The staff was very polite and accommodating! The facility was clean and tidy. The breakfast was tasty and hospitality staff very personable. Housekeeping was around all day but came at different times of the day. We will definitely revisit this location.

The good: Recent updating of all rooms with new carpet, paint, shower enclosures, is commendable. Pool is pleasant. Service is very good The bad: to pay for the updates, the biggest attraction to me - the above average breakfast - has been severely cut. My favorite breakfast item - fresh cut fruit - was deleted altogether on weekdays and remains in a diminished capacity on weekends. No more vegetarian saugage option. No more daily scrambled eggs. In addition, room service has been reduced to every other day. What remains is as pedestrian as many lesser hotels. This FI&S has become just another hotel.

Smells and looks clean. Friendly staff. Excellent hair care products in the bathroom. Bathroom tiles are dated. Beds were comfortable enough. Breakfast one day was good but not good the next (despite same menu). Lots of options though. Pool was green and had frogs in it. Duck with Mohawk in the parking lot will chase you down.

Older hotel in need of some upgrades. The toilet flush handle wasn’t working properly, there was a bit of a sewage smell, and the outside was not well kept. Our stay was during hurricane Helene which did take the power out for a few hours, but overall, no heavy rains or prolonged winds, really just a hotel in need of repairs and TLC.

Water was turned off due to broken pipes needing repair, we had to go to another hotel next door to take a shower. At check out, they did not offer an apology for the issue nor did they offer a deduction for our inconveniences.

Everyrhing was good, however the ac was very poor and felt like 78 inside the room, worse during the day. They couldn't do anything about it, ac couldn't cool it better. There was a sign above the thermostat that said couldn't lower it past a certain point or ac would freeze??? I have never experienced this in any hotels and I travel a lot. My coworked seemed like he experienced something similar.

We checked in and that was quick and everyrthing was fine. We have stayed here before so familiar with the hotel. Once we got up to our room the tv did not work. Called down to the front desk and no problem. They fixed it and all was well. We called down about the a/c as well as it was 74 and we couldn't get it to go down. Called front desk and asked them to look at it the same time as the tv since they would already be there. Got back to the hotel that night late and was not working. Still on 74. We slept like that since it was late but did not enjoy sleeping hot.

We stayed for one night and had an excellent experience. The lady at the reception was extremely friendly. The room was very comfortable, especially the beds. The property was big and clean. Breakfast was varied and there was plenty of room. The place is definitely recommended!

I was in town to help m daughter move. The Ac wasn’t cooling and there was no help from front staff. Actually they were obstructive, rude and definitely put out zero effort to help- especially the daytime front desk girl named Victoria. I was very surprised by my experience at this hotel. I have never felt the need to write a review about anything but this was completely unacceptable. On a good note there was a very nice lady who managed the breakfast.

Overall, the stay was good. In the areas where I didn't give you a 5 it was related to the breakfast being just ok. Boiled eggs were misshapen and rubbery. In regards to EcoFriendliness, while there were signs saying that towels hung up would not be replaced, they all were. While not a problem, I was just trying to save some resources.
