The property was very nice. After hotel validated my parking ticket for the garage parking. It did not work. Walked back to hotel to have then re-validate. I was told they didn't know what to do in this case. However the girl at the front desk called the garage people. After much back a forth with them, I was told to walk back to the garage and tell the attendant that if the ticket still did not work to call the office and they would allow me to exit. After getting back to my car and attempting to exit the garage again, the re-validated ticket still did not work. We then called for help, the attendant appeared on the screen and told us there was nothing he could do and they we would have to pay to exit. He then rudely hung-up! We called foe help again, until finally the attendant sitting in the office behind the the dark windows came out and allowed us to exit. This put a damper on the rest of the trip and I will not use the hotel again because of the parking.

Front desk staff was not friendly. I was charged 25.00 for an early check-in even though the room was ready and the hotel was not busy. I was also charged 12.00 by the hotel to park in a public parking garage across the street. I was never told at check in about the fee. Paid almost 200.00 per night and they don't even give you a bottle of water in the room. This is a 2.5 star at best.

The pool was out of order which was a huge inconvenience especially since I booked this site specifically for that. The room we were in must have had an animal before because my husband (who is allergic to cats and dogs) got a severe reaction.

This Hyatt was a bit of a disappointment. The property could use a good deep clean. The upholstery in the common areas, carpets, etc. The hvac unit in the room was very loud and ran constantly, not just when the compressor was engaged, even with the fan on auto. Made it hard to sleep. Breakfast was good and the location is good in downtown Bethlehem.

Our stay was "o-k" overall. The first room we checked into smelled immediately of chlorine. Even though it was cold the room itself was humid and damp, ie the bed sheets felt like they were wet? There were stains on the wall, curtains, sofa, ottoman.... We asked for a different room the next morning and the morning staff were very apologetic and accomodating, telling us they would store our luggage until the afternoon when a new room would be ready. The afternoon staff treated us a bit differently but we received a new room regardless. The 2nd room was good enough; at least it didn't smell of chlorine and the humidity issue was resolved. However the room itself still had stains on the wall, a broken wall panel, and a ripped ottoman. I also used the fitness center a few times, it had pretty much what I needed for cardio and weight training but it felt a bit cramped when there were 3 persons using the facilities at the same time. The breakfast spread was pretty nice compared to some other hotels; had typical sausage, eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, option to make breakfast burritos, cereal, fruit, yogurt, bagels, doughnuts, etc. Overall it was an okay experience.

The hotel is conveniently located - easily walkable to Main Street restaurants, shops, etc. Parking garage and bus stop right across the street. The rooms are quite comfortable and large. Do not expect room to be cleaned - sheets, towels, etc. - during your stay if over one night. Ice is only available on certain floors. There is not enough staff manning the front desk and bar, so it was impossible to sit with friends and have a drink if folks are checking in. Only one person manning both! Other than those little glitches, this is a good choice in a safe area.

We were very happy with our room at Hyatt - clean and nicely laid out. Our only draw back was that we got an end room that must have been too close to the mechanical equipment. There was a loud hum in the bed area the whole time we were there and was annoying when we were trying to sleep. We would stay there again as it was a very nice hotel.

The hotel did not provide hot shower. the water was barely warm. I told the associate and they said they were going to fix the problem the next day, but the second day we couldn't take a hot shower either. The breakfast was poor and the cafeteria was cold since it was closed form the main entrance. My parents are 75 year-old and it was a very uncomfortable stay for them . I would appreciate at least have a partial refund of both rooms mine and my parents.

Every aspect of our stay was excellent except that we did not like the shower and the half-way glass door on the shower as it was difficult getting into the shower to turn on the shower head. This type of door allowed for a surmountable amount of water to get onto the floor.

Location is great and in quick walking distance to Main St. Parking was easy, directly across the street in the garage. Room was a nice size and clean. A lot of lighting options were nice. Our only dislike was the bathroom sink was not in the bathroom but outside on an adjacent wall. This was concerning for hygiene reasons after using the facility and having to open the bathroom door without washing hands in the bathroom itself. We were overall pleased and would definitely stay again.

The staff was amazing! I would rate my stay excellent except when I tried to call to schedule the airport shuttle, the hotel phone rang busy for the entire day, customer service couldn't reach them either so I had to pay for an Uber. Also our room was big but had some issues with water temp and the ceiling looked like it had seen some leaks and there was spackle on the wall. Otherwise, everyone was great and it was a nice place to stay.

The hotel was easy to get into. Parking is across the street in parking garage, however you can drop off bags and then park the car. It wasn’t that inconvenient. Staff were super kind and they were smiling! Very refreshing. Our room was lovely with a large sitting area and very comfortable king sized bed. We would stay here again.

We liked the location of the Hyatt Place hotel as we were only a few blocks away from the Historic Hotel Bethlehem, where we attended my brother's evening wedding. Due to the cold whether, my daughters and I decided to take an Uber to an from the wedding venue. Earlier in the day, we had the opportunity to walk and take a look at some of the local shops in the area. The hotel was clean and overall the room was nice. However, we were next door to the ice machine and found the room to be quite noisy. There is a parking lot across the street from the hotel and overall it was relatively easy to park and walk to the hotel (the parking lot could benefit from having better signage though). The hotel offers complementary breakfast which is convenient, but I found to food to be disappointing. The scrambled eggs were nasty, the bacon bits were very dry. The oatmeal was edible if you add nuts and fruit. Nevetheless, we would stay at this hotel again but would probably have breakfast elsewhere.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was incredibly clean and well-kept, and the staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location couldn’t be better – super convenient and walkable to lots of great spots. Great variety at breakfast and everything was fresh and tasty. Overall, a really lovely experience. We’d definitely stay here again!
