Love the friendly helpful staff here! They really make you feel like a fun and treasured guest. Wine happy hour a definite plus. One regret is early closure of hotel restaurant on Sundays but good local spots nearby. Unique postcard desk keeps me in touch with family and friends!

So very disappointed after staying at the Kimpton Hotel Palomar at the weekend. The hotel is in fantastic location in downtown Philadelphia, good size room and clean. However due to the heating and cooling sounding like a rocket taking off in our room 609, every few minutes throughout the night, we practically got no sleep. We also never felt the room temperature change more than 1 degree. After spending over $400 per night on the room and the reception staff allocated guests to this room is incredibly disappointing. To make matters worse, at check-in we felt something was off. Don’t waste your money and stay somewhere else where you can actually get some sleep.
