주말은 주차장까지 도착하는 길이 너무 막혀서 근처부터 길에 서있음. 일찍들어가 주차하거나, 아예 차를 안가져가는게 좋음

It's so conveniently located next to a shopping center. The room was quiet and clean, and everything was perfect. The lounge was really comfortable and nice. I've already booked my trip for September.

발렛파킹이 아주잠깐 들어왔다 바로 나갔는데도 비용2만원이 추가가 되서 조금; 당황했어요. 침실 아주좋고 베드도 더블 두개라 아이랑 편하게 잤어요. 다만 청결은 침대 밑에 귀마개가 나와서;; 다른분 이용하시고 가신거 같은데 조금 그랬어요

This hotel is in a great location very convenient to public transportation. There are buses across the street and a subway line below the hotel. There is a mall attached to the hotel with lots of shopping and dining options. Below the hotel is also another indoor shopping area as you head to the subways. The breakfast is good and offers a variety of choices. The area outside is very safe, though I would suggest that someone be at the hotel entrance at night.. The entrance is on the first floor and the front desk is on the fifth floor, so if you aren’t familiar with the layout it could be confusing. I would highly recommend the hotel for its location and convenience.

가격 대비 넓고 좋은 호텔이었습니다! 타임스퀘어와 붙어 있는 것도 좋았지만, 프론트인 5층을 거쳐서 다시 객실로 올라가야 되는 게 소소하게 불편한

There were lots of little flies in the bathroom. One night I killed 30+. It was quite ridiculous. I was very disappointed.

Clean up is not enough inside the clothes shelf.

객실 청소도 굉장히 훌륭했고 연박했는데 중간에 청소 해주신 것도 너무 깨끗하게 해주셔서 감동했습니다. 호텔 직원분들은 모두 웃는 얼굴로 응대해주셨고 친절합니다. (침대 시트는 먼지가 좀 많이 나는 편이라 아쉬웠습니다.) 다음에 또 묵을 용의가 있습니다!

룸 청소 상태가 깨끗하지 않았다. 먼지가 너무 많음. 아이가.알레르기 비염이 있었는데 호텔에 있는 동안 계속 제채기를 할 정도 였음.

타임스퀘어랑 연결돼 있어 쇼핑에 용이하고 거리도 근접해 좋음. 다양한 음식점들과 가게 입점해 있어 모든 게 해결됨. 호텔은 깨끗, 청결했고 객실에 거울이 많아 좋음. 다만 킹베드가 3인이 숙면하기엔 다소 좁을 수도 있다.

料金の割にはとにかく設備の古さが目立つ。 部屋の鍵も普通に閉めた状態ではかけられない。

Property is about an hour north of the Inchon Airport, convenient location, attached to two giant shopping centers and the metro. Well appointed hotel with a lovely lobby, restaurant (limited menu) and bar. They have a huge, extensive buffet breakfast that I recommend. Well appointed, clean rooms, our room had a very nice city view. Kind bed was very comfy. Large walk-in shower, interesting remote controlled toilet with multiple functions. Overall we had an excellent stay.

not easy to sleep well for high temp in my room no control system to keep warm and coolness each room. Just knew that you control by the center control system Not good I think. i used to travel around 2 months every year. This time I coundn,t make full sleep for the room,s temp. but your staff were nice.

Great hotel right next to Time Square. The room is large, bed is comfy and clean . Would be better if offering some free bottled water.

엘리베이터 공간의 바로 앞,문턱이 없어 문 아래 공간 2cm 정도가 외부와 통하는 객실을 배정한 이유가 매우 궁금함. 평일에,한가롭게 느껴질 정도라 만실도 아니고,입실 시간이 맞춘 체크인에도 불구하고. 그냥 혼자 투숙하는 사람 골탕 먹이기 정도로 밖에 안느껴짐. 입실 직후 엘리베이터 앞에서의 다른 사람들의 대화가 그대로 들려 객실을 바꿔달라고 했지만,10년도 넘은 호텔에서 그 객실에 대한 불평이 적지 않았을텐데,굳이 배정하고 불편을 초래하는지 이해가 안됨. 체크인 시 불유쾌한 태도를 보이지도 않았는데. 데스크가 룸 배정하는 시스템이 아니라느니,오히려 편의를 위해서였다느니..이런 거 말고 이유를 알고 싶기는 함.

As a UK resident who heavily relies on the brand reputation of Marriott when selecting a hotel in Seoul, my recent stay at Marriott Seoul was a significant letdown. The hotel management's lack of attention to detail and customer care fell far below the usual standards I have come to expect from this renowned brand. When making the reservation through Expedia, I made it explicitly clear that our party consisted of five adults and one child (aged 14). However, upon arrival, we were allocated two rooms, each with only one king-size bed. This disregard for our specific requirements indicated that the management did not prioritize the satisfaction of their guests. It was disheartening to experience such a deviation from the brand's reputation. Fortunately, amidst the disappointment, Miss Bella Kim from the hotel staff demonstrated exceptional customer service. She promptly stepped in to help us and facilitated our relocation to other rooms. Eventually, we were able to swap to two rooms with twin beds, thanks to her assistance. However, after relocating to the new rooms, we were met with another disappointment. Room 702 had an unbearable sewage smell that permeated the entire space. It was truly disheartening that the cleaner responsible for preparing the room did not notice the awful odor before offering it to us. This oversight further added to the overall unpleasantness of our stay. I genuinely hope that the hotel management takes these issues seriously.

직원분들의 프로페셔널한 정도가 개별 차가 좀 있었던 거 같음.. 위치는 쇼핑이 편함. 만실이라 체크인이 한시간 지였되었는데..글로벌 체인인만큼 한 시간은 좀 너무 오래걸린거 아닌가 싶음

Only good thing I have to say about this property is the housekeeping staff. They were pleasant, friendly and extra helpful. Most of the valet were nice and helpful but there was 1 gentleman that told us to get a taxi across the street when the temperature was freezing and he clearly saw we had a baby in a stroller. Then pretended not to understand English because he didn’t want to help. He just kept repeating “what? What?!” So I switched over to korean and he basically said to go upstairs and request for one at the front desk. We won’t be staying here. First and last

타임스퀘어, 신세계백화점, 이마트와 연결되어 있슴. 영등포역과 연결되어 있슴. 대중교통 이용이 용이하며, 특히 가족 여행할때 편리함이 뛰어남.

The property was lovely and the staff were fantastic. The only problem I encountered that I would have preferred to know about travelling as a single woman with my son. Is that there is a red light district one street behind the property. We wandered accidentally into it as we didn’t know. And a man on a motorbike came and grabbed my arm. I thought I was going to be kidnapped and screamed the street down until he let me go.

Location is a little far from the main tourist areas but it is connected directly to Times Square mall. Subway is a little far.

Great property and extremely clean. Staff were very helpful, particularly with arranging taxi for my back to back meetings in Korea. All staff were competent in speaking in English. The shopping centre/mall that is part of the property is on the larger scale of shops and has a lot on offer. I highly recommend the breakfast with your booking, as they have a good buffet selection to work with.

음식은 전반적으로 좋습니다. 다만, 아직 식사를 마치지 못한 인원들이 많이 남아 있는데, 시간이 되었다고 식사하는 옆에서 심한 소음을 내며 치우고 정리하는 모습이 썩 좋진 않았습니다. 음식을 치우는 거야 정리 시간이 더 늘어지지 않기 위해 어쩔 수 없는 조치라고 하지만, 청소하고 집기를 치우는 작업은 손님들이 퇴장한 후(최소한 식사하는 사람이 없는 곳 부터) 해도 충분하지 않았을까 하는 아쉬움이 남습니다.

出張で利用しました。 非常に快適に過ごせました。 朝食も満足です。

We stayed for one week, and during my stay there were quite a few unsatisfying events, After house keeping, the soap was not refilled, I got into the shower wet and no soap. Secondly I asked the hotel for help to order flowers for a proposal, they said they do not have such service, and they recommend me with a flower boutique which I don’t speak Korean,(well it’s not in their service) When I checked out and asked for a taxi to the airport, the valet staff ignored me for like 10min it’s, then he assisted someone else to the cab I ordered, after 15 minutes the concierge staff figured I am still at the hotel, communication between staff is bad But other that those, my stay was still pleasant. In room dining was delicious, concierge staff was friendly
