This was my second stay at this location. Have had issues with people above me on 3rd floor walking like they have lead in their shoes/boots. Staff did nothing when reported. Sounds like they've had issues with this individual before. Also, the parking lot was full every night when I returned to hotel. Need more parking spots. Room was clean. Breakfast was okay, need for options for diabetic needs (sugar-free syrup, turkey sausage, more fruit options).

Pet friendly motel. I was able to stay with no additional fees with my support animals. Everything was so-so. The breakfast was meh, the beds were meh. The pool is tiny, but clean. The fit was center is actually pretty good. The clientele there is mostly oilfield guys and contractors. When they get off work, they drink beer and smoke in the parking lot, but they're harmless. The downstairs pantry does sell alcohol, snacks and other sundries. There are plenty of shopping and dining options in the area. I'm pretty sure the night manager was hot boxing the elevator, but she left us alone, so whatevs.

Elevator was broken the entire time of our stay. Stairwells were dirty, hot and muggy so it made hauling our stuff upstairs unpleasant. Shower pressure was lackluster, shower head sprayed in all different directions. Bed was super hard and not comfortable at all. Room was clean, staff was friendly.

The only thing that I didn’t like is that the front was a little tight. I drive a dually and wanted to park where vehicle could be seen and just the maneuvering was tight trying to check in but that’s it. Everything else was good. Maybe leave a few bottles of water in the room for the customer. Thanks Laquinta

I was very disappointed with this hotel.I booked judging from their well placed photos online.When we arrived at the site, the staff was friendly.We were able to get the room we requested.However, when we got to the room, it had a strong distinct smell of a cheap disinfectant that was very off putting and actually magnified the old dingy moldy smell.The carpet is very dirty and I think the source of the awful smell.The soles of our shoes actually got very dark from the carpet.The cabinet door to the room fridge was hanging off and would not close.One of the beds was broken and sagged.The beds were very uncomfortable, they were too firm and we could feel the springs.While we appreciate we got new towels, they were too new that they were not even washed.They smelled like they just came from the store.Ew, I would rather have old but clean towels.I found out after the fact when I needed to dry off. A lot off the lint came off the towel, proving they were new. Easy fix by getting fresh and washed towels from the front desk. On top of that, their washer, the expensive one, is broken.My clothes were sopping wet from it. And I had to spend over $12 to dry my items.That's a rip off and a waste of my money. Sure, it's just $12 but it could have been just $2 to dry my clothes. By the 4th time I was drying them, the dryer smelled like it was burning my clothes.A lot of these issues are easy fixes.New carpeting in the rooms would do a lot to update the whole look and feel of the room.

Chemical used to clean bathroom was overpowering and burnt your eyes when entering the room. Had to open the door for awhile to make it tolerable. Stayed 2 nights and was still strong odor in room. Staff was very polite and helpful.

1st I was double charged and I had to be a Karen in order to get my money back, a/c barely worked, halls and elevator dirty with food on floor, 2nd floor hall smelled like maurijuana, the bathroom sink was stopped up. Reported it twice but nothing was done until two hours before the wedding party had to be at the church when they moved our room... can you say INCONVENIENT! Why they couldnt do it the night before when we originally reported the issue is beyond me. Altogether the hotel made this trip more stressful than it needed to be.

Fast And easy check-in, and nice staff. Clean rooms, and bathrooms. The only negative things was the noise from the rooms above was loud, not sure if they had kids but it sounded like someone was intentionally jumping up and down although I know this was not the case. Over all it was a pleasant stay. They did offer a longer check out time but you would have to pay for it.

This was are yearly family trip. Our check was 😊 great. But those beds were horrible. It felt like I was sleeping on cardboard. Then the curtains were shear and didn’t have a second panel to cover them.

We were greeted upon entry into the lobby. The front desk had our key ready and waiting. I only had to provide my ID and we were checked in very promptly. The room was nice and clean, bathroom was clean. The only complaint would be the water pressure was low. The area around the hotel is nice and there are numerous restaurants and shopping.

This hotel is right off the freeway, which is convenient but sometimes noisy. Not this hotel. Our room facing the freeway was quiet. Good AC, great bed. Small, but nice bathroom. Recently renovated. Good hot breakfast

The property was convenient as I69 was on one side and the 99 Loop on another side. It is minutes from my daughter’s home. Beside it is a Best Western, which I will try on my next trip. The Room: The AC was TOO noisy.

Was very pleasantly surprised after the last couple of time at La Quinta's. This property was recently updated, clean modern, and very friendly helpful staff. The location sucks, but it is near where I need to be for business, not a resort but if you have to do business in North Houston a good deal.

I needed a last minute room for myself and my dog after our water well quit working. The staff at check in were wonderful and the room was very clean. The main gripes I have are the rock hard bed and low water pressure in the shower. Other than that it was a good stay.

Lobby, hallways, and room looked and smelled clean. The TV in our room didn't work and the front desk didn't answer the phone any of the 4 times I tried calling. We went to the front desk and they gave us a new remote that worked for a bit but then the TV wouldn't turn on at all. We were tired of messing with it at that point. Water pressure was poor too. Otherwise, everything went fine.

I will never go back to this hotel again!!! The common area was discussing. I asked front desk young girl if anyone could clean it up and replenish the food . She said that wasn’t her job. Then of course I was upset at that answer. And she started being rude and raised her voice! I suggest no one ever come here. I will be calling the home office about this front desk woman! Very rude and confrontational

The hotel is older but well taken care of and very clean. Check in was quick and all of the staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast selection wasn’t huge but there were plenty of options for us to choose from and everything was stocked, fresh and clean. They also offer tea, water and coffee 24/7 which was nice. This hotel was great for the price.

I stay at this hotel every time I'm in town. Its always an easy, hassle free stay. Always clean, staff is friendly and accomodating. Continental breakfast has a decent variety of hot and quick options (eggs, sausage, buscuits, yogurt, cereal, fruit, etc.). The ONLY issue we had was on the door in the room, checkout time said 12pm, in the lobby there's a sign that says 11am...11am has been the proper time (for approx 2 years) but they havent changed the door signs.

We woke up to a wonderful breakfast the staff member was working so hard for guests She had a group of baseball select team of boys she had to get food in their little bellies! She was working with a smile checking people in and out and cooking!! I would stay again my stay was pleasant Parking could be better but we went during a very busy time otherwise I think that would be fine as well.
