Stayed 2 nights

We have stayed at Music Road Resort before and always enjoyed it, so this stay was disappointing. The resort is very clean, our king bed was huge and comfortable, the balcony had a beautiful view, and the breakfast was absolutely wonderful with a great variety of hot and cold foods. Unfortunately, the pillows were HORRIBLE. They were feather/down and provided almost no support. My husband and I tried using three pillows each and got virtually no sleep our first night. We contacted the resort through the QR code provided for guests with problems. They brought extra pillows and said they were different, but they felt exactly the same. Since our second night was nonrefundable, we had to spend $30 buying our own pillows just so we could sleep. We slept much better the second night. What disappointed me most was how our complaint was handled. No manager ever contacted us or offered a credit or even acknowledged the inconvenience. When I checked out, I explained again that the replacement pillows were the same, but nothing was done. The bedding was also very lightweight, and I was cold. If you stay here, I suggest bringing your own good pillows and a warm blanket—unless you don’t mind taking half the house with you! We loved the cleanliness, location, bed, view and breakfast, but because of the pillows and how our complaint was handled, we will probably not stay here again. Sometimes it’s not the problem that loses a customer—it’s how the problem is handled. Room 511

Check in was terrible. Arrived at 2:30 and was told rooms were not clean yet. Totally understand, check in is at 4. Was told by lady at desk that she would call me as soon as room was ready. She wasn’t pleasant at all. Never received a call and at 4 went to front desk only to learn that the lady that said she would call went home for the day. Later found out that she was the manager, I believe her name was Lori. Horrible customer service. We were checked in by a wonderful , polite person at 4. There’s no coffee in lobby after 10 am which is advertised and no safes in room. Pool and rooms are great and had a very good stay.

We had a awful experience. We stayed for 2 nights and after we left they charged us 250. Dog fee. We didn't even have a dog. So I would tell anyone not to stay there.
