The property is really nice however, the bathroom door in our room squeaked really loudly. Also, you can’t use the bathroom light unless you turn the light outside. Had to replace the room key quite a few times. It just stopped working during our stay.

Great experience, clean, great breakfast, lots of coffee options, very accommodating, welcoming of our dogs, great customers service, no complaints about the room. Only complaint would be that the card readers to the outside doors sometimes didn’t work when we went to bring our dogs outside and we had had to walk around to the next door to get in, or had to try multiples times to get the key to unlock the room door…noticed an attendant trying to get into the laundry room and she was also having issues getting in to that room. Seems like the system needs to be updated.

Was great …..due to hurricane they didn’t charge us for our pets which was such a good thing with everything already going on . I would definitely stay here again.

We arrived at the hotel only to learn that a water line had broken and that there was no water supply. The front desk manager, Frank, was apologetic and attentive to the issues this would cause, promising to correct the problem or arrange for other accommodations for us if necessary. He exhibited a lot of grace under pressure, given that the issue took several hours to resolve. Other than this one problem (as well as an issue that closed the pool--fortunately we were given access to the pool at the sister property next door), the hotel was clean, well-maintainined, and a pleasant spot to rest ones head.

Rooms are drab and uncomfortable. Only color in room was the entry door. Not well furnished. Lobby is frozen in the 1990’s. Staff tried to be helpful. We reserved and paid for a suite and then asked to be downgraded as first room resembled a medical waiting room. Pool was green and dirty. Rooms were clean. Can not recommend.

We only stayed here one night, but everything was great! The staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was hot and with lots of variety. Their pool pool was under construction, but it wasn’t a problem because we use the pool which was just a few steps away Next Door. We will definitely be returning

The room was not clean. There were grease marks of the Wooden furniture, something nasty on the main big glass Mirror and I found hairs in the bathroom floors. All these were enough to gross me.

The room smelled like pets and urine. Two of my children became ill due to the smell. The front desk offered some room freshener. Unfriendly and unacceptable. There were people grilling in the parking lot after dark and people loitering around their cars. There were several men standing sing the parking lot. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. Will never stay there again. The street did not seem to care

Specific to Room 403. The mattress needs to be replaced. It is terribly lopsided. The bathroom tub grout and caulking need to be refreshed. The carpet is torn and not covered under the threshold properly. The arms of the chair were very dirty. Otherwise, I enjoy Hsmoton Inns as a whole. Breakfast is good. The stationary bathroom supplies were very nice-soap, gel, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner.

Pros: the room had a mini refrigerator and microwave along with a coffee maker and iron, ironing board and hangers. Plenty of hot water and toiletries. Cons: Bad lighting for the desk and the AC vent blew right onto the thermostat which caused the AC to continuously turn on and off. After setting it from auto to having the fan run constantly it wasnt so bad. There was also a little pink mold in the shower by the soap dish.

I loved that everytng was super clean. The staff was excellent from the front desk to the kitchen staff every one was eagered to help and make our stay a memorable one. Hampton Inn has always been our favorite but this particular one in Apopka was outstanding. Also very centralized to all the springs we wanted to visit.

Room was nice, hotel was a little expensive for the location. Breakfast was not good. Very few offerings. Also the showers have glass doors, which were designed for a short person. I had to duck to get in and out of the shower.

Stayed for a full week and felt the hotel was great. The breakfast each morning had a good variety. Parking was plentiful. Only suggestion is to change the configuration of the bathroom sink. Literally no space to properly wash your hands under the faucet. Our hands were always up against the back of the sink.

The only bad thing I have to say about our stay is the sink in the bathroom… whoever thought to put the faucet to the side; Terrible idea! Couldn’t wash my face like I normally do and even washing my hands was not like normal. Other than that, we loved our stay. Beds were comfortable, too was spacious, staff was Amazing and Courteous!

Great hotel for visiting springs and the amphitheater. My only pain point was needing a late checkout and no one would answer the front desk calls. Right at 11, we had someone from housekeeping literally banging on our door telling us that checkout was at 11 ( we knew that ). It scared us really bad and made us feel very unwelcome. I finally was able to call the front desk by dialing out and calling directly.

We had a very pleasant and easy check in. The suite was much more spacious than I thought even after seeing the pictures. The room was very clean and comfortable and the front desk even checked in with us via text after our arrival and the next morning. That was fantastic. Breakfast both mornings was to be as expected. However the food was not well stocked/replenished and guests had to keep asking for things from the kitchen. (I also feel there wasn’t as much of an assortment or variety to choose from as opposed to other Hampton Inn’s we often stay at.) Overall, a great weekend stay.

I am very thankful for Ali. My daughter and I were traveling from different places to meet here. I was not going to get there until much later and I called to ask if she could check in and get our room so she could rest. Ali took care of us and I was very thankful. The room was clean and comfortable. This will be our go to place from now on when up there for horse shows at Clarcona Horseman’s Park. Thank you!

The hotel was very clean and inviting. I would suggest to upgrade for the suite, the rooms are huge! The breakfast is what you would expect as a typical free continental breakfast, not my thing but it looked decent for a quick bite on the go. Would stay here again, close to the springs which is why we chose it!

The so-called breakfast was one of the worst we have ever had in a Hampton Inn. The “omelettes” were burnt, and the cut up pieces of fruit was literally swimming in a bowl of chopped ice. When I asked the kitchen attendant about it, she took it to the back, and I saw her eating pieces of it with her bare hands. Also, they did not even have a water station in the breakfast area or near the front desk. I had to ask for a bottle of water. There were literally no toiletries, like make up wipes, or Q-tipsexcept what was on the wall. The shower curtain did not even fit across the bar so water sprayed out onto the bathroom floor. Overall, it just seemed overpriced for what you got. It was disappointing because we’ve stayed at a lot of Hampton Inn and I’ve never had to write a bad review.
