Fint hotel med meget venligt personale. Sengene var gode og gode hovedpuder. Tagterrassen var ikke noget at komme efter. Kedelig og uden charme. Bar præg af at der ikke kom folk der. Lidt kaos ved morgenmaden, som dog var fin. Manglede ofte mad, tallerkner osv.

Brilliant quiet location, but so close to everything. Room was a bit smaller than we expected but it was spotlessly clean and a good bathroom. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent, fresh and so much choice. We loved the extra little touches of the hot tea, mulled wine and snacks in the foyer every evening, we made the most of them. Good value place to stay in a great location.

Good central location. Easy to get about. Hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. Quite a few nice touches like complimentary mulled wine for the cold evenings. Extensive choice of foods at breakfast and restaurant was open until 10.30am at the weekend. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable stay in a rather nice hotel. Thank you.

Amazing stay! The entire team went above and beyond the entire stay- every single person!! Can’t say enough good things about the team! The location is superb, the room was great and very clean. We appreciate all the “little” things that the hotel thought of- the mulled wine, ability to borrow umbrellas on a rainy day, water at the departure etc! Definitely highly recommend!

Excellent clean and modern property. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Even though I only stayed for a day, the rooms are setup for long term stays with a cooking area , fridge plates cutlery etc. Making this an ideal place for longer term stays. Large adjacent rooms are available and there is a queit roof top area to unwind after a long day...there is a moveable cover for it so I would assume it is available for the winter as well. I have stayed in many hotels and this is definitely one of the top for the price point.

Great location to see sights. Quiet and clean rooms - lots of room. Bonus having a little kitchen in room. Loved the lemonade, iced tea and ice cream available to guests. Also the roof terrace is available.

Nach einer schrecklichen Nacht im Little Americas Texas Apartement, haben wir spontan im Opera Garden Hotel ein Zimmer gebucht und wurden herzlich willkommen geheißen. Unser Zimmer war groß und sauber, das Frühstück war üppig und sehr gut. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Toll war abends auch die Dachterrasse und der Gratis-Sangria :)

Der Türstopper im Zimmer war nur eine Schraube im Boden, das Plastik ist scheinbar abgebrochen. Die Mikrowelle innen war nicht sauber. Die Lage war echt gut, das Personal super nett und zuvorkommend. Gute Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip. Habe eben gelesen, dass wir vip-access gebucht hatten, habe ich vor Ort nicht gemerkt, weiß bis heute nicht, was der Vorteil ist / was das ist.

Hotel was in a great location and we were able to walk to all the places we wanted to see. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Room was quiet and clean, it was great having the small kitchen. Breakfast was tasty and although busy we always were able to get a table. Food was replenished by staff often. Highly recommended.

A good hotel in an excellent location. We liked the advantages of a kitchenette within the room. Bathroom is tiny and only just about workable. Cleaning service is excellent. Breakfast service and quality is acceptable. The only negatives we report are actually quite serious. There are two:- 1. The fitted wardrobe has two sliding doors that fail to slide smoothly or at all. The result is that you struggle to put any clothes into the wardrobe and face a major battle to get any clothes out. It is a consequence of poor design and quality. 2. The A/C is configured to provide heating only in winter and cooling in summer. If, for example, the room is too warm in winter, the A/C does not allow you to cool the temperature. The fans inside the A/C units are extremely noisy. These two issues are frustrating and create an uncomfortable stay. There are several other hotels in the area that may offer a better experience.

Nice hotel, convenient location and great staff. Loved the extras, such as complimentary snacks but the food quality (snack and breakfast) was a bit low. Odd plan of floor space in our room. The shower was so small I sure not everyone can fit inside, yet there was extra large hallway.

It would have been perfect but we got upgraded to a suite with the bedroom upstairs . Small . No way to get on or off the bed from the sides as it was squeezed in between walls . The stay could have been perfect . I’d recommend but do not accept the suite with upstairs bedroom

The location was good in that it was about a 15 minute walk to the river and had restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were excellent as was the cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast was varied and a good standard. The only thing we didn’t like was the air conditioning; it was apparently set to heating at this time of year and wouldn’t cool the room which was quite warm, despite outside temperatures of 8 degrees. The unit was very noisy and so we had to turn it off regardless. However that meant opening the window and letting in noise from outside. Other than that we had a lovely stay, and really appreciated the free drinks and biscuits by the lift (tea during the day and mulled wine in the evening).

Inicialmente fomos instalados em um quarto onde a internet estava com sinal muito ruim. Conversei na portaria e a recepcionista foi muito educada e atenciosa e nos propôs trocar de quarto no dia seguinte, o que fizemos. O quarto era ótimo. Café da manhã muito bom. Próximo de vários pontos turísticos, facilmente acessíveis a pé. As recepcionistas foram todas extremamente simpáticas e prestativas.

Wonderful place in Budapest. Everything is near walking and there are a lot of stores, restaurants and so on. Staff friendly and charm. Breakfast correct, don't expect variety across the time. City is so beautiful and people very friendly. It looks like Spain.
