Non si tratta di un hotel come indicato al momento della prenotazione,ma di una affittacamere, come ci e' stato confermato dal personale della struttura. Buona la posizione,a due passi dalla stazione e dal centro della citta' che si visita con una piacevole passeggiata. La struttura e' ubicata al primo piano di una palazzina,per raggiungere la reception bisogna fare una rampa di scale ripida,in quanto manca l' ascensore, difficoltoso con le valigie o se si hanno problemi motori.Ci e' stata assegnata una camera piccolissima non corrispondente a quanto prenotato,inadeguata per 2 persone.Davanti alle nostre lamentele il giorno seguente ci e' stata cambiata la stanza,piu' spaziosa e confortevole.Per quanto riguarda la colazione al momento del check in ci viene chiesto di indicare in via preventiva cosa e quanto avremmo consumato tra una cerchia ristretta di prodotti,richiesta mai avuta in nessun hotel dove ho pernottato in tutto il mondo,anche dopo la pandemia.Consiglio la struttura solo per la posizione,ma non per il prezzo,eccessivo per il servizi offerti.

We used Sorrento as a base for going to Capri, Amalfi and Pompeii. Great central location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Like many Italian hotels there is still a flight of stairs to reception and then can get a lift to the room

Este hotel está súper bien ubicado, cerca estación de tren y autobuses. Tambien para tomar el ferry a Capri, Positano y Amalfi. Escaleras cerca, pero tambien el elevador para bajar a los ferrys. Tiene una lavandería cercana, muchos Restaurantes cerca muy buenos y buenas tiendas, sin duda lo recomiendo. El hotel no es apto para personas con discapacidad, es el único inconveniente.

Hotel was really nice and staff were very polite and helpful. Parking was chaotic. The information provided at booking needs to include the address to the parking lot as it made it really difficult to bring belongings into the hotel.

We loved this property and the modern decor of the room - parking is a bit as you go down about 2 blocks past the hotel to a parking garage - although breakfast says booked to order - it’s more of a continental breakfast with vegetables pastries, cheese and meat slices - and coffee made to order. Overall we would highly rate this hotel. The location was wonderful

Stayed for 3 nights, friendly staff. You do have to go up a flight of stairs to get to the hotel but then there is a lift to any other floors. Good sized room and comfy bed, very clean. Bathroom was good except the shower took a while to reach temperature and the pressure was very low, so takes a while to wash your hair! Kettle and fridge provided. Breakfast was ok but only corn flakes and coco shells as cereals with some meat and cheese. Toast and croissants available but a bit hard. Location good for railway station and main area. Room has a/c but noisy.

The property is very clean, quiet and modern. The location is unbeatable, since it is right in the center. The only problem was that the internet in our room was very bad almost non existent. The elevator was acting up, and I wish they had more fresh fruit for breakfast. The entrance is quite small so it was difficult to find the entrance and if you arrive with a car, make arrangements previously since there is nowhere to park.

Lovely property, easy to get to, clean. No access to first floor accept by stairs and then there’s an elevator which wasn’t clear in the listing so that might be an issue for some. Everything is walkable from here which is important, would recommend!

This is a small, boutique hotel located in the heart of Sorrento. Staff, especially Anna, is friendly, helpful and professional. Room we had was clean and modern with a large bathroom and shower. Included breakfast was good with many dining and shopping options within short walking distance. A good choice overall.

I can't say enough great things about this hotel and our 3 night stay here at the beginning of September 2024! My family of four stayed in the quadruple room which was clean, comfortable and spacious and the air conditioner worked great! The front desk staff were all so nice and very helpful. This hotel's location is great too! It's only about ten minutes from the train station and it's located on the Main Street in Sorrento. Our room faced the street but I never heard any outside noise ever. This cute boutique hotel is priced very reasonable and it also included a great breakfast buffet. Cristina, who works in the breakfast room was so nice and she makes a wonderful cappuccino and espresso! I would absolutely recommend this hotel for any traveler looking for a great hotel that's affordable!

Great stay for 6 nights! The hotel is really convenient for everything. Staff are friendly, particularly Anthony, who was very helpful, offering lots of travel advice and tips and went out of his way to help us with ferry times to Capri etc. Thank you so much! The only issue we had, was with shower water pressure but the team did everything they could to fix it quickly and efficiently. Breakfast choice was better than we expected with fruit, boiled eggs, croissants, cereal, it was enough to get us going in the morning and the lady serving breakfast, got to know specific preferences ie. English =Tea and was very helpful. Thank you all so much for a great stay!

Positives: I always start with the positives to be fair. Room was clean and maintained well by the cleaner, site was located close to downtown and 10 minute walk to ferries Negatives: daikin A/C was very loud and poorly maintained , thus we had to cool down room before we went to bed and crack the windows and asked for a fan. Hotel didn’t get in a repairman to check it so I assume it wasn’t an issue for them. Next door there was a hotel that seemed to hold weddings and other events. Music was loud but only until about 11pm at night . Bed was VERY uncomfortable . We complained and the hotel staff placed comforter under mattress which helped a bit. No tissues in room. Hot water in shower was patchy. If you showered after 7:30 to 9:30 pm the water was very cold. Entrance to the site is up a set of stairs so beware if you are older. Staff did help us on way down. Breakfast was very average , meager . I would stay here again for the $$ we paid . Stayed here 4 nights. Happy to exit

Travelled with family. Our air conditioning was broken so it was very hot in our room. The water coming from the shower and taps smelled like sulphur. It was unfortunate as our kids had no issue with their room and had a great experience. The location of this property was great. A little hard to find when we first arrived due to lack of signage but the staff was very friendly.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful when we had questions about how to get to places. The hotel was exceptionally clean and in a very central location. It is located on a busy street but once you close the door to the terrane it's completely quiet. My one and only complaint is that the hotel advertises that it offers air conditioning but as soon as we arrived they said it wasn't working. Keep that in mind if you are traveling in the summer months

Steps to Piazza Tasso, close to train station -this is where you want to stay folks! A bit tight, but to be expected in this enchanting city. They do have a small elevator. Breakfast is provided (meats, eggs, fruit, pastries, coffee, cappuccino. Will provide "to go" -if headed to a tour. Laundry service is provided, but not on property. They were very helpful with restaurant suggestions.

la atención por parte las personas del hotel fue muy buena, me gusto que esta cerca de la estación de tren y de camión que te lleva a Amalfi, Positano, también queda cerca el ferry para Capri, te puedes mover a pie sin ningún problema No me gusto que en la noche como es una calle de mucho turismo no puedes abrir la ventana porque es muchísimo ruido y hacia calor. Fuera de eso por precio y ubicacion si lo recomiendo ampliamente

We did not have a junior with king bed. We had a double bed. The air conditioning went haywire and we needed a portable heater in our room. The power went out one night. And the deadbolt stuck. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

The only improvement could be to breakfast, there was no butter for the rolls or ability to heat/toast the breads. Also no milk for the cereal. All in all, we had a lovely stay.

Lovely little place in a superb location between the station and the main square. I had a room at the back and that was very quiet- I couldn't tell the hotel was on the main road. Staff very friendly, efficient and helpful. Only minor negative- a bit more variety at breakfast would go down well. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The place is in the main street of Sorrento easy to find and walk to from the train station. It’s close enough to walk to everything. There is a bit of stairs to get up to the reception desk but the friendly staff can help. The room and bathroom is quite spacious and shower has good water pressure. The only disappointment is the breakfast which didn’t have much selection to eat there’s no hot food and coffee is not self served, can only be ordered from the breakfast lady. Our stay had two breakfasts included but after day 1 didn’t felt like going again. Luckily there are plenty of food choices available on the main streets.
