Nothing unique at all.. false advertisement. Ad for family room with stove..but no pots, pans dishes or utensils! Garbage disposal smelled like sewage when running ..not cleaned in a very long time! Noved us to another room and in a couple of days, we started getting bit. They said its biting ants! But looks like bed bug bites to me. Got bites 4 years ago also but notbthere so very familiar with what they look like. Shouldnt have been biting anythings!!! Nice pool but no heater and with cool nights, water like ice. But convenient to everything i was looking..and they allowed us to fed ex our luggage. Doubt i would stay here again. Was veryvdisappointed but yoyr respresentativem Eman as he likes to be called but its really emanuel , was so awesome and hrlped mevfrom night 1. Hes very special and kindvhearted.. ver nice enployee u have there expedia!

Upon arrival room had piece pooh in the toilet no shower curtains they move us to another room when we got to that room it was dirty so we had to sit and wait for them to try figure were to put un and the fax that our flight delay and we never check in until about 10 pm that night . We leave for work and put the sign up for cleaning of room when we got home the room was not clean i would never recommend that place worse place ever...

The property was conveniently located to where I needed to be during my visit. The deficiencies were that the parking was extremely tight, each bed only had two very small flat pillows that were almost useless, and noise was a factor as it was a motel and not a hotel.

We have stayed at this motel two other times. They could put up a more desirable front door. The lobby is so so. Front desk staff could be friendlier.The room that we stayed in was clean. The fridge and TV worked very well. The comfort of the bed was not to my liking. The mattress was very firm. They use little pillows on the beds. The pool looked very inviting, but we did not go in it. All in all, it was a pleasant one night stay. Oh by the way, they place a $50 damage deposit when you check in. No key cards, just a plain old key. I hope they update this.

Rooms are old outdated pillows worn out found bed bug in room 410 and no hot water in the morning very unpleasant hotel. Shady things like drug deals or prostitution going on. I dont recommend this to family oriented persons traveling.bring lysol if you deside to stay.

It's probably the filthiest place I've been at so far. Been traveling Florida and its hotels and motels for more than 20 years but this is one of the worst. Please spend more and stay at a chain hotel, can't recommend this to anyone.

The reviews that I had read were very bad about the property when I was searching for one night stay in Naples. I reserved it because I had to stay only one night. I was really surprised upon my arrival. It was extremely clean, new laminated floor, clean bathroom and no bugs at all. The only thing that the fan was not working in the bathroom and TV had no YouTube. If you are looking for clean and affordable hotel in Naples, then get this. You will not regret. I will come to stay in this hotel again whenever I visit Naples, if they will keep it clean and affordable. Thanks again 👍

Room smelled like cigarettes, bed sheets didn’t feel clean, bed had 2 pillows, both thin and had stains. Giant crack under the door letting air, light, bugs etc in. Felt like if I showered there I would get even dirtier. Not worth 150 for one night…couldn’t even pay me to stay there

This was one of the worst experiences in my life! It looked nothing like in the pictures. There were roaches in the room! I killed about 4 in the less than 1 hour I was there. The sheets were so old, they looked see through in some parts. The bed had already been slept in; there was hair and dirt under the sheets. I lost money because I left; I did not feel comfortable being there -- Much less sleeping there! Horrible experience.

Proximity is excellent. Plenty of dining options. Old motel. All on one floor. Quiet and safe. TV channel selection and HD great. WI-FI adequate. Bed very comfortable. No dresser to put clothes in. Only 1 hangar in “closet”. No iron or board. No hair dryer. No vanity in bathroom. No stop in either bathroom sink or shower. The hot/cold faucets in shower were not in sync. Floors old and needed to be mopped. Refrigerator and microwave worked well.

No frills, clean motel. Had a mini fridge and microwave, but no lamp, clock radio or coffee maker. Beds were comfortable, but watch your toes on the base that jutted out. Window shades were not room darkening.Had lots of outlets, but no USB ports. TV had very few channels. Heavy smell of cannibus in parking lot. Guess you get what you pay for.

It’s a converted road side motel. The rooms are updated but the floors are uneven, the mirror in the bathroom is old and tarnishing and the shower head is too low. I’m 5’7” and it was at my back. I had to literally get on my knees to wash my hair. Good for a quick stop but not an experience most would do.

They advertise that checkin is only until 11pm. I arrived after several hours of driving at 10:45 and the office was closed. There was an event that weekend so all the local hotels were booked or $300+ a night. I was forced to sleep in my car. I was at the door at 7am when they advertise that the office opens, and nothing. I stood outside for almost an hour, still no one. Then…they refused to refund my money. Just UNREAL

No clock, no lamps, no phone, only overhead lights. Ants running around on sink. One washcloth, one hand towel, two bath towels. Had a strange man who we found out was maintenance that came into our room at 7:15 am after a quick knock and before I could get to the door while I was dressing. Found out they were checking to see if we had left. Will not be staying there again.

The Spinnaker is easy to find just off Interstate 75. Check in was easy. The office is closed from 11pm until 7am so later checkin would not be possible. We arrived late afternoon. The room was ok with microwave and small fridge and big TV with cable. There was not a coffee maker in the room, but coffee was available in the lobby.

No one had the courtesy to call me to remind me of check in ending at 11pm I arrived after work at 1115 and couldn’t check in. Had to sleep in my car. They need a better system. Also refused to issue a refund.

It’s not fancy at all.. but it’s a safe and clean place to lay your head. Fridge and microwave were a nice touch! Front desk was friendly and accommodating (make sure you pay attention to the closing time, it’s not always open so could be an issue for late night arrivals!) Great location near 75 and the beaches. Would stay here again if needed on a budget!

We were there for a family emergency, so we spent little time in the room, but the room was clean, freshly painted...it had a small refrigerator, microwave,bathroom. The thermostat worked very well...the shower was good...toilet was a little slow, but always worked. The price was a blessing. Any other motel would've been beyond our reach in Naples. The staff was courteous but not overly helpful when the phone did not work or we needed to exchange towels Still, we had everything we needed at a very good price. I would definitely stay here again...we felt safe.

This is an area where accommodation is expensive. The price here was lower than anything else but still pricey for our limited budget. The hotel is quite old, but everything was very clean. Don’t expect any luxuries here. Coffee and tea on in the front office.

Terrible hotel and service but of course no complains because is cheap and you get what you pay for. Beds are so unconfortable no sheets no pillows, no closets no hangers no way to hang a towel in the bathroom. Pool is little and closes 5pm. No breakfast, only coffee in the reception area but when is open. Ice maker also in the reception when I tried to get some was closed. My room had a mini kitchen but microwave was broken. I was begging to finish the stay!!

It was fine for a quick overnight—nothing fancy but very adequate and reasonably priced. Was glad to get the extra pillows we asked for. Several good breakfast options were close by. We chose the Waffle House which was also a good deal, and very fast.
