Had to get rooms in a pinch, the desk lady was awesomely friendly, place is clean, great breakfast spread, and fresh cookies and fresh coffee at 8 at night. They're in the middle of a remodel so there's some stuff around for that, but no big intrusion. Like to see the mattresses replaced, but wouldn't keep me from staying again

I wish I would have been informed it was under construction and being renovated. Thought price vs value was very over priced. The temporary meeting room / breakfast room was filthy - the elevators were filthy - dog pissed at the elevators 1st and next morning. The evening front desk immediately cleaned it up. The morning desk let it sit there for 2 hours waiting for the housekeepers to handle. Way over priced.

Nice place, unfortunately i was working nights and the fire alarm went off so no sleep for me. Having coffee and tea available at all times is nice and they put out fresh cookies in the evening too, very nice touch. The breakfast has a decent variety.

I arrived to boxes roped off to caution tape and was put in a room with no microwave or refrigerator and a tiny tv I had unpacked a weeks worth of belongings andthen had to pack it all up at 10pm after a 12 hour drive went in the new room supposedly rated a 9 and the tv was very small the correct size TV was sitting in the hall waiting to be installed I took pictures I even spoke to someone who claimed to be assistant manager that said they would get back with me and never did I was denied a discount or anything to help me not feel I was taken advantage of

I've stayed at many Hampton Inn & Suites hotels in the past, and they're usually pretty good. But this one was not a good value for the price. The room was clean enough, but we were surprised to discover that it did not include a mini fridge or microwave, so we had no place to safely store our dinner leftovers. During our weeklong trip along the Florida coast, we stayed at motels that cost half as much as this place that included a fridge and microwave. When I asked the staff about it, they told me that the rooms with microwaves and mini fridges are only for people staying 3 or more nights. What a ridiculous policy! The TV was also very old and didn't even have a remote controlled channel guide. The only other thing I can comment on is the pool, which was nice but has zero shade until late in the evening. Wouldn't stay here again.

Staff at check-in was exceptional (Dana) and overall stay was very good. Clean and quiet. I did not need to use the breakfast service, etc so can't comment on that. Only drawback....when my card key didn't work (several days into my stay) and I asked for a replacement at the front desk, I was given one immediately without the front desk rep ever asking for any identifying information. I did mention this after I was given the replacement card and she apologized. I felt bad about pointing out her oversight but safety/security is not a small thing.

This is our second stay at this property. First I have to say that Celina who checked us in was one of the most professional and friendly service person we have came in contact with. Absolutely Awesome! The hotel is quiet and clean...and free breakfast is hot food.

Clearly don’t do anything for customers that used Expedia. I called weeks before trying for connecting or rooms together but they were not responsive because I used Expedia. Not near and two floors away. No frig, no maid service, breakfast was less than appealing. Big bummer
