Lots of great food options. Short walk to the beach/boardwalk. Pet friendly! Outdoor area is super cute! We had our own towels and chairs but it was nice to know they offer free beach towels and beach chairs. The night staff member made sure we had everything we needed and made check-in a breeze. The only complaint would be the bed. The sheets were “starchy” and slightly uncomfortable. Overall, would definitely stay again.

Property is close to beach free margarita at taco place , was nice and cool inside, bathroom is modern, body wash lotion container and shampoo provided, good brand beds were decent , open closet , no kitchen but all kitchen supplies, extra pull out in small living room area, our room had a semi private patio, would stay again no pool no hot tub , parking is $35 a night on the property by 3rd party pay by plate very limited parking spots

It’s a 3-story building. No elevator. With multiple bags of luggage it can be challenging for people with mobility issues. The staff all seemed to not like their jobs. Came back to my suite to find that somebody had used the bathroom while we were out )seat was left up and unflushed) despite it being locked (obviously staff). When we went to front desk to complain, the gal behind the counter just stared at me, not offering any apologies or explanation. Finally offering “What do you want me to do? Call the police?”. Condescending and rude.

My favorite part was the closeness to the boardwalk and beach. They had beach towels ready daily for use and beach toys/chairs available for use as well. I appreciated the friendly staff they were always willing to help accommodate our needs with smiles. We had a small kitchenette in our room which was great for our week stay and trying to cut costs of eating out. Downfall would be parking, we paid $30 daily which is not a cost I factored in, there is no free parking in the area. The attached restaurant is a very yummy place to eat and you get a discount there from the hotel which was a bonus. Overall was an okay place to stay and would probably stay there again.

I really enjoyed this property. The overall stay is only a 3 because of the parking situation. You have to use park mobile app. It’s 30 dollars a day with no in and out privileges, so when you leave, you have to pay again. The parking was the only thing I did not like about staying here. If you plan on staying at the beach and not going anywhere else it’s a great little place. Close to the beach, the Mexican restaurant next door offers a free margarita between 5-6 as well if you stay at this place as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Property dated but clean and steps away from the beach. Staff was very helpful and kind. My husband and I felt safe. Downside is the parking. $30 per day if you can manage a spot near the property or across the street at the liquor store $30 overnight weekday and $40 on the weekend. Again very limited parking spaces. Would definitely stay again.

The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly. The rooms smell like mold. We stayed there for a whole week and got room service once and we had to ask for it. Trying to find a parking spot around the property is another downfall. The only thing really good about this property is the location.

Numerous times in Hollywood Beach but first stay here. Floors in room were filthy and made bottom of our feet black! Beds pretty comfy but pillows horrible. Outlet in wall by air conditioner wasn’t working. Parking on the weekend here is always ridiculous but we managed. Daily rate was $30.45. No coffee maker in room but coffee in main office was good. Their Taco Shack restaurant was good but they added a service fee so we didn’t eat there again. Location to beach was very close and easily walkable to sand and the Board Walk. Office had beach towels and chairs for free, but most places here do. Overall OK place but probably won’t stay here again because there are many nicer places for the similar prices.

I gotten bitten by bed bugs during my stay. When reported to the front desk and showing evidence of the bites on my body, they said they looked and didn’t see anything like the bed bugs were going to wave at them or something during broad day light. I requested a refund and they offered me a 4PM checkout in the same room I was in lol! The manager didn’t even speak to me, she had the desk rep playing messenger like it was in her power to solve the issue. 0/10.

The first room they placed me in was in an older building, ground floor. It was dark, and dated. The blinds on both windows were broken (with missing sections) and could not be opened, raised or lowered. Unable to operate the blinds, the room was cave. The room smelled like mold/mildew. I asked to be moved. I was moved to a different section of the property (bungalows), that were on the ground floor (closer to the Taco Bar). They were MUCH nicer and more welcoming. If you are staying here, request the ground floor bungalows closer to the Taco Bar. Not a bad stay for the $$

This is a beautifully kept property. I have stayed here in the past and am pleased to say it is still wonderful!! I have been hotel hopping for a few weeks because my house is under repair. I have had horrible experiences at two of the last three places I stayed at. This is so refreshing to be here. Completely reasonable price and spotless as well as being a BLOCK from the beach!!! This place deserves major kudos for quality and care!!

The room was humid had a bad smell to it. There was scuff marks every where showing a lot of wear and tear. When it rained the roof was leaking every where all you hear are dropped hitting the floor even on us while sleeping.

Staff was friendly. We booked a “more the merrier room”. The room contained the amenities listed, however, NOT AT ALL like pictured. Staff mentioned to us that only two of the rooms at the property were like the ones pictured. We stayed in room J-3, the bathroom looked like a public restroom. The toilet was literally a stall, and there were two showers with curtains. My boys did not want to sleep on the bunk bed because it was not sturdy at all. The little dining table was wobbly to the point that if you put a heavy object on it, it would topple over. No central AC, but the two window ACs in the unit did keep the place cold, although they are noisy. You can hear everything going on outside so if you’re a light sleeper, beware. With that said, the location is excellent you are steps from the beach. Overall I think the property has great potential but needs massive restoration and much better cleanliness.

Overall the property was a good stay. Nora at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Our room in Building K was a bit noisy at times, since you can clearly hear guesta upstairs and next door. Also one can’t control the thermostat individually, consequently it got quite frigid. Overall great marks on the location, staff, room size and cleanliness.

The air conditioning smelled horrible, almost like rat droppings. I know the smell growing up in a farm… the room was also right next to the restaurants band, and I mean RIGHT next to it. You can open up the shower window and see then 10 feet away…

Perfect location. Our room had a queen bed in the bedroom then a full size bunk bed in the living room. All beds were very comfy. The bathroom was good size and it had a sink, mini fridge, microwave. Only 1/2 block from beach and the taco restaurant next door is delicious.

Everything was great, especially the staff. Taking away one star bc something was so loud the entire night, that I couldn't get anysleep. Sounded like machine turning on/off. The location was super convenient next to the beach and some shops, with the restaurant attatched. Also, our TV wouldn't work despite following instructions.

Our Two Peas in a Pod room was perfect for the 2 of us. Our first night, we arrived late. I had contacted the hotel earlier in the week and that day letting them know we would arrive around midnight but were coming. . Even though we had booked several weeks in advance, they put us in room G4- icky, dreary, humid, no hot water. The next morning, I went to share this information at the front desk. Upon realizing we were staying several nights, they moved us to the actual room we paid for and had booked in advance. Honestly, I think they should have credited us some $ but was just happy to get moved from that gross room. We would definitely stay there again but will make sure to specify that I want the room I’ve paid for. We loved Hollywood Beach!

Very cute boutique hotel with lots of outdoor spaces. Our room had its own private patio with lots of seating! I only gave a 4 star because the hallway was very noisy early into the next morning. There was a group of young girls partying all night.

It’s pretty convenient to only spend the night, however the room was hot and there was no way of adjusting the temperature from the room, we had to call front desk but didn’t make a difference. We also requested housekeeping and they just made the beds and replaced the towels, they didn’t bother in sweeping the floors. Lastly, the tvs aren’t smart tv and despite having Direct tv, they barely had channels.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Flight arrived early and they allowed us to store luggage while we enjoyed the beach until our room was available.

After looking at over 100 places to stay at in the Hollywood area, we picked the Hollywood Beach Suites, and we made the right choice! The location was excellent, and the staff was excellent. 10 out of 10!

It’s a 3-story building. No elevator. With multiple bags of luggage it can be challenging for people with mobility issues. The staff all seemed to not like their jobs. Came back to my suite to find that somebody had used the bathroom while we were out )seat was left up and unflushed) despite it being locked (obviously staff). When we went to front desk to complain, the gal behind the counter just stared at me, not offering any apologies or explanation. Finally offering “What do you want me to do? Call the police?”. Condescending and rude.

we got off the cruise ship at the latest time available and came to the hotel. they had an inflexible check in time of 3 PM. They wouldn't let us leave our luggage. We were stuck with two heavy suitcases and a carry on and a long wait. all of their patio chairs were in the sun.when an early check in became available they charged us $20 per hour till 3PM. The room had nothing in it. No glasses,no kleenex, no hand towels just an empty room with a bed.

It was a little challenging to navigate to with the 1 way streets, but it's a great location. Super comfy bed (rare at a budget friendly hotel), good a/c, and nice courtyard.

We stayed here for 2 nights before our cruise in February 2025. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was clean. It was nice to not need a carnand just walk the boardwalk that was right there. I would definitely stay here again!

I had an amazing stay for my solo birthday getaway from people, places and things in my life. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The Taco Shack was a bust . We were seated and waited 23 minutes before we decided to go elsewhere to get drinks and eat. They weren’t busy but the wait staff was over in the corner chatting and hugging each other completely ignoring all the people waiting for service. Many others walked also

The price is right for this little motel, one block from the beach, clean bed, and pretty comfy. Parking is $28 At parking garage for 24 hours, otherwise you pay in front by the hour. Free Margaritas next door at cute taco restaurant, 20%off bill, not bad. Desk staff welcoming and kind. Still has the old Florida feel, with a small upgrade, but you can’t beat the price

My favorite part was the closeness to the boardwalk and beach. They had beach towels ready daily for use and beach toys/chairs available for use as well. I appreciated the friendly staff they were always willing to help accommodate our needs with smiles. We had a small kitchenette in our room which was great for our week stay and trying to cut costs of eating out. Downfall would be parking, we paid $30 daily which is not a cost I factored in, there is no free parking in the area. The attached restaurant is a very yummy place to eat and you get a discount there from the hotel which was a bonus. Overall was an okay place to stay and would probably stay there again.
