We spent 2 night at the Pavilion Arms and we had a very good stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and very comfortable. The choice for breakfast was excellent, all ingredients were fresh and well-presented as well as being very tasty. We had 2 evening meals and there were excellent too. We will stay again when we visit Bournemouth in the future.

Lovely 2nd stay, room upgraded which was great, and excellent breakfast included for £82, Dog was very welcome (add £20 charge)and staff fantastic. Would highly recommend hotel if needing a stay in the Bournemouth/Poole area.

Comfortable accommodation with everything you need for a short stay in Bournemouth. Fantastic staff who all took time to make sure myself (and my dog!) had a lovely stay. Great food & a lovely atmosphere in the bar. Looking forward to returning.

Lovely location. Bar was really nice with great selection of food and drinks. The room although a little small for us was very nice with a lovely boutique vibe. The manager Matt was beyond helpful and took time to speak with us and make sure that our stay was as planned. Very pleased and would definitely stay there again.

This was a great find for us on a one-night stay in Bournemouth! It's outside the main hustle & bustle in a leafy residential area. The room was hot as it was summertime and imagine there's not much to be done in an older building, but other than that, we can't fault it! Very clean, cleverly decorated facilities and an amazing restaurant in the pub downstairs. Really you must try the food! The manager Rebecca is a sweetheart and did everything in her power to make our short stay that much nicer. It seems she does often go above and beyond for her guests!

Absolutely amazing. The staff, service, cleanliness, food location is all 10/10. From the moment I arrived I was welcomed we a friendly smile. The room was beautifully decorated, comfortable with a stocked mini bar. The food in the downstairs pub was exquisite and the breakfast was the best I have had in a long time. Plenty of choice, and again 10/10 I can't wait to return.

The room was lovely. Nicely decorated and the little extras were a nice touch. The staff were very attentive and made us feel really welcome. We also ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the cosy room and it was absolutely amazing, the interior design was lovely and the room was very clean. Staff were very friendly. The only issue we had was that we couldn’t shower as the water was too hot.

My overnight stay was good from check-in with polite staff to check-out the next day. My room was cosy and big enough for one occupant, very clean and a bed that was one of the best Ive slept in for a long while, so comfortable! Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning in the future.

Lovely room, the Bramley toiletries were amazing. I ordered the hand cream from Amazon just after sampling it there. Friendly staff, great breakfast with multiple choices included in the price. An array of reasonably priced drinks and snacks in the fridge - bottles of water and milk were complimentary. The tray of hot drink making facilities included a cafeteria, sachets of ground coffee, breakfast tea, hot chocolate, brown and white sugar lumps and biscuits. The bed was on the firm side but that suited my back. I enjoyed watching the large screen TV and took advantage of the WiFI. The shower was powerful and the soft white towels were plentiful. I will definitely stay here next time when I visit my friend who is in a nearby care home.

Pavilion arms has a great feel to the place, all the staff we encountered were brilliant nothing was too much. Great choice of breakfasts must say the full English was great.We booked a double room which was on the slightly small side but very clean and tidy think next time would get a superior room. Very nice and quiet area and walkable to town centre however bus stops right outside if you're less able.

This is my second stay here. Loved it the 1st time so came back again as the price was within my limit for work. Would have booked 3 rooms next month but the prices are well out of our budget. Also charged for the mini bar that I did not use!!

The room was lovely. Nicely decorated and the little extras were a nice touch. The staff were very attentive and made us feel really welcome. We also ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely location. Bar was really nice with great selection of food and drinks. The room although a little small for us was very nice with a lovely boutique vibe. The manager Matt was beyond helpful and took time to speak with us and make sure that our stay was as planned. Very pleased and would definitely stay there again.

This was a great find for us on a one-night stay in Bournemouth! It's outside the main hustle & bustle in a leafy residential area. The room was hot as it was summertime and imagine there's not much to be done in an older building, but other than that, we can't fault it! Very clean, cleverly decorated facilities and an amazing restaurant in the pub downstairs. Really you must try the food! The manager Rebecca is a sweetheart and did everything in her power to make our short stay that much nicer. It seems she does often go above and beyond for her guests!

The room was beautifully decorated, comfortable with a stocked mini bar. The food in the downstairs pub was exquisite and the breakfast was the best I have had in a long time. Plenty of choice, and again 10/10 I can't wait to return.

Pavilion arms has a great feel to the place, all the staff we encountered were brilliant nothing was too much. Great choice of breakfasts must say the full English was great.We booked a double room which was on the slightly small side but very clean and tidy think next time would get a superior room. Very nice and quiet area and walkable to town centre however bus stops right outside if you're less able.

We spent 2 night at the Pavilion Arms and we had a very good stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and very comfortable. The choice for breakfast was excellent, all ingredients were fresh and well-presented as well as being very tasty. We had 2 evening meals and there were excellent too. We will stay again when we visit Bournemouth in the future.
