Perfectly located, very near the shopping area, the main plaza, and sights like Via Krupp. The hotel also has a view from the pool/restaurant of the water which is lovely. The included breakfast is very nice (made to order eggs or other, not just pastries) and Antonio from the restaurant was a delight.

Great location, great staff, really good food in the morning , great coffee options, rooms were very clean and the patio was very huge space to relax and tan, pool with view was beautiful.

We had an excellent stay. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Location was great. Pool area was awesome. Only complaints were the pool area and bar wasn’t staffed and the shower didn’t get very hot and had very low pressure. Overall, highly recommend the stay.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel La Floridiana. The service was exceptional! We were greeted with a complimentary drink on the beautiful balcony as soon as we arrived. Staff made every effort to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Food, pool, and room were excellent.

The staff greeted us like we were relatives. Felt like we were the only people here. Very clean. Beautiful pool, great food and drinks.only negative was not a lot of outlets or chargers and bathroom has tiny sink. We got a room with a private terrace that was so comfortable. Staff really goes out of their way to please. Wonderful time. Take funicular up then walk down to it.

Capri town is a bit unique due to no traffic in a lot of areas. Taxi from the port to (close to) the town centre was a fun experience. The hotel, along with most others is then a five minute walk away. The hotel has been built on the side of a rock wall and uses some of it for cool architectural features. Bar area is stylish with good views. It’s not a very big hotel but there are always a number of the staff available to give excellent local advice. Andrea’s assistance, was amazing, as was Antonio, who is head waiter I think. They just couldn’t be more helpful of friendly. I honestly can’t think of any scope for improvement, it was that good.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They greated us warmly upon arrival and assisted with all our questions. They have a beautiful restaurant inside the hotel and Antonio, the manager was so pleasant and always made our dining experience pleasant. The hotel is beautiful and the pool and terrace was perefct. The view off terrace was picture perfect.

Hotel was Beautiful and staff was very friendly and attentive things I did not like were Their missed representation of the porter fees. Website from their hotel states about $5 per bag however the hotel charges a direct $20 per bag regardless of the size. Showers were also very small and poor drainage with a sewer smell.

Service was EXCELLENT! The service was so good it was the reason why we kept extending our stay. This hotel is lucky they have such great staff especially Claudia. Reception upgraded us to an amazing suite for our anniversary for free which had a hot tub and much larger than the room we had to begin with. I am beyond thankful for that. The hotel is also in PERFECT location. Definitely use the porter service though. Free breakfast in the morning was fantastic, a lot of options and great service once again. I will like to add some things that management should be mindful on - The bathtub and shower are together and it does NOT drain. We couldn’t feel clean from this. - The water in the bathroom smells like complete backup sewage (we had to open our doors up to let fresh air in) - Rooms really need an upgrade - TV only had 3 shows in English, they advertise for smart TV. You can connect to your music on your phone but not Netflix, Hulu, etc. - We were on the 1st floor and the WiFi did not work in our room. Was such a disruption because we couldn’t make business calls and also had to go on the patio to get internet to work I know things sounds kinda bad but it wasn’t horrible and we would come back here. However, really work on fixing these things and you would have a perfect hotel.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Very clean and beautiful rooms. The staff was so nice and kind and very accommodating. In the restaurant, Antonio was incredible and provided a great experience. Will definitely be returning in the future. 100/10

Everything was good. Shower needed an upgrade. Room was very hot and smelled of perfume (not in a good way). The toilet was hard to flush and only flushed after several tries. The staff was excellent so the rooms do not reflect on them.

The property is in Capri. It can be a bit of challenging if you are travelling with big luggages or you may have ann option to carry them by hotel back and forth with a price. Our room was facing to the see with a breath taking view. Such a lovely hotel with super polite and professional staffs.

This hotel is a “Can’t Miss”! The staff made my wife and me feel like royalty. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Far enough away from the bustling shoppers yet only a few minutes from the shops.

This hotel was amazing! Our room was gorgeous with a enormous terrace, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the view was incredible. The staff was courteous, and very helpful making arrangements for the ferry and luggage transport. You will need to be able to walk down about 15 or so steps to enter the hotel, but they will greet you with a welcome beverage of choice and a snack. Wide variety of breakfast items included.

Wonderful hotel, the staff were all so friendly and made you feel relaxed and at home from the moment you stepped in the door. Breakfasts are fantastic, lots of choice and everything is fresh and of high quality. Great location to explore Capri, we loved our stay here!

Beautiful gem of a hotel with amazing views. When I arrived I was welcomed with such warmth and hospitality. They greeted me with a lemoncello cocktail and some snacks. I was upgraded too. It was off season but I was treated like a king. Would definitely recommend

Can't say enough about our stay, it was more than amazing, we wanted to cancel the rest of our trip destinations and stay there. Claudia and Elvira at reception and Antonio in the restaurant went far beyond excellent. Ready to go back.

The entire staff and property were far beyond our expectations. Antonio is a master at his craft. The included breakfast was be far the very best we had experienced in our travels so far in Italy!! We so much wish we could spend two or three more nights here. Capri in the evening changes to a wonderful island of relaxation and CLASS like we have never witnessed before ... The blogs were ALL correct .. Capri changes like a pupea to a beautiful butterfly once the day trip tourists are gone .. at about 5pm!! MAGICAL!!

The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They greated us warmly upon arrival and assisted with all our questions. They have a beautiful restaurant inside the hotel and Antonio, the manager was so pleasant and always made our dining experience pleasant. The hotel is beautiful and the pool and terrace was perefct. The view off terrace was picture perfect.

We had an excellent stay. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Location was great. Pool area was awesome. Only complaints were the pool area and bar wasn’t staffed and the shower didn’t get very hot and had very low pressure. Overall, highly recommend the stay.

This hotel is a “Can’t Miss”! The staff made my wife and me feel like royalty. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Far enough away from the bustling shoppers yet only a few minutes from the shops.
