Everything from the room to the staff was excellent. Sorry no in house breakfast but good local restaurants. $75 pet fee is exorbitant and unusual.

Steven was great and had amazing hospitality. Super helpful and polite went out of his way to assist us. Pool was great, rooms were big and spacious very convenient. The only downside was the carpet and floors were not too clean are feet were black when walking on them barefoot we had to use sandals around the room especially after taking a shower.Besides that we had a great stay!!! Steven definitely helped with his great attitude and hospitality.

Stayed with my family for 1 night, or first time in the area and we were pleasantly surprised with the area and the hotel. Staff were great, i even got a call from the concierge helping me find tickets to an event in the area. Hotel was clean, pool and gym facilities were great. Would stay here again.

The hotel was very clean, suite accommodations were perfect, room was spacious, pet friendly. The staff was AMAZING and was so accommodating and polite. Free Laundry services with machines in good condition, the halls were clean and the cleaning staff was very polite and always out in rooms or the shared spaces. Highly recommend.

The staff was very kind at this hotel. I have a few complaints about cleanliness. We stayed 2 nights, and no one came and tidied our room in between. We also had an ant problem in our room- ants crawling from somewhere in the nightstand. This was a good last minute stay- but needed some improvement. Especially for the price.

Horrible experience- thousands of ants in the room - came from behind the electrical outlet, down the wall, and behind the desk. Marijuana smell in the hallway When I complained, I was told “we have spray, we always get ants on the first floor”. Then call an exterminator. He also stated that they have had multiple complaints about the marijuana smell. Then take care of the matter. Still trying to get a refund

The front desk rep was very helpful and friendly and got us to our room quick. The room appeared clean, but the shower curtain was very dirty - but that was the least of our worries as we were only there for one night. No other issues. The bed was comfortable, water worked, lights worked...all good.

The three front desk, ladies were amazing and very apologetic about the situation. They did their due diligence however, housekeeping did not to pay all that money to spend the weekend there in the room have bugs and inch thick dust fleas burn holes in the blanket make up stains on the bed Hair on the bathroom floor splattered old food on the wall wall just did not seem worth the money I only stayed because the front desk ladies were amazing and because they could not refund me any of the money that was paid

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. But the walls are so thin that I could hear the person above me, and all of the vehicles that passed by. I don’t know that I would stay here again but it’s not the worst place I’ve ever stayed either.

Was surprised to find my room had a full kitchen and was larger than the usual. Building was new and clean. Nicely located on top of a hill with plenty of open space. It was the nicest room on my 3 day trip and almost the cheapest. I'd certainly stay there again.

The heating system is terrible. The temperature was 12 degrees outside and we could only max the thermostat out at 76 degrees. The room was cold, we had to ask for additional blankets. The CRAZY thing is the back staircase heading outside was warmer than our room!!!

The rooms are large with a full size fridge, stove, and microwave. The bed is king sized and so comfortable. The bathroom is large with a tub. And they have the tv perfectly set so you can watch it while in the bath tub. Great place!!

It has been 13 business days and I have still not received my 75 dollar deposit. This is unacceptable. I have never waited more than 10 business days in my life. This is not my bank as they would like me to believe. Additionally I am an immaculate person and the room was left just that way immaculate. Will not be returning.

Do NOT stay here! We booked for two nights and after the first night, came back to the hotel to find our key didn't work. At the front desk, the manager, Sonia Santiago, told me her morning staff didn't check the computer and now there was SOMEONE ELSE in our room. They had thrown all our things into a suitcase and put it in a storage room, without even attempting to contact us. They had both my girlfriend's and my cell phone numbers and we were actually within walking distance preparing to be with her sick mother at her house. We had missing items that they apparently threw out, they put our dog's open food, which is prescription and needs refrigeration, in our suitcase. We have stayed here at least twice before with no issues. But this place seems to be all and now it seems to be all construction workers staying here long term. One of them told me, they regularly lock them out of their rooms also. There was so much else wrong with this visit including incredibly loud noise with people loudly coming and going all through the night along with a gang of motorcycles revving in the parking lot. at 2 a.m. Stay here at your own risk!!

I booked the hotel 2 months ago and upon arriving was told they canceled my reservation 90 minutes prior and had no more rooms. The clerk was rude and took pleasure turning us away as we watched someone walk in off the street and get a room. We travel 4 to 5 times per year and i will make sure to recommend people stay away from Candlewood in Bethlehem. Shameful.

When we arrived we were told they couldn’t honor the reservation we made thru Expedia. We were told if we had a problem with that we should call Expedia. We had booked a one bedroom with an accessible bathtub but they gave it to someone else who was not checking out even though we had booked it for our stay. They offered us different rooms but eventually we had to take a non accessible one bedroom suite in order for our reservation to be honored. They had a very serious disregard for our booking done thru a third party like Expedia and they were just not willing to honor except we took whatever room they would give us, not what we reserved. This really put a sour spin on our 3 day stay there.

There was a party going on in the next room. We contacted the front desk because the music and voices woke us up. They were unable to resolve the issue so we wound up leaving at 3:00 am. The front desk clerk told us the manager would contact us be she never did

No frills, nothing within walking distance. But as far as the hotel itself, very clean, very quiet (when we were there) and the rooms were quite nice. Can’t beat the price. If staying there for a festival or one of the universities, it’s an $9 Uber ride to the heart of town (parking is a challenge) and it’s very close to the casino (2 minute ride). I’d stay here again, if ever back in town.

Property was right off a road where people raced up and down the roads until at least 2am. Property was nice, I’m not sure if it would be quieter in the other side of the hotel or not. Also they advertised breakfast and there was not any breakfast. I was told it was because I had a kitchen in my room. If you are going to do that then at least have pans that can cook breakfast items and not just saucepans.

My back loved the bed in our suite. Some road noise, looks like a popular drag racing spot, but not too bad. Comfortable and convenient. Seemed a little pricey for a place without breakfast and maid service only once a week, but the casino rooms were double that, so it fit what the market would bear.
