Nice Hotel. Right in the middle of everything in the Gaslamp Quarters. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops and Petco Park. Clean. Friendly staff. Valet service was On It! Breakfast was good.

The hotel was ok. The rooms need some updating and the housekeeping didnt replace my towels. Overall, it was a good experience.

The room was really nice. Roomy and comfortable mattress. Pillows tho could use "alot of help". Everything was very clean with plush towels. Front desk gals were super nice and helpful with directions and other info. The included continental breakfast was really pretty good. Lots of choices - hot and cold options. Good coffee and very pleasant staff in the dining area. I am not a big breakfast person but enjoyed their offers. Everything super clean. Location of the hotel great. Hubby and I are 78 years young and we walked everywhere. To a night game at Petco, to the bus stop for Balboa park, to the tram up to the USS Midway and then walked back to Seaport Village, to the ferry over to Coronado. Lots of walking but very "doable". Public transport reasonable $$ as well as taxi to and from airport. All in all a nice 5 days.

The hotel was so close to the ballpark and that was important to us. The room was great and we loved the large refrigerator. We did not use the stove or coffee supplies. The room was great and roomy.

Only recommendation would be for the bar to open earlier and stay open later. Other than that, perfect getaway hotel
