Property is beautiful and room is very comfortable and nice deco, well lite. The light wiring gets to a weird state which you need to reset here and there. Not liking the dark entrance in the hallway to the room which seemed like going in a cave. Location is quite convenient to shops, eateries and transportations. Checkin/out is very slow for some reason ? It took about 30 minutes for us. However, staff if very nice. There is no steam room or sauna room in the hotel itself.

First and foremost, we felt welcome the moment we walked in. Our flight actually arrived a bit early so we emailed this wonderful staff advising them and asked if we could drop off our bags until checkin time. They emailed back quickly and stated they were happy to accommodate. Upon arrival, we were net with Jihad and he offered us a complimentary breakfast while they verified our reservation and was even able to push up our check-in immediately so we could settle in early and start the our first day in Paris! Though we mostly spent our time in the city, each and every morning, late evening, and any random pop-in, we were greeted with the most positive vibes and eagerness to help in any way. Our room view was spectacular, so perfectly clean, and amenities were always prompt. We were across the treat from the main train hub and within walking distance of some of the best street foods and high end shopping. On Valentine's, we were offered 2 champagne rounds in the house while we enjoyed their life music in their elegant courtyard. The way we were treated made us truly feel as of this was our 2nd home away from home.❤️ Next time we visit, this will be the first place we think of to call!

Séjour Père & Fille à Paris, malheureusement l experience Maison Albar ne s’est pas renouvelée étant déjà allé à celui du Pont Neuf, le Diamond est seulement du zirconium. Lors du check in un manager qui reprend un employé devant nous car l inventaire pas correcte, honnêtement le manager déplorable. Les banquettes dans la réception très très usées, puis lors du séjour ascenseur en panne mais on ne nous dit pas qu il y a un autre ascenseur disponible alors qu il y a 3 personnes qui présente dans le lobby, les wc japonais non fonctionnel. Bref simplement un 2 étoiles sur les 4 qui sont attribués. Sans intérêt il est même trop loin du boulevard haussmann, où Opéra à pied.

The hotel has stunning elegant decor, the service was amazing from the go and we even got a free upgrade due to it being our anniversary, which was unexpected and a fantastic surprise. Staff were very friendly, extremely helpful and always on hand to help. If we visit Paris in future this will be the place to stay again, no question. Many thanks to all the staff. Angelo & Kelly

Good location, hotel decor very garish. Common areas are tiny, tiny chairs also. Ridiculous room accessed through its bathroom with a curtain separator. Late evening room service took over an hour from order for margarietta pizza. Lifts been used by staff continuously, so walking up and down 6 flights most of the time. Rubbish from other rooms outside door and in hallways. Very nice staff especially the lady who cleaned our room. Room not made up by 5 p.m. Very expensive hotel. Very oversold for the price. Room key stopped working mid visit. Not enough staff at checkout. A disappointment overall.

The room did not feel that luxurious for a 5 star. There was a slight smell of damp in the room and the carpet had some water damage. Water from the shower goes all over the bathroom and into the carpet in the room. The chromecast was not working and didn’t get fixed on our second night either

Very nice hotel and the staff was very friendly and polite especially Jihad.The beds were comfortable.The room lighting could have been brighter,as there is no celling light in the middle of the room.some of the furniture needs to be replaced as they looked a bit worn.The carpet in our room had a few stains and needed a good clean or replaced but nothing major.I would definitely stay there again.

The room was very clean with a few exceptions. The fan in the water closet and main bathroom was dusty and hadn’t been cleaned in some time. The fan in the shower wasn’t working and the bathroom got very humid. The AC didn’t work and we were provided a small fan for the room. The entire building does shimmy when the metro runs, so just an FYI. The room did have a musky smell and the carpet needs to be re-stretched or replaced. The check in was fine and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very good, quick walk to the metro station or train station. They arranged a taxi for us to the airport and it was on time and only took about 35-40 minutes to arrive.

This hotel is less than a block from Gare St. Lazare so quite convenient for train and subway transportation. The staff are mostly nice but some can be improved for hospitality. The rooms are good size for Paris but bathroom is dark, shower door is too short . The room lighting switches can get a bit confused. The carpet needs to be replaced as it is quite old and bulges in several places. Daily tea, coffee and supply of water in the room is appreciated .

Lovely five-star hotel close to Gare Saint-Lazare. I stayed for three nights with my girlfriend while celebrating her birthday. We were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade; unexpected but highly appreciated! Our spacious suite came with a comfy sofa, large bed, and all the modern amenities we could have desired. I loved the sophisticated shower and the fancy toilet; certainly a classy environment for daily necessities. In addition to a street-facing balcony, the ceiling above the bed was mirrored, a classy touch that added an extra dimension to the space. Service was always courteous and professional; from obtaining information about laundry service to receiving a new key card all the way through housekeeping, my needs were met and my expectations exceeded. The location is close to transit and shopping with many premiere destinations in walking distance. Overall we enjoyed our world class stay at this property and I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a superior stay in Paris.

The room was really nice. The room was very hot even with the ac on all night. Had to open the window to cool the room down. A 5 star hotel should have a proper working ac. The rain shower and bathroom was top notch.

This hotel And their staff was just fantastic! Right from us getting out of the taxi- met to get our bags , greeted us at the desk and offered drinks and to sit while our paperwork was pulled up. Walked us to our room- beautiful just like the pictures, it was a good size and had great AC because it was unusually hot in Paris that week. Showed us everything the hotel has to offer, and also recommended restaurants and best way to travel to all the sites. Our hotel was perfectly located to easily get to where we needed to go. We felt welcomed and value and will most definitely come stay here again. Thank you everything was perfect!

Front desk staff was helpful when checking in. I did encounter an issue with the man that recommends things to do. He gave the taxi the wrong address, and when I went back and told him about the mistake, he didn’t even apologize or take ownership of the fact that he gave the wrong address to the taxi and at the end of the day I paid both fares and wasn’t even Given remedy for the mistake. Also, one night when I couldn’t sleep I asked the front desk man if it was safe to do a quick walk around he said yes, it’s safe. So I walked around there for less than 5 mins, and there was a man that followed me and I went back into the hotel, and when I come back to the front desk five minutes later the front desk man locked the sliding doors of the hotel and I was still outside. It’s kind of ridiculous that they have to lie about little things when being truthful from the start would be better. It is NOT safe in Paris at night.

Loved that hotel! The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated.the hotel is perfectly located near the Gare Saint Lazare and Boulevard Haussmann. I will definitely stay there again next time I go to Paris as I found it extremely convenient.
