Hotel an sehr guter Lage zwischen 2 Metro Stationen (je 5 Min. Fussweg) Das Standartzimmer und auch das Treppenhaus und die Gänge sind ziemlich Eng. Das Persunal ist sehr freundlich und das die Zimmer sauber.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. It was in the perfect location with easy access to many major tourist locations while also giving us the feeling of a quiet neighborhood. The staff was extremely kind and helpful from the time of booking until our departure. The hotel is small but was perfect for our needs. We had a beautiful room with a huge balcony and access to a private sauna that was prepared just for us with a simple phone call to the front desk. I would absolutely stay here again when I return to Paris.

This is a great little hotel, and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The bed was super comfortable. A few little FYIs: (1) The first room they put us in had a ceiling that was about 6 feet tall. I'm 6'4" and couldn't stand up fully. They moved us to a room (the one with the angled ceiling in many of their pics) on the 7th floor (703), which is the top floor. We saw into another room at one point, and the ceiling in it was pretty low as well. (2) The elevator goes only to the 6th floor, and the 7th is accessed via a spiral staircase. (3) My only real complaint is that the AC didn't really work, and they admitted that it didn't. If we hadn't been in the top floor room, which had windows to get a cross breeze going, and if it had been any hotter (high was in the mid-80s), we might have been miserable. They did provide a fan, though. Despite this, I would stay there again for sure... as long as room 703 is available! :)

Personalen i receptionen var inte gästvänliga. Frukostpersonalen trevliga, frukosten helt OK med både 3 sorters pålägg och 3 sorters ostar, lite tråkigt bröd. Relativt bra läge. Hissen var långsam, smal spiraltrappa.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, but it felt more like a solid three-star rather than a four-star establishment. I appreciated the hotel's decor, and my room had all the necessary amenities. However, it was exceptionally small (I studied in Paris and I am well aware that this is common in Parisian hotels), with a small window and limited natural light. Our room smelled musty and moldy and there was visible mold in the bathroom shower. The sink did not drain well and the pillows were not very comfortable. The bed was relatively comfortable and the staff was friendly. The hotel is excellently located with a 5 min walk to the Metro

Vi fick först ett rum med utsikt mot en betongvägg, framgick ej i bokning. Rummet var dåligt städat hittade pizza i en hel kartong som de missat slänga. Värdeföremål i värdeskåp från tidigare gäst fanns kvar. Vi klagade och fick superior rum på våning ovan. Funkade bättre men ingen dörr till badrummet passade dåligt för familj med barn. Lamporna på väggen blinkade och de hade olika varmt ljus. Väldigt lyhört, man hörde grannarna skrika när de kollade fotboll. Vistelsen har helt okej men några märkliga saker hände. Städpersonalen slängde min dotters hårsnoddar som låg på sängbordet. När de bäddade sängen lade de täcket åt fel håll en dag. Hur är det ens möjligt? Korridorerna har svarta väggar i hela hotellet och trångt. Förstår att det skall vara teater känsla men gillar du ljus och fräsch då är detta inget för dig. Trevlig hjälpsam personal i receptionen höll ihop vistelsen. Tack för det!

I wouldn’t book here if you want to sleep. I am unsure of it was staff or guests but starting at early as 0800 it is horribly loud in the hotel itself. Slamming doors, yelling, banging and so o Walls are extremely thin and you can pretty much hear everything. The staff didn’t make up the room even when we asked until the last night we were there. We had to go ask for new towels and toilet paper. The toilet room had what looked like splattered feces stains on the walls and the sheets we had on the bed upon arrival had gross dark spots that looked like some kind of bodily fluid. The staff was nice but I would not recommend this hotel nor will we book there again!

Good location for getting around Paris, right off metro. Staff was great building it's self a little tired, the AC could not keep up with 28-32c days. slow elevator, our shower door struggles to keep water in the shower. Nothing that would say don't go here but to be aware of. Perfectly fine for the price.

The hotel’s location is excellent — close to everything and ideal for exploring the area. However, the room itself was disappointing. We had booked a balcony room, which turned out to be the best part of the stay. The balcony was a great size and made the experience better than it otherwise would have been. The ceiling in both the bedroom and bathroom was extremely low — just above 6ft — making it uncomfortable to move around. We found it difficult to get dressed or even brush our hair without hitting the ceiling. The bathroom was poor quality, with a strange smell coming from the shower and noticeable black mould. The shower head wouldn’t stay up on the pole, so we had to hold it while showering, which was especially inconvenient in the cramped space. The air conditioning barely worked and made little difference to the room temperature. On a positive note, the staff were fantastic — friendly, polite, and helpful. When we requested an iron, it was delivered within five minutes. Unfortunately, the iron tripped the electrics twice. The first time it happened, we were told no one could fix it until the morning, leaving us without power for a while. Thankfully, it resolved itself by the time we returned from dinner. It happened again on our last day, but we were checking out early, so it didn’t affect us.

Our second visit was just as nice as the first one two years ago. The room was very small but cozy. We had a balcony which honestly was amazing. The location is slightly away from the main tourist area, which gives you a better glimpse into Parisienne living. I truly loved the area itself. Alexine Boulangerie just around the corner is the kind of bakery you will never, ever forget. Updated bathroom was nice. We walked almost everywhere from this hotel, including the Louvre, but we like walking.

Large balcony had a great view of the city and was perfect for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. Good location- super walkable to anything you need. People at front desk were all very kind and helpful and called me a cab to the airport and let me know how much the ride should be so I didn’t get overcharged. Thank you!

The rooms were very small, and the shower was incredibly hard to get in and out of since the door opened inward to the shower. Their were two blow dryers in room and neither one would stay on long enough to actually dry hair and considering it was extremely cold during our stay, that was very inconvenient. Housecleaning staff was fine except there were water bottles in room that were never refilled, nor was the coffee. Front desk staff was just okay, not rude but not helpful either.

The receptionist is friendly, convenient location is nearby metro. The air conditioning is too noisy and not cool at all. The shower room is very tiny and the room height is under 6 ‘ . If you are tall guy over 5’9” that you should watch out hit the ceiling!

This is a great little hotel, and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The bed was super comfortable. A few little FYIs: (1) The first room they put us in had a ceiling that was about 6 feet tall. I'm 6'4" and couldn't stand up fully. They moved us to a room (the one with the angled ceiling in many of their pics) on the 7th floor (703), which is the top floor. We saw into another room at one point, and the ceiling in it was pretty low as well. (2) The elevator goes only to the 6th floor, and the 7th is accessed via a spiral staircase. (3) My only real complaint is that the AC didn't really work, and they admitted that it didn't. If we hadn't been in the top floor room, which had windows to get a cross breeze going, and if it had been any hotter (high was in the mid-80s), we might have been miserable. They did provide a fan, though. Despite this, I would stay there again for sure... as long as room 703 is available! :)

The hotel is not much from the outside, but inside is quite lovely. The room was small but very comfortable, and we had a patio which was nice to sit out on. The shower head wouldn't stay up (it was broken), which was a little annoying, and it took a little while to drain. I feel that these are minor details that could easily be corrected. The hotel is very conveniently located next to the metro. The breakfast was very good and the staff were good.

This is a great boutique hotel. The staff was supper nice and helpful, the rooms were super clean and very inviting. The hotel is also really well located close to transit, restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful hotel with excellent staff. The hotel is well kept and the staff are friendly and helpful, speaking a few different languages. Our second visit was just as nice as the first one two years ago. The room was very small but cozy. We had a balcony which honestly was amazing. The location is slightly away from the main tourist area, which gives you a better glimpse into Parisienne living. I truly loved the area itself. Alexine Boulangerie just around the corner is the kind of bakery you will never, ever forget. Updated bathroom was nice. We walked almost everywhere from this hotel, including the Louvre, but we like walking.

Check in was so easy with Mariana. She is also very knowledgable, helpful and professional. The room was a great size. It's an old building so I didn't mind the stained carpet. And my in-room safe kept giving me errors (I typed in my code correctly) but front desk responded promptly. The filtered water in the restaurant was lifesaving. Great service, room and stay. Thank you!

The room was air-conditioned and really pretty. We had a room with a balcony, which was nice and had a view of the streets. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. They were the best part of the staff. The metro was right outside of the building. The breakfast was good. It was a bit small, but that’s just Paris. The toilet didn’t always flush right away. You had to wait a few minutes. However, I would go back and I recommend it to others. I’d give it a 4.5.

Initially we were so thankful for the lovely staff. We arrived early from the US and they were able to allow early check in for a nap before exploring Paris. While the elevator was being worked on when we got there, a staff member helped carry out bags to our room. Our room was clean to my standards, which are high and comfortable. Location was terrific.
