Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba

Had two adjoining rooms that were both spacious. The breakfast buffet was always something we looked forward to. Only complaint was the breakfast room filled up fast each day and people had to wait. But definitely would stay here again. Much nicer and quieter than the inner city.

Friendly staff that is very helpful. Lots to eat and shopping nearby as well as quick access to train station. Rooms are nice and spacious although could use minor updates. All in all a wonderful hotel that works well for the area it's located in.

This is an upscale, beautiful hotel. We stayed here for 1 night pre 12 night cruise and it was the best experience. Incredible service/amenities/linens and we had a large room facing the cruise terminal, ...so we could actually see our cruise ship in port the night before. We added on the executive lounge package and I'm glad we did. The snacks and drinks in the lounge were all needed for dinner. (So much more than just snacks) The buffet breakfast on the top floor had an incredible selection, was delicious and had a stunning view. After a busy 19 days touring around Japan, this was the perfect way to slow down before our cruise. The taxi to and from the International cruise terminal was just $1000 Yen. (We also booked our post cruise airport shuttle through the hotel to Narita airport-1/3 the price that the cruise ship was asking for the same service!-They also gladly stored our luggage for the day while we took a river boat trip-our flight heading home wasn't until the evening).
