクは前泊者の利用から水を捨ててないのか少しだけ水が残っていて、加湿場所は一度も洗ったことがないのかひどいヌメりとフィルターは埃だらけでした。価格と立地、お部屋の広さを考えて多少の清潔感を妥協できるのであればありだと思います。

Chambre et salle de bain sales à l'arrivée : constat du manager, changement de chambre, c'est pareil: poils dans le lavabo, au wc et au sol, mirroir sale, chambre poussiereuse, couette tachée, moquette non aspirée. Comfortable room nice and clean. However, the walls are rather thin and we had a couple next door having a rather loud and lengthy session in the early hours of the morning. We did not appreciate the 2:50am wake up before our flight out the next day. This is what put my ratings down. Usually we have no issues with Mystays and would often choose them for staying. This is a once off occasion but still rather bothersome.

Room was big enough and full of everything we could need. We could have travelled without any towel, toothbrush and so on because they all were inside the room already. If we consider also the little kitchen, we round a room very confortable and versatile.

Was one of the bigger rooms we had booked for our trip to Japan, extremely comfortable. Room had a small kitchen area, a small fridge plus a sink and microwave which made it easy to dine in late. Close enough to several stations and quiet neighborhood.

Its near the subway about 5mins walk but do note there is no elevator or escalator if u exit A which is the nearest to the hotel. Hotel room is clean. Not very big though. Sleeps 4 with 3 luggages not much space to walk.

Visited from Hawaii and stayed for 10 days. Great location in walking distance of two subway locations which can get you all around Tokyo. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, nothing fancy, but worth the price. We had a room with a kitchen area, but never did use it while we were there. The staff is extremely responsive to your needs and super friendly. There are great places to eat and pick up snacks all around the area. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the inner city in the evening to rest, but still be less then 20-30 mins from all the action should you want to adventure out.

Hotel and staff were fantastic. Had more amenities then we could ever expect. Big room and staff also spoke English which is amazing after being on a flight all day and forgetting Japanese. Would recommend staying here and we will again given the chance.

Nice location and easy access to train stations as well. Staffs are all friendly & approachable. Spacious room and bed with good size bathroom. Whatever you can think of or you might need to use. Hotel Mystays Kiyosumi Shirakawa would have prepare for your needs, you will be surprise how thoughtful they can be. Only discomfort is on the sound proofing, sometimes the banging sounds from upper level can be annoying when it persists for too long.

急遽宿泊させて頂きましたが、子連れだということもありご厚意で少し広めのお部屋を案内してくださり大変助かりました。フロントの方も皆様優しく丁寧な接客でした。また泊まりたいなと思いました！！ありがとうございました。ホテル周辺は銭湯やカフェ、スーパーやお弁当屋、コンビニなどもあり便利でした。

Good location, but no services. No housekeeping, no front desk after 6pm, no changing of towels unless you bring dirty towels to the front desk. No garbage emptied unless you do it yourself. Room was lightly cleaned. Had to reclean bathroom before using it.
