Shower rose was the wrong fitting which was quickly rectified much appreciated. There seemed to be a mix up with the free breakfast - we were expecting a buffet but got to choose off the menu which was fine. But the next day we were only allowed to choose 1 item per section. But then the next day we could have whatever we wanted - new staff last day. The spa massage sessions offered were in your room on your bed - massage table would have been more hygienic. Great location handy to everything

Everyone made me welcome. I stayed for 30 days and the staff went out of their way to see that I had anything they could do to help me. Particular mention for front desk Dinda, who was a very intelligent and kind person. Nothing was too much trouble, and her English conversation was excellent.
