Great property with a great staff. However, parking is an issue. There is very limited parking but it is not associated with the hotel. The hotel staff were no help with parking.

Poor customer service. The spa facility had several problems such as lack of transparency of additional cost to use. They told my group that you could use the spa if you book a massage that cost 60€ per person, then at check out they charged each person additional 30€ for the use of the spa. Not to mention, the spa facility was ran down with broken wood panels in the dry sauna and the steam room was not turned on for the first half hour. It was more stressful than relaxing experience altogether. The 30€ massage experimentar at the beach was 10 times better than of the Taormina Palace Hotel.

Reception staff were excellent. Friendly, helpful with great customer service skills. Hotel was very nice, clean and modern with a rooftop bar. Like many other hotels in Taormina the hotel is located on a hill. While I would certainly stay at the hotel again, parking unfortunately was a nightmare. There is a parkade adjacent to the hotel and unfortunately it was full. Had to shuttle to the hotel after I found a spot a significant distance away.

The hotel is very conveniently located right near the cable car down to the beach. Also, right near the main attraction of Taoromina which is the uptown area for shopping and restaurants. Well, it’s right in the middle of everything you want to see you do have to deal with the traffic and parking. The rooms however, were soundproof and we slept very well. The spa was quiet and peaceful and we had a wonderful experience.

The parking or lack there of is awful! They don’t give you any instructions on where to park or that you need to take a ticket from the parking garage near them and place it in your windshield or you will be ticketed!

Hôtel très agréable, idéalement situé y compris pour les voyageurs en voiture pour la proximité du parking. Chambres conformes aux photos, très bon restaurant et personnel très professionnel et sympathique. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter lors d'un prochain séjour à Taormine.

Good location and nice view. Breakfast was pretty good but limited options. Room was super noisy with thin walls. Plumbing for the jacuzzi in adjacent room sounded like a jet engine for 5ish hours each day. There were ants so we couldnt store any food in room or fridge (they got in there some how). Hotel restaurant was closed for season (no food deliveries in town at all so you had to walk a mile uphill for lunch/dinner). Jacuzzi shown in pics was in a private room and not available for use so kids were bummed. Fair warning, no tours or rental cars in off season. All beach shops were closed. Town is beautiful (and packed) during holidays though.

Parking and parking instructions were absolutely horrendous. We tried to park in the parking garage next to the hotel but nobody told us that we needed to take a ticket and to put it in our windshield otherwise we’d get a ticket from the police. And we did!

Fint och fräscht hotell med bra läge nära gågatan Corso Umberto med många restauranger och butiker. Trevlig personal och mycket bra service. Frukosten var bra. Rena, fina och moderna rum. Även bra med parkering intill hotellet i ett trevåningsgarage. Enda nackdelen är att hotellet ligger i en kurva vid vägen upp till Taormina, så störs du utav trafik kan det vara ett minus. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotell!

Unser Zimmer war im Keller und wir konnten die Balkontür deswegen nicht öffnen. Es roch modrig und gab Schimmel. Die Duschkabinentür liess sich nicht bewegen. Das Frühstücksbüffet war so mickrig und jeden Tag gab es immer denselben Käse. Nur eine Sorte. Der Joghurt war tagelang nicht lieferbar…das ist nicht einmal ein 2 Sterne Hotel. Um 10 Uhr wollten wir aus dem Hotel und da es geregnet hat wollten wir einen Schirm. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass die Schirme ausgegangen sind!!!! Auf Anfragen ging das Hotel nicht ein. Die Handtücher waren nicht sauber und voller Haare von vorherigen Gästen!!!! Absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Wir möchten unser Geld zurück.

To reach the hotel, you have to walk on the side of a high way where cars are driving. The condition of the room is really poor. You can tell everything is super old. Also, the bathroom towels were 10 years old. You could tell it needs replacement and the towels were extremely old and overused. I booked partial sea view, which means that you're looking on the high way with cars coming up and down, and after that you see a small part of the sea. The staff was lovely though, but that was it.

Absolutely lovely hotel. The room was very clean. We had a gorgeous view of the sea. The only downfall is you’re backing on to a very busy road leading into the town so you can hear all the cars go up and down. The parking is literally right next to the hotel, which is very convenient and it’s a short walk into the town.

The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were clean, but the natural gas smell was awful. It smelled like natural gas outside the room and it seeped into the room giving me a headache. We brought it to the attention of the hotel, but they said that was normal, no danger to us. We asked if we could get the fan turned on to remove the smell from our room, but they said they couldn’t until April 1st…will not be returning to this property

Great central location – we could easily walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The cable cars are close by if you don’t want to take the stairs down to the beach. We stayed in a two-room apartment with a fantastic balcony. Excellent service at both the reception and breakfast. Just be careful on one short stretch where the sidewalk is narrow, but that’s typical in older cities. Highly recommended!

No frills hotel in an amazing location. Very short walk (straight uphill) to the main road in taormina with all the shops/ restaurants. Bedroom was decent size. Balcony with sea view was nice. My only complaint is that you can hear neighbors through walls easily.

The reservation was not what we booked. We were told your reservation is for tomorrow. We showed our paperwork and was told no good. Was forced to make a reservation with another hotel for 1 night. Needed to change my reservations going forward also. Staff otherwise very good, but you better love hiking hills into town. Parking convenient. Breakfast good.

Poor customer service. The spa facility had several problems such as lack of transparency of additional cost to use. They told my group that you could use the spa if you book a massage that cost 60€ per person, then at check out they charged each person additional 30€ for the use of the spa. Not to mention, the spa facility was ran down with broken wood panels in the dry sauna and the steam room was not turned on for the first half hour. It was more stressful than relaxing experience altogether. The 30€ massage experimentar at the beach was 10 times better than of the Taormina Palace Hotel.

The reception staff Claudia and Milena were absolutely amazing, very welcoming, always smiling and happy to help with everything including recommending and booking amazing restaurants, these two alone made our visit to Taormina so lovely and easy.

Great central location – we could easily walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The cable cars are close by if you don’t want to take the stairs down to the beach. We stayed in a two-room apartment with a fantastic balcony. Excellent service at both the reception and breakfast. Just be careful on one short stretch where the sidewalk is narrow, but that’s typical in older cities. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very conveniently located right near the cable car down to the beach. Also, right near the main attraction of Taoromina which is the uptown area for shopping and restaurants. Well, it’s right in the middle of everything you want to see you do have to deal with the traffic and parking. The rooms however, were soundproof and we slept very well. The spa was quiet and peaceful and we had a wonderful experience.

O hotel fica em uma ladeira a 200m da Porta de entrada para o centro histórico de Taormina, ao lado de um estacionamento e do teleférico para acessar a praia. O restaurante é recomendado com ótima comida e vista espetacular. Quarto amplo, café da manhã bem modesto, sem muitas opções. Se você tem problemas de mobilidade, o Hotel não é para você, pois a subida exige algum esforço e atenção.

Absolutely lovely hotel. The room was very clean. We had a gorgeous view of the sea. The only downfall is you’re backing on to a very busy road leading into the town so you can hear all the cars go up and down. The parking is literally right next to the hotel, which is very convenient and it’s a short walk into the town.

Good hotel. I stayed in the room Room with patio or terrace , staff are friendly. We had food from the restaurant was delicious. The down size is strong smell come from bathroom when we enter the room after we went out. And lift didn’t work when we check out! We have to carry heavy suitcase from 3rd floor to come up

Parking requires coin or cc. I had no coin and my cc was briefly locked. The staff were not able to help. So I ran up the hill for a machine, got euro. Then back to hotel, no change. Ran back up the hill only to discover that coin is more valuable than paper. Eventually, cc unlocked. Parking paid. Breakfast is not very good.

Good location and nice view. Breakfast was pretty good but limited options. Room was super noisy with thin walls. Plumbing for the jacuzzi in adjacent room sounded like a jet engine for 5ish hours each day. There were ants so we couldnt store any food in room or fridge (they got in there some how). Hotel restaurant was closed for season (no food deliveries in town at all so you had to walk a mile uphill for lunch/dinner). Jacuzzi shown in pics was in a private room and not available for use so kids were bummed. Fair warning, no tours or rental cars in off season. All beach shops were closed. Town is beautiful (and packed) during holidays though.

Fint och fräscht hotell med bra läge nära gågatan Corso Umberto med många restauranger och butiker. Trevlig personal och mycket bra service. Frukosten var bra. Rena, fina och moderna rum. Även bra med parkering intill hotellet i ett trevåningsgarage. Enda nackdelen är att hotellet ligger i en kurva vid vägen upp till Taormina, så störs du utav trafik kan det vara ett minus. Vi kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotell!
