Great Hotel. This hotel was changed over from the clarion inn. They have done a wonderful job renovating it. Everything is so fresh and new. I was very pleased with it as I am a housekeeper and know what to look for. I would have given them 5 stars had they put a clock in the room a coffee maker and MICROWAVE. The breakfast is so so as there are no eggs or bacon or sausage. No waffle maker either. Liked the idea that there was hot coffee and tea at night. Didn't like having to come to front desk area to use microwave for eye patch at 11pm because by the time you got to your room it was not really hot anymore. Bed was not bad and room is very spacious. Great location, quite and friendly staff. Great job on a wonderful renovation but need a clock, coffeemaker and MICROWAVE and I would have given them a 5 star. Would def go back. Thanks!!

My girlfriend took a shower and the water was literally brown coming out of the wall. Went to complain and get a different room but they claimed they were full. Then later that night the power goes out to the TV and all the lights in the room. Again, went to complain but they couldn’t fix it. The guy that was trying to fix the power said they would give me a refund on my bill and I asked the desk clerk but they haven’t refunded anything. DON’T STAY HERE!!!!

Stayed here recently with my boyfriend and we really liked how clean the room was. The AC was ice cold (which we loved). Below are some pros and cons of our stay. Pros: • Newly renovated clean rooms • Clean bedding • Comfy bed • Big TV with access to log in to your own streaming devices • Mini fridge • Elevator • Decent free breakfast • Nice hot tub • Good location Cons: • Not so great pillows (we brought our own based off of some of the other reviews we read and we were glad we did!) • Very bad water pressure…like painfully awful lol Pool Review: The pool felt dirty and unclean (granted we did go later at night), there were no towels in sight; my boyfriend had to go to the front desk and was given regular bath towels which I guess was fine. Dead bees were ALL over near the windows on the ground which grossed me out. The floor was cracked near the hot tub and had a caution sign over it…better than nothing I guess. We called down to the front desk (had to look up the number because our phone there had no dial tone) to get fresh towels but they never showed up. This was about 9pm. My boyfriend went the next morning and the guy at the front desk told him they were all in the dryer and it would be 20 minutes…like what lol. EVERY SINGLE TOWEL?! Anyway….it was a decent stay and I would stay again just because it’s cheap and the room was clean since it is newly renovated. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt for now and hope it gets better moving forward.
