Everything was amazing we had an amazing balcony room overlooking the pool and the sea, breakfast was superb and a great selection of hot cold, cakes, fruit etc, the pool was lovely and so was the bar area. I we would like to single out Maria the beverage manager as someone who was so friendly, smiley and always on hand to get you anything you wanted. All great.

Our stay in the Ginestra Suite was delightful, complemented by a wonderful pool and an amazing breakfast. Our stay was flawless; however, the steep stairway to access the hotel was a minor inconvenience.

The hotel is really well designed and run like a true luxury resort. Every one was very friendly and helpful. Clean, well-run, a terrific place to stay,,, very close to downtown shops and restaurants, but it didn't have the noise and congestion of the downtown area. Nice views of the ocean from the pool area and balcony.

Nice clean property, close to shopping and restaurants. The pool bar was nice for drinks and snacks. From the main road to the hotel there are some stairs and a little bit of a walk to arrive at the property, the luggage porters were a great help with their electric cart.

Really lovely hotel, beautiful views and in a great location - a couple of minutes walk down from the main road, can easily get into Capri town, but also a short walk down the hill to the public beach. Staff were friendly, approachable and super-helpful, especially in the bar. Drinks and food were no more expensive than anywhere else on Capri, but beautifully prepared and very tasty. Had a really peaceful and relaxing stay as a couple - highly recommended.

It was a nice place to stay because is close to the Capri center which is good because you can commute to any other place from there, such as restaurants, the most important stores in Capri and also there is a bus stop to go to Anacapri just 3min walking. The hotel was clean and the service really good. Highly recommend!

We were dropped off by taxi at due golfi which is the closest stop to the hotel. Upon arrival, the hotel had a gentleman waiting there for us with a cart and retrieved our bags and brought them to the hotel after checking in the gentleman at the desk brought us to our room and showed us around, then our bags were brought to us from the lobby. Our room was spotless, and the view was absolutely incredible. The pool and the pool area were cleaned meticulously and all of the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was super special. Everything we wanted to see in that area was walkable from our hotel. I absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a luxury stay. The free breakfast was a gorgeous spread of meats, cheeses, and daily baked goods with fresh squeeze juice and delicious cappuccinos.

Unfortunately this property fell way short of our expectations. For the price, you’d expect way more. However this is probably a 2-3 star hotel at its best. Comforter and headboard were stained when we first walked which just makes you think how well the place is really being cleaned. Then there were clumps of someone else’s hair in our shower. Our room’s AC was broken the first 2 days and due to the extreme heat we could barely sleep at night. The bed was the most uncomfortable hotel bed we’ve ever slept on and was so flat and hard it felt like sleeping in a coffin. Overall just a huge disappointment and wish we had spent our money elsewhere.

We booked a room last minute to stay in Capri for one night and we are glad we did. We have traveled to many places and have stayed in many different hotels and can say this was definitely one of our top stays. We appreciate the staff, they acknowledged our anniversary celebration and we are grateful. The room was in excellent condition as far as cleaned. The decoration was beautiful. Breakfast had many options. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Overall hotel Della Piccola marina was “okay”. The staff was quite rude and impatient….i had burned my leg in their Turkish bath pretty badly, the kind server ran across the street to get me burn cream to help me with my wounds and the RUDE manager demanded we paid for the cream and not be able to keep the cream after we paid for it!!! That’s just one thing…..also….THE WIFI SUCKS!!! I swear I could’ve gotten better WiFi from two tin-foil balls wired to a Double-A battery than whatever get up they had and THE BED WAS LIKE SLEEPING ON CONCRETE…I swear I’ve developed scoliosis just from that bed. On another note being from Chicago we love spices on our foods…so the first morning we had breakfast there we used their tobasco hot sauce on our eggs, the next day I asked for hot sauce…I watched the server physically hide the tobasco and say “no, sorry we are all out”…I only wanted a few drops but whatever I thought that was petty and rude. Also, they all of the sudden just stopped having to-go boxes even tho we already had 2 to 3 to-go boxes prior to this incident. It was almost like they just wanted us to throw it out so we can just pay for more food instead of having leftovers….. the hotel “servers” or whatever you call them were absolute angels and were so kind and great but the management was quite rude and terrible….all in all….there are better hotels for less money. Overall it was very nice, but when we come back to Capri we will not be staying here again. Id give 5/10

The property looked very good and 4-star until we got to the room. The room was more a 3-3.5 star. The paint was chipping from walls and baseboards and the bathroom had damaged tiles. The room was supposed to be a sea-view room. At best, it could be called a partial sea-view when you stood at the far left of the balcony and craned your neck to look past the tree that was blocking your view. On top of that, we asked the hotel to set up a private boat tour of Capri. They set us up with a run-down boat and a rough captain that fought with the people working at the Blue Grotto entrance. It was unsatisfactory.

Hotel is in a great location. Nice pool. The room itself was spacious with a nice balcony but the bed was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on. The air conditioning would not stop running no matter what I did to turn it off. Our first night in Capri I did not sleep. The manager was understanding and moved us to a better room which had a functioning AC and better bed.

The staff knows how to welcome the guests. All of the staff is always available to give you the best possible experience. From the first moment we arrived, the hosts managed our luggage along the stairs and a senior looking and undoubtedly cigar loving man, processed us most efficiently through the reception whilst giving us a comprehensive update on the must visits and best places to have lunch and dinner. We felt immediately welcome. An the young multilingual and always kind brunette at the counter booked our perfect spot in what must be the most romantic restaurant on the Island, Il Geranio, overseeing the gardens of Emp. Augustus and the beautiful bay. We enjoyed our stay in a great room, nicely sized and perfectly maintained by an always smiling and very available housekeeping team. The breakfast service was above average but simple at the same time. A nice variety of cereals, pastries, and of course the incontournable mozzarella cheese, veggies and plenty of fresh seasonal fruit made it perfect for me. We spent in between our walks and visits quite some moments enjoying the swimming pool. Our host at the pool, Chris, made us being annual guests. In short, a great ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ experience. The staff was wonderful, they had no problem carting our 15 bags from the top of the hill to our rooms. The breakfast was lovely with fresh scrambled & bacon amongst cereals & fruit. The rooms were clean & very roomy for Europe & Capri . The best part was it was a short walk to the square & the bus stop was at the foot of the hotel. Keep in mind that it is extremely hilly and most of Capri lodging is a fairly steep walk up & down. Most areas are not flat with the exception of the square area & shopping along with Ana Capri. We loved it. The pool looked great but we were on the go too much to enjoy it.

Lovely hotel very near centre of Capri. We had a nice big room with a balcony and spacious bathroom. Slightly uphill walk into the centre but only about 5 mins to shops, restaurants and buses. Included breakfast was also excellent, staff all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Lovely big room, well furnished with a balcony overlooking the pool area and a great view down the valley to the sea. The location is walkable to the main square with restaurants, exclusive shopping and cafes. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food and dining inside or outside on the garden patio.
