What an amazing hotel in a great location. The only draw back (and it’s not to bad) is the size of the hotel. There is not much room outside of the bed which takes up most of the room. With that being said I would still stay here upon my return. Staff was amazing and like I said location was a great spot for food and train station The price was great too

It is really close to Ueno Station, which enables us convenient access to 3 different Lines. The night time front desk manager seems to be little upset all the time, but other two day timers are friendly and kind. Probably too tired to work overnight. The room is TINY! but considering that its in Tokyo and low price, understandable. However, it is cozy and of good condition. I can say I will visit and be using this hotel again.

Location was perfect. Room was small but hey, it's Japan. (-: We had everything we needed and the light robes (yukata?) were a nice touch. Recommended. By the way, if you're bringing large, heavy suitcases from Ueno Station on a hot day, you don't need to climb the stairs of the pedestrian overpass. There _is_ a crosswalk a block or two south.

整體住宿體驗很不錯如同先前有入住過的評論地點的確非常方便，近鄰JR 上野與都營地鐵不論從機場到旅館，還是要去其他地點都很方便有電梯和手扶梯，對有大型行李來說相當友善附近有全家、711和AEON超市而且也有不少居酒屋可以選擇打牙祭不用特別跑很遠吃完回去休息很方便服務品質也很好，唯一美中不足就是小了一點，但瑕不掩瑜還是很值得推薦的地方。

First time traveling out of the country and this hotel made everything a breeze! Centrally located near Ueno station, you have access to any and everything you could imagine. Food options are plentiful and delicious. 7/11 right around the corner and they even partner with a massage service is you need a day of relaxation. Will be back, hopefully very soon!
