We went to Northern Ireland for a Golf trip and stayed for four nights. The hotel is close to the Belfast City Airport. Parking is nearby and there is a large selection of pubs and restaurants in walking distance. The hotel offers a 24h reception service as well as late night bar and snacks like Pizza. Overall the perfect fit for our purpose.

Kind of odd check in. There are two round bar top tables in the restaurant that serves as check in and check out of the hotel. I didn’t notice them when we arrived and asked a server in the restaurant where the lobby was for check in and they directed me to the woman at the bar top table. Parking garage just down the street. Great walkable location. Safe. Clean. Great guys working the bar (not many food options).

Hard to figure out what parking garage to use. Inside hotel reception was just a table inside a restaurant. When restaurant closed you had to ring the doorbell for a staff to come let you in.

Nice hotel, centrally placed. The rooms are spacious with tea and coffee making facilities. City Hall is a 5 minute walk away as is the Europa Bus Station and Opera House. The hotel does amazing 12 inch pizzas 24 hours a day. Highly recommended.

Budget hotel and, to be fair, we got what we paid for but no TV remote in the room and water took ages to drain in bathroom - mentioned both to reception and neither were sorted. But room was comfy, if a little cold when we arrived and great location one min walk from town centre. Currently having bar and restaurant redeveloped so we didn’t experience those and I’m sure once complete, the hotel will be all the better for it

Excellent location for most things you'd want to do in Belfast. Hotel is just a few minutes walk to huge Castle Court shopping, the two oldest pubs in Belfast and numerous small stores and restaurants. St. George's Market is a 20 minute walk, Titanic about 40. Train station is a 10 minute walk. Cabs are easy to get if you prefer. The hotel is clean and quiet, with a bar and small restaurant on the ground floor. Staff is efficient, friendly and helpful. Would easily stay here again.

Staff was incredible & helpful. Easy check in and out. It's great that parking was offered and provided directions on their site but actually finding the garage entrance was a nightmare. The garage is not in their ownership so not their fault.

The room was a bit dirty honestly. Our towels had spots on them and so did the bed sheets. My husband found a huge purple stain on the comforter. I’m guessing someone dyed there hair in the room because there was also some purple spots in the bathroom. The water from the sink also stunk. But I will say it was nicely located and the staff were very nice.

The room was with electric static’s noise, very upsetting for those with sensibility. There was definitely something wrong with the electrical system because it damaged my adaptor (that is compatible with both voltages) leaving the room with a burnt smell. The sink was smelling like sewage

The location of the hotel is amazing a couple hundred metres and you’re in town. The hotel was clean and the staff were nice. The bedroom was quite spacious and comfy. The only cons are the bathroom drains were a bit whiffy at times.

Our stay was very nice with our room having clearly just been completely renovated. The entire hotel appears to have only very recently been completely revamped. The facilities look excellent. Staff was professional if not particularly friendly or welcoming. Overall a very clean room apart from some hairs and what seemed like dog/cat hair in and on the duvet. Breakfast was ok. From a continental perspective there lacked any real bread, pastries or plentiful yoghurt and cereal. UK "full English" was available and was tasty if a little salty. 4/5 overall experience.

The room itself was spotless but the smell in the room was awful. It was coming from the bathroom. We flushed the toilet, rang the showet etc and had to lay with the window open all night. Both left the next day feeling ill

Nice hotel in a good location near town centre. Good faculties. Shower room got very wet as the shower wasn’t draining properly. House keeping didn’t clean the room whilst we were there. good comfy mattress. Overall would recommend

The thermostat kept changing temperature in the middle of the night up to 22 degrees and then down to 19. I had to constantly contact reception to give me control just so I could set it to 20. Also, the toilet was too high to sit on comfortably.

The room is not the best, but it wasn’t uncomfortable, the thing that I did not like was that you don’t have control over the AC, the room was super cold and I had to go to the lobby to talk to somebody so they could control the temperature, there are no phones inside of the room so you cannot call reception, I had to go down and talk to them, I did not like that whatsoever The staff is friendly, there was a problem with the rooms and when I got to the hotel after a long days traveled, I was told that I didn’t have a room and I was being sent to another hotel, I book this hotel because I needed to be on a train by 8 AM and it was close to the train station, they told me I was gonna be sent to a hotel 30 minutes away, and that a taxi was gonna pick me up the next morning to bring me back, they did give me breakfast at the other hotel, and I requested being taking back to the hotel and taken to the train station because it was something that was their fault not mine which the hotel staff agreed to,

The property was clean and the staff was friendly but the bathroom was odd to say the least. It was a pre-fabricated fiberglass stall that included a sink, toilet and shower. The door leading into it included gaps at the top and bottom. It just seemed like the cheap route instead of having an actual bathroom installed. The twin beds were exceptionally small and you have to be careful not to move around too much or you may end up on the floor.

Not bad for what we needed but not the best. Mattress was so thin so not very comfortable. The shower head pointed at the wall, no matter how it was repositioned so very difficult to have a shower. Other than that, not a bad location, close to some eateries and pubs, and shops just a short walk. The air con system liked to turn itself on in the night, making odd gurgling sounds - pressing the off button didn’t stop this from happening.

Had a great stay at the Ibis city centre. All the staff we encountered were so lovely and helpful. Location is convenient for city centre and Cathedral Quarter, bus station not too far. Thanks for a fab stay!

I cannot write enough good words about the staff at this ibis. Everyone was friendly and super helpful. They made us feel like it was home! The cleaning staff did a wonderful job keeping the place clean and tidy! Also the wait staff in the dining area were friendly and attentive and constantly came by clearing plates and dishes. Not to leave out the check/out staff and managers either. They were courteous and friendly as well and made sure our visit was going good every morning. Job well done!!

Getting ready to go out and someone else walked into our room. Staff said ‘sorry we typed in the wrong number’. We then realised you didn’t actually need a key card for our room and it was open for our entire stay! Really not safe or secure

IBIS central Belfast are an absolute disgrace. I booked and paid for 4 twin rooms over six months ago but on arrival the hotel claimed to have no knowledge of the booking. Next they admitted that I had booked and paid for 4 twin rooms but none were available in the hotel. After TWO HOURS of arguing with the hotel duty manager, miraculously 4 twin rooms were found in the hotel. Terrible hotel and Expedia were useless in providing any support. I will not use Expedia ever again and I will definitely not stay in an IBIS.

Great location, very walkable to everywhere within 10 minutes. The hotel is clean, plenty of facilities and the customer service is brilliant - especially from Stuart who works on the front desk. Easy checkin service, no hassle and great recommendations.

Booked x4 twin rooms on here. Got confirmation but at check in, only x2 rooms were as booked. One was a double and the 4th didn’t exist. The check in team worked things out and we’re apologetic but still, it’s inconvenient and frustrating to be met with “sorry, we don’t have that room” after hours of travelling.

The Hotel is in a perfect location to explore the city and what Belfast has to offer. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Recommendations for food by Stewart and the team were great especially Fibber Magee's for live music. Will definitely be back.

On the edge of the city. Not far to walk in. Area around the hotel dilapidated. Hotel clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Room clean, good size. Quite so no disturbance regards sleep. Quality breakfast. Also menu for evening meal plenty of choice. Value for money.

Lovely, simple and Clean. Easy walk to centre. friendly staff, especially in evenings. Breakfast has a reasonable variety and well cooked. Only bit we were a little disappointed the restaurant was closed one evening due to prioritising a tour party. we feel all patrons should have equal access to facilities/menu on any given night.

All staff polite, friendly, helpful. Good location. Rooms ok, very comfy bed. Superb unlimited buffet style cooked breakfasts with good coffee machines. Three draught beers on tap. Bar food bit limited, pasta, pizza etc but no more expensive than in the City. Plenty tap water and ice available on request anytime. Cooked breakfast bit cheaper if include with room booking. Cannot fault the hotel or staff.

This was an affordable hotel for our two evenings in Belfast. Upon arrival, the staff member at the front desk was very helpful to get us oriented to the area, and to make some good recommendations for food and entertainment. The room wasn’t overly spacious, but was comfortable, and it had air conditioning. The buffet breakfasts were quite good and filled us up enough to get through to supper. They don’t have their own parking, but there is a pay car park a block away. It was walking distance to the Cathedral Quarter, and we also walked to the Titanic Quarter, though it was a bit of a hike.

An easy walk to the main shops and pubs, really comfy bed, nice clean room and friendly staff. The rooms are basic, which I knew upon booking but were perfectly acceptable for our trip - we didn’t come to Belfast to stay in a hotel room the whole time! Breakfast was really good, lots of choice and staff were in hand if you needed anything. Will stay again!

The room was very clean, albeit the rug the bed was on, was very dusty. The room itself was very large and the bathroom was spotless. Staff very friendly...only downside was the pizza oven broke down on the evening of our stay...we all fancied pizzas for supper after a night out!! and there was nothing else offered, no other options. Good location, great transport connections for the shuttle/buses etc. Overall, a good stay!!

Bathroom has soap dispensers that have black bacterial mould around them (I have photos) car park advice misleading, the £6.95 car park they describe closes at 6pm and the other one that’s close cost more than double. Cafe boasts 24hr pizza but they had nothing at all that was gluten free leaving me to walk through what can only be described as a dubious area to find food. Hotel also has warm air heating that really smells. Definitely will not be going back.
