A large western style hotel well located for the airport and local shopping malls. Part of the reason we booked the hotel was because they had a pool. Disappointed to find we had to pay more to use it and that our 14 year old was too young to use it! Otherwise the hotel was five.

Going to go straight to the point. The hotel & hotel itself was nice. Bathroom amenities were good however I did not entirely enjoy my experience for multiple reasons. For starters, I’ve never been to a 5 star hotel where you have to pay to use the spa. Was not mentioned anywhere prior to booking so that disappointed me. Secondly many of the staff were super unhelpful. We had an issue where we were told “that is not a problem” and then we were brushed aside. Whereas when we saw those with white skin go to the same desk, we had seen a completely different attitude towards them compared to us which I found super odd. If you’re going to stay at this hotel, just know they have a major issue with going down to the lobby with your pyjamas even if it’s the one the hotel had provided. If you want your stay policed instead of relaxing, this is the place to go. We even had one staff member who had an issue with the fact that we ordered uber eats food. We were super frustrated by him & just ignored him in the end & took our food to our room, if I’ve paid money for my food & hotel room, don’t tell me I cannot bring it up etc.

Great stay. Room, staff and facilities were great. Executive lounge access was nice to grab coffee, snacks and evening hor dourves and drinks. Breakfast was decent but not worth $45 but was included with our room. Hotel is in cruise/ tourist area so not much for decent food options and options that are around are pricier than anywhere else. Also location adds transit time of 15-20 mins each way as you have to effectively go to Shimbashi station to get most places at a cost of ¥345 each way or ¥900 for a 24 hr pass. Would consider staying here again for right price.

Impressed with the hotel service, it is super clean, customer service, Bell Captain, receptionist were very helpful. I used the indoor swimming pool and the spa amenities were private, very spacious and clean. The executive lounge is beautiful space has plenty of light with outdoor plants. It was constant replenished with fresh appetizers and drinks. Our bedroom had three comfortable beds overlooking the Bay Area. The bathroom had the fullest baskets of amenities. It is very special when the hotel remembers to include the correct number of bath robes, slippers and towels in the room you feel Welcomed!

Staff were fantastic HOWEVER…. Important information if you are choosing this hotel because of the gym- Expedia does not share that there is a fee of 2500 Y/ per person per day. It is NOT included in your hotel stay. We were able to exercise outside at 5:30 am before it got hot. Besides this - of a gym or payment for usage doesn’t matter to you- highly recommend this hotel!! Incredible view from our room, excellent temperature and quiet!!

We spend five nights at this beautiful, spacious and convenient property. The breakfast was incredible and plenty of food to choose from and also their staff is incredibly prompt and helpful. Our room was spacious over looking the golden bridge, housekeeping did a fantastic job. Checking and out was flawless. Thank you Nikko for a wonderful time.

It was an amazing and luxurious hotel. It is far from all the popular places but still a lot to do around there and it’s very well connected. Just had issues when no one picked up our call on the room on the first day we were there as the wifi wasn’t working. But once we got through, it was promptly fixed

Hotel staff were very respectful and efficient in their jobs. The room was well organized and cleaned very well. The staff was excellent the service was phenomenal. There is a mall nearby and the Daiba area is very walkable. There’s also a train station right outside of the hotel, so if this is your first time in Japan, I highly recommend booking here. The facilities are spectacular.

The staff was welcoming upon arrival and were able to take our bags for us before our check in time. Then the bags were brought to our room when the room was ready. Easy access to the metro station and a couple malls close by to make it very convenient!

Such a fantastic hotel. The room size for 4 people was brilliant and what a view. Staff were so helpful and friendly. We loved our stay here. So conveniently located close to two shopping malls and train station right outside the hotel. Also a Lawsons attached to the hotel which is great for a cheap lunch or dinner on the go. Highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay.

Spotless room, accommodating staff, and absolutely breathtaking views! Literally seconds away from the daiba station so travel was so easy and quick. Also the limousine bus directly to the hotel made traveling to and from the airport so easy and affordable. Absolutely would stay here again my next time in Japan.

Very good hotel slightly outside the main city centre area but still only 20 minutes on the metro. Rooms and public areas were very clean and of a high standard. The bar had an excellent view over the city and was a great place to spend an hour or two in the evening. Easy travel from Haneda airport as well.

My local colleagues booked the room for me. No complaints about the hotel, but I wouldn't stay in Daiba again. It's a very weird spot with just a couple of big hotels, the cruise ship terminal, and some malls. Had a couple of meetings reasonably nearby but mostly it was just an extra train ride to Shimbashi on each end of the day. That said, clean rooms, good breakfast, comfortable beds, and a nice harbor view!

Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba is a beautiful Hotel! The breakfast that you get when you include it with your stay was amazing! Especially the sushi breakfast on the 30th floor! DELICIOUS! The rooms are clean and so spacious! Staff is friendly and helpful. It is a bit expensive though if you use the pool. (We thought it was included with your stay) that was the only down fall. Normally the pools at other establishments are opened to be used by guests staying there. We loved the pyjamas (wish we could’ve taken them:)) and the robes and toiletries were lovely! Definitely going back there to stay when in Japan! Are there other Grand Nikko hotels in Asia? My family and I loved it!

Connection to Diaba train station is very convenient. The hotel is nicer than I had expected. The only downside was the breakfast because the main breakfast restaurants were closed at the time of my stay. The buffet breakfast set up in the convention center lacked the variety and freshness of the standard buffet. There were many tour groups while staying at the hotel, and it could be a bit crowded if a tour group was coming/going/queuing for the restaurant.

Room was small but nice. Bathroom was very nice. Breakfast with room was okay, but food options limited other than limited room service menu when we returned from tours in evening. Executive lounge hours were limited with only snacks and drinks offered at very limited times. Not sure that I would pay extra for the executive lounge in future……other hotel lounges offered more and various times and were on a high level floor with a view. We had to go from floor 28 to floor 2 to access the lounge.
