ダブルの部屋に宿泊しました。ベッドはもちろん空間に余裕がありビジネスホテルとは違うリッチ感がありました。周りには24時間営業のお店もあり早朝でも深夜でも食事に困らないと思います。ロビーにあるコーヒーマシンとお菓子に気づけなかったのが残念でした。それについての案内がなかったことと部屋のあちこちの引き出しを開けてみなければガウンやタウンガイドなども見つけられないところが不便でした。

室内の広さ、清潔さ、快適でした！入室前に、室温管理されており、快適でした。アロマオイルを炊いてくれており、自然な香りの中で過ごせられ快適でした。フロントの横のテーブルに寝具用ズボンが置いており、必要であれば室内に持って行けます。お水500mlペットボトルで置いてありました。すぐに飲用できら助かりました。電気ポットで沸かしてドリップコーヒー1杯とお茶パック2杯分は備え付けてありました。

The hotel is ideally situated an easy two minutes walk from Jiyugauka Station. Even though the hotel does not provide breakfast there are many eating places within a 5 minutes walk, the nearest being next door to the hotel and McDonalds a few metres away. The hotel does provide a coffee machine and snacks in the lobby. My room was spotless, roomy and included a fridge with a free bottle of water every day, a free safe and kettle and tea/coffee. I had booked a single room but was given a room with a king-size bed. I don’t know if that was normal though. As an older female traveller on her own I felt completely safe and the staff were very helpful and spoke English. The price was very reasonable and I would certainly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay within easy reach of the city of Tokyo. Jiyugauka itself is a nice town with some tree-lined shopping streets and good shops.

十分滿意的入住體驗！推薦！客房寬敞，設備稍舊一點，但很齊全、整潔。酒店位置非常便利，附近餐廳和購物點很多，樓下是郵便局，如要寄運物件等也很方便，最重要距離自由之丘站也是2-3分鐘步程。職員友善熱情，也很盡力滿足客人需求。唯一不足之處是沒有自助洗衣，附近也沒有coin laundry。

In the double deluxe room, the full classic Japanese bath was the highlight. It is unusual to find a classic Japanese bath in a western style hotel. (The single rooms have “unit baths”) The hotel seems to be renovating little by little. The bed linens were high grade and the wall paper was new. The wifi was reliable. There was a small refrigerator in this room, which was a welcome surprise. The carpet was worn, due for renewal. It is the only hotel in Jiyugaoka and a short walk to the train station. No room service or dining in the hotel, but it is surrounded by restaurants. Nearby chain cafes open by about 7a.m.

息子の大学受験のために２泊３日で宿泊させていただきました。自由が丘の駅からとても近くにあるので（徒歩３分ぐらい）本当に助かりました。周りにコンビニやデリカのお店、イオンモールなどもあり、試験会場に持参するお昼ご飯の買い出しなども負担なくできました。エントランスにご用意していただいてるドリップコーヒーも美味しくて癒されました。お風呂が広く、蛇口側のお湯は熱めの温度で出せるので、体をしっかり温めることができました。

This hotel has very spacious rooms with large comfortable beds and a large bathroom. This is an unusual amount of space compared to other hotels of the same category in Tokyo. The personnel speaks very good English and was very helpful to reserve us restaurants for the evening. The hotel does not have a bar or restaurant, but Starbucks and local chocolate shops are just round the corner. I loved the charming and elegant neighborhood with a pleasant atmosphere, very few tourists and an excellent range of shops, bars and restaurants and pedestrian walks. The hotel is very near the Jiyugaoka stop of the underground that takes you to Shibuya and downtown Tokyo in 20 minutes or less. The Narita airport is rather far away (1 hour 50’), but there is an option to take the Narita express to Shibuya, then the underground.

駅に近く、部屋も綺麗で満足に近いです。一つ残念だったのが、アメニティの綿棒が入った箱を開けたら綿棒（新品のまま）の他に使用済みのサンプルらしいファンデーションの様な物が一緒に入っていた。一つ一つ確認するのは大変だとは思うがキチンとして欲しいと思いました。それがなかったら満点でした。

We have stayed at the Pulitzer in Jiyugaoka several times. We have family who live in the area so it is convenient to catch up with them. However, it also has good train connections to the rest of Tokyo. The area around the Pulitzer is changing all the time with more and more shopping available however we did struggle to find places to eat at night. Our room was small, as most rooms in Tokyo are, and the hotel was looking tired and is in need of a refresh. However, for the price and its location, minutes walk form the station, we'd stay there again.

We have stayed at the Pulitzer in Jiyugaoka several times. We have family who live in the area so it is convenient to catch up with them. However, it also has good train connections to the rest of Tokyo. The area around the Pulitzer is changing all the time with more and more shopping available however we did struggle to find places to eat at night. Our room was small, as most rooms in Tokyo are, and the hotel was looking tired and is in need of a refresh. 毎回、駅から徒歩2分、どこに移動するにも便がよく、心地良く過ごせるため…利用させて頂いています。ただ、今回は自由が丘駅前ビル建て壊しの為、夜中にも工事をしていて、平日夜中は、うるさかったです。土日は、工事なし\u3000で、いつもの様に静かでした。フロントの方も大変親切で、また、利用させて頂きたいと思います。

Stylish (European) boutique hotel in an affluent neighbourhood. Just 2 minutes walk north of train station. Sizeable room and bathroom. Great service. Loads of restaurants, shops, convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, all within walking distance. A great area to explore on foot and enjoy. And very reasonably priced too!

Staff were friendly and helpful, but not all had sufficient English to communicate with us well. Superb location 3 minutes’ walk from Jiyugaoka station in the heart of bustling streets with everything visitors could need. Our room was spacious and met all our needs.

Great service of the hotel! It was 2 mins away from the Jiyougaoka station and the hotel staff were the best! They have helped me to call narita airport for my lost passport, and they wouldn't give it up until it was found. Million thanks to the reception uncle! The room was cozy and just the right size for solo traveler. The amentities includes facial cleaner and lotion! Perfect stay for ladies!

娘の受験の為宿泊しました。前日の夜に娘の腕時計が壊れてしまったのですが普通の時計屋さんはもぉどこもしまってしまっていてとても慌てましたが、スタッフさんがまだ営業してる腕時計を扱ってそうなお店を教えてくれて事なきを得ました！県外から来ていたので土地勘が無かった為素早く対応してくれたホテルの方達に感謝です。娘も無事に合格しました！

チェックアウトが11時ですが、10時40分に部屋に電話があり、11時チェックアウトです。と。まだチェックアウトまでの時間があるのに、急かすように電話があり気分が良くありませんでした。 11時ギリギリにチェックアウトの方は前もって電話しないでください。と伝えておく事をお勧めします。また部屋の外では掃除のスタッフの声が大きくチェックアウトまでの時間がストレスでした。まだドアは自動ロックではありません。ドアの閉まりが悪く、鍵も閉まりにくいです。鍵を閉めるのに苦労しました。

Very good location, 5 mins away from local station connecting to shibuya, ginza and asakusa- train lines open till midnight. Cute area with food stores nearby. Hotel provided free water bottle and toiletries.

毎回、駅から徒歩2分、どこに移動するにも便がよく、心地良く過ごせるため…利用させて頂いています。ただ、今回は自由が丘駅前ビル建て壊しの為、夜中にも工事をしていて、平日夜中は、うるさかったです。土日は、工事なし\u3000で、いつもの様に静かでした。フロントの方も大変親切で、また、利用させて頂きたいと思います。

The hotel is ideally situated an easy two minutes walk from Jiyugauka Station. Even though the hotel does not provide breakfast there are many eating places within a 5 minutes walk, the nearest being next door to the hotel and McDonalds a few metres away. The hotel does provide a coffee machine and snacks in the lobby. My room was spotless, roomy and included a fridge with a free bottle of water every day, a free safe and kettle and tea/coffee. I had booked a single room but was given a room with a king-size bed. I don’t know if that was normal though. As an older female traveller on her own I felt completely safe and the staff were very helpful and spoke English. The price was very reasonable and I would certainly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay within easy reach of the city of Tokyo. Jiyugauka itself is a nice town with some tree-lined shopping streets and good shops.

In the double deluxe room, the full classic Japanese bath was the highlight. It is unusual to find a classic Japanese bath in a western style hotel. (The single rooms have “unit baths”) The hotel seems to be renovating little by little. The bed linens were high grade and the wall paper was new. The wifi was reliable. There was a small refrigerator in this room, which was a welcome surprise. The carpet was worn, due for renewal. It is the only hotel in Jiyugaoka and a short walk to the train station. No room service or dining in the hotel, but it is surrounded by restaurants. Nearby chain cafes open by about 7a.m.

This hotel has very spacious rooms with large comfortable beds and a large bathroom. This is an unusual amount of space compared to other hotels of the same category in Tokyo. The personnel speaks very good English and was very helpful to reserve us restaurants for the evening. The hotel does not have a bar or restaurant, but Starbucks and local chocolate shops are just round the corner. I loved the charming and elegant neighborhood with a pleasant atmosphere, very few tourists and an excellent range of shops, bars and restaurants and pedestrian walks. The hotel is very near the Jiyugaoka stop of the underground that takes you to Shibuya and downtown Tokyo in 20 minutes or less. The Narita airport is rather far away (1 hour 50’), but there is an option to take the Narita express to Shibuya, then the underground.

We have stayed at the Pulitzer in Jiyugaoka several times. We have family who live in the area so it is convenient to catch up with them. However, it also has good train connections to the rest of Tokyo. The area around the Pulitzer is changing all the time with more and more shopping available however we did struggle to find places to eat at night. Our room was small, as most rooms in Tokyo are, and the hotel was looking tired and is in need of a refresh. However, for the price and its location, minutes walk form the station, we'd stay there again.

Stylish (European) boutique hotel in an affluent neighbourhood. Just 2 minutes walk north of train station. Sizeable room and bathroom. Great service. Loads of restaurants, shops, convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, all within walking distance. A great area to explore on foot and enjoy. And very reasonably priced too!

Excellent stay. Location is perfect. Just a few minutes from Jiyugaoka station. It was absolutely wonderful staying in this area of Tokyo. While the room was small, it was very clean and had everything you need. Staff here are extremely kind and helpful. Free coffee in the lobby. Elevator available for use. Two negatives: 1. Despite asking several times, we had some issues with the A/C. It would randomly shut off during the night and seemed to be on a timer despite a tech setting the timer off. Not a huge issue as it wasn’t very hot during our visit but was kind of annoying. 2. The carpet in the room is very much due to a replacement.
