I booked this property because of Hot Tub advertised and pictures of same. Immediately upon arrival I could see that this property was not as indicated by photos. Hot tub out of order sign on door leading to pool and water in Hot tub was discolored. Staff told I couldn’t get a refund because I booked through Expedia.

We were a little hesitant about booking due to some of the reviews. However we did and are happy that we did. The hotel is nice, it's clean, it's quiet, ample parking, very well lit . The staff and in 3 days there were a few, they all were very nice and accommodating. Standard fare for breakfast, we had plenty, the only downside was the pool and hot tub were not working for our stay, rooms were clean, maid service was great with fresh towels, and had cleaned the room. Excellent dining options close by, over all we were very satisfied with our stay. Already going to be booking another stay in a few months.

We have previously stayed at this hotel as it is close to family. We have always been happy with the rooms, but was fun to see that they are being updated and are very nice. Was somewhat disappointing that we were there for several days, and had the same biscuits and gravy every day for breakfast ( previous times breakfasts were roasted) We were also disappointed that the hot tub was not working, and had not been working for a week or more, then a few days later the pool was also closed for not working. Obviously, that type of thing happens. Just disappointing when having flown 4 hours on a plane with kids and staying for 6 days.

From the moment we checked in until the morning we checked out the staff were approachable, friendly and always helpful, nothing seemed too much trouble. Our room was lovely and spacious, the air con unit was amazing as was the onsite pool we had access to. Breakfast everyday was lovely. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Friendly hotel. Room fine. Just a few suggestions. Our bathroom had a place where the soap/shampoo holder had been, but if it fell off, it’s never been replaced. The breakfast Fri & Sat was fine, but ended@9A. 10A would have been a more friendly time to close it down. The hotel is very good about dogs, but does not have a poop bag dispenser which is a very appreciated amenity.

Well I expected this “Plus” location to be a step off from the SureStays we’ve lived on this trip. The hotel is lovely but a little more dated as there were no outlets or usb plugs for charging phone without unplugging a lamp or clock. Houskeeping also skipped cleaning out the fridge and trash. But I know that can happen. And parking is NOT conducive to a large vehicle or car pulling trailer. This should be noted on their ads. They are pet friendly tho which is always a perk. The beds were very comfortable Overall it was a great stay.

It is very clean this is our 3rd time coming to this hotel. I mistakenly made the reservation for another date and they were able to accommodate me and my family to the desired date. Front desk is very professional and kind. We will definitely book it on our next visit.

Our first room we found 5 roaches night one. The 2nd night they were just everywhere when we came in and turned on the lights especially coming out of the sleeper sofa!!! I called to request a new room we had to put all our clothes in bags to try and not take anything home. In the second room and the second night we moved the toilet paper and roaches came all out. We thought maybe it was just the first room but after we found several in the second room on a different floor we are certain the hotel is infested. I literally threw away our luggage and had to shake out and take every piece of clothing from outside to the washing machine even the clothes we didn’t wear to take every precaution not to bring these in our home. It was beyond a nightmare, I have NEVER in my life even seen a roach in a room I’ve stayed in. While I was on the phone asking for a new room the desk clerk asked if I was sure, one began crawling up the wall directly across from me. This establishment needs to be investigated and this problem needs to be immediately addressed. You have no idea the problems this can cause families and what you can do to their homes running a business like this.

Front end staff was very helpful and friendly. Room at first looked great but with all the lights on you can see the chair and loveseat to be badly stained and knobs or handles missing from dresser. I went to the main desk to get sheets to cover the chair and loveseat and as with check in she was prompt and friendly I did not tell her why I wanted them.

The hotel was not what I expected, there were cockroaches in the rooms. The rooms smelled like cigarettes it did not smell clean at all. The bed was comfortable, the shower was not clean there was a lot of mold, the water was leaking everywhere. I was so disappointed

It was ok. We stayed in a “new room “ but it still needed help. The bathroom was not great. The door was peeling at the bottom and there was dirty grout. The staff was really amazing though and it was close to everything. The breakfast was just ok

Room was not ready for check-in time. Reason used was shampooing carpet. Manager insisted I prepay for room in advance, which is something I have never done when traveling. When it was ready, this initial room’s carpet was sopping wet due to A/C leaking (manager was aware and put us in room anyways). When afternoon person came in we explained situation and she was kind enough to move us to another room. Coffeemaker and internet service did not work during entire staff. Morning manager shrugged that off and said his was working just fine. Lots of of persons hanging in parking lot after dark. Maybe not the best part of town. Will not stay at this particular brand of hotels again. Way overpriced for stay and lack of care for customers by manager.

Room smelled super musty, really overwhelming when you walk in. Staff didn't seem very friendly. Night clerk was weird and the daytime clerk was arguing with customer and appeared that they called the police on them. Internet didn't work, my guess was it hadn't worked for some time. Towel was falling apart. Stay somewhere else.

Complimentary breakfast was mediocre with sausage gravy and biscuits daily with a waffle maker, eggs, sausage, bagels, cereal and oatmeal. The vent and light switch is on the same circuit in the bathroom which means when the light is on the vent is running and very annoying. The staff is great, friendly and helpful.

Toilet was clogged when we arrived. I was told I’d have ti fix this issue myself. Not a problem, but they wouldn’t bring the equipment to fix it to the room. When we opened the pull out couch, there was dirt all over the mattress, it was so worn out that the springs were showing and there was no bedding at all. Also, they wouldn’t bring that to the room either..

I have never been treated better at any other hotel. The staff went the extra mile to ensure I have a clean room to my specifications, even though I arrived super early and expected them to tell me to wait until check-in time. Everyone greeted me in a very friendly way. Please be sure that the general manager of the hotel knows about this. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Had a very noisy group in rooms next to us one night and whoever was on night watch didn’t do their job to quiet them down. They kept me and my son up until almost midnight. I should have asked for a refund as we almost got up and left.

Fast check-in! Karen is an awesome staff member that check us in and gave all the info we needed to get around the area we were in. Only thing it is very difficult to find entrance to hotel. There are two hotels together and share the same entrance. Very diffcult to see at night. Thank goodness for WAZE to guide us back twice! Goog breakfas and nice clean room.

Room was very clean, breakfast was delicious, the lady that works in the kitchen is amazing, great customer service. This is the 2nd time we stay in this hotel and will definitely will keep coming back soon. As soon as we enter the lobby it smelled very nice so clean 👌
