The elevator was somewhat sketchy, as it did not always open all the way - eek! When we arrived, the stairs smelled like urine and there was a conveniently urine-like puddle on our way up. The puddle was gone by next day, but the odor remained. The floor of our room was sticky. Overall we felt mostly pretty safe here. Not as sketchy of an area as some Motel 6's tend to be.

This motel 6 is a box with 2 beds and a tv... There was nothing provided besides two bars of soap, not even a "do not disturb" sign or shampoo or conditioner or even a hair dryer. Shocking that it is priced the way it is... The hallways and elevator were dirty and poorly maintained in the "tower building".. I know motel 6 is budget, as I have stayed in many before; however, this has been the worst by far.

There were only two negatives in an otherwise very standard and comfortable stay. 1) There was no elevator in the building our room was in. The front desk staff informed us, but gave no explanation for why there was no elevator. It was more difficult than I anticipated hauling our luggage up the staircase. If I had known, I would have requested to be on the ground floor or in a different building. 2) The TV didn't work. When I say that, understand that I'm talking about the connection/channels NOT the physical TV set. The actual TV set seemed perfectly fine, it just kept showing the message "Not Connected". The room was clean, I will give it that. However the over all conditions of the place was awful. Hallways were filthy. Puke in the elevator that sat for a long time so that was unusable. Do not stay here! Nothing around. The bus that gets you to the trolleys doesn’t run on Sundays so you have to uber or walk to the trolley. Book at your own risk haha

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Omg, I’m usually not picky about my hotels, especially for quick overnight trips, but this hotel was so sickening that if it wasn’t almost midnight when I checked in, I would have went to a different hotel. The whole place STUNK SO BAD like BO and animal urine. Our room smelled so stale and the bathroom was FILTHY with literal CHUNKS of stuff on the floor. Sink had hair in it and the toilet had nasty rings. To top it all off we saw SEVERAL COCKROACHES in our room and around the hotel. The mini fridge rattled all night long and the AC didn’t work at all. Stay away from here at all costs unless you enjoy absolute filth. **Also, we I’m typing this, my son walked into the restroom and said “Why does this sick bathroom look like a scene from a horror film**

Next to a busy Highway, but I knew this. AC worked great, it was clean and cheaper than other hotels close to downtown, old town, and beach. BAD STUFF: A lot of homeless and shady people around hotel. Bed was like an Old Spring Mattress that had flat spots/worn springs and really uncomfortable. Then the room would rumble literally every 10-15 minutes by some type of equipment. I thought it was someone playing a loud car system but nope, never figured out what it was - I DID NOT SLEEP VERY WELL AT ALL!!!

Mattresses are super thin and somewhat uncomfortable. Parking is very scarce and the hallways are musty and super narrow/claustrophobic (same with the elevator). That being said the Staff are very polite and for the price point on Comic Con weekend it wasn't all that bad. Ultimately it'll get the job done but I wouldn't go in with high expectations as the photos are slightly misleading and probably dated.

My room smelled like sweaty feet. There was no shampoo or microwave. The room above was noisier than the road outside. My room was next to the utility room, and whenever they slammed the door, the wall and the headboard of the bed would shake. If this is your only option, I recommend wearing earplugs when sleeping.

I was in town for the marathon and I wanted to do late check out so I could shower after the race. I asked for this at check in, was told I could, and confirmed that they would not charge a fee for it. I got back from the race and was locked out of my room. Went to the desk to deal with the issue and they let me back in. While I was in the shower, the cleaning lady walked in because she hadn’t been told the room was still occupied. I left and was later charged $30 for that late check out. Tried to reach out for a refund and got NO RESPONSE. You’re better off in a tent. Avoid this place completely.

I am giving a poor rating, due to the fact the front desk could not find my reservation. I made a reservation on a month in advance for an adult and a child. Arriving to Motel6 and not having a room to rest with a child at close to 8pm at night, it is very frustrating. The Motel6 MANAGER was a no show (or gave assistance) when the front desk clerk notified of my reservation not available in their computer system. It seems there is a partnership disconnect with Motel6 and Orbitz. I had no other option than to ask them if they had an available non-smoking room for 2 nights. Fortunately they were not booked. It also stayed within my budget. However, what about if they booked? I had planned to go to Sesame Place and SeaWorld. Very DISAPPOINTING and UNPROFESSIONAL!

Our stay was very good. Our room was clean, everything worked and was comfortable. What I especially liked was was how welcoming the front office staff was. Marcos checked me in and he was AWESOME! I even told him! He gave information and assured our room would be safe location. He even said to make sure as soon as we got into our room to make sure everything worked and was satisfactory as soon as got in, so if there was anything wrong he would assign us a working room right away. Very sweet and accommodating. I would stay here again just because of him. The rest of the staff was very friendly as well. Thank you Marcos!

I paid for the hotel while I was in the office lobby you figure I would have been checked in pretty fast, but it was nothing like that, I found myself in the lobby two hours later contacting you guys as you already know, the woman at the front desk claim that the reservation hadn't shown up on the hotel computer system, so I contacted you and you contact her and you transferred me to the supervisor team and still I'm in the lobby chatting with you guys and speaking with her and at the end she decided to finally let me get a room even though the reservation was still not showing in their computer system, and I feel like she should have been did that, very poor PR skills and the manager who was on site never came in the office to assist he only calls around three to four times the service horrible and to top it off the woman had attitude and gives me a room that two different customers came in complaint in check out because the room smells like cigarettes, I don't smoke so can you imagine, I am sitting in a chair at the window texting, I can't get comfortable, I actually thought she was going to upgrade me after everything I went through at no fault of my own but no take it or leave it. Today was a horrible day, I lost my phone in the lobby but no one seen it, I am just waiting until the sun comes up to get far away. , it was not the hotel fault that my reservation was not coming through but Expedia, you guys have some work to do,I should be confiscated, but you offer nothing

This location looked nothing like the photos online. Absolutely nothing. It was chock full of drug addicts and transients. Our room got moved from our original booking and we were not told it had an adjoining room door. It was paper thin. The addict next to us sang and whistled NONSTOP for over 12 hours. Semi softly. But the door was so thin it sounded like he was singing in our room. We didnt get any sleep. At all. Super unsafe area. Took my dog out to pee and there were no less than 5 random transients staring at us, posted up all over the property. They made all kinds of loud noises and we were worried about our cars. Modern reception area. Friendly and professional staff. Accommodated my request for the quietest room available. Renovated room. Very clean. Towels and sheets were white but didn't smell bleached. Slight strange odor in bed, possible blanket needed to be washed. Loved the 3 Pillows, perfect for a side sleeper. Mostly quiet. Considering location right next to 8 Fwy, so occasional loud speeders zooming by in the middle of night. Overall stay was Very Good.

Last minute stay. Room was in the 4 story building. Looked run down outside, front door was kept unlocked with blue tape in order to bypass key card entry. However entry through parking garage was also open. Elevator worked. Hallways to room looked dim. Room overall was very good, good bed and furniture, everything worked. A/C was nice and cold, large refrigerator.

The room was reserved at a great price for Comic Con. However, the bathroom and room floor appeared to be dirty with grim. We asked to have it cleaned and they responded pronto. There is a refrigerator but no microwave or coffee maker. The microwave and coffee maker is a standard amenity that is missing from most motel 6 hotel rooms. I think if they upgrade these amenities it would make the stay more enjoyable and more sort after. The location was safe and had plenty of parking. Pool was open late. I would consider to stay here again. I just have to remember to bring a coffee maker or microwave. 😂

I like that it was pretty central and convenient to many things. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room is a bit below average, And was very bare-bones. I mean it did have a bed, two towels, and a bar of soap. There was a mini fridge, but no microwave, or iron which was ok. But there wasn’t even any shampoo, just a bar of soap. But I guess you can’t beat the price. And as I mentioned, the staff was very helpful.

The floors need TLC, floors in room need to be cleaned before next guests arrive. Lots of stains in the hallway carpet. Other than that the stay was fine, it was quiet. Small fridge and microwave was good enough and the room was fairly clean.

It was ok there were a lot of homeless people outside the hotel asking for drugs from everyone walking in. They didn’t have a microwave which most hotels do and the had no shampoo or anything like that to shower I called the front desk they said they were out. They offered coffee in the morning but that was gone really fast.
