Place was run down. No ice machine working they appeared to have been broken for years the beds were very old and very uncomfortable the security gate was broke but had 2 security guards make the rounds every couple of hours

Staff was very Accommodating. FRIENDLY. Beautiful garden area and pool.

This hotel has a great olympic size pool, but the rooms could have been cleaner. My trash cans bottom was full of cigarette ashes, it was filthy and made my "no smoking" room stink! When I first called to confirm my rooms, asking for con-joining rooms, as there were 5 of us, they had us in two different parts of the building, when we arrived was given a room next to our other room, when we entered, it was full of other peoples things! The employee said he didn’t understand but the residents of the room stated they\'d been there for a month with no plans of moving! The employe lied to me! We did get a rm with that room between us. Also it took 2 days to get a remote for the TV, there was 5 of us and each room had 1tiny towel and washcloth. No phones in the room, not everyone, like me has a mobile phone, there is no freezer in the refrigerator. There were no bugs found here, hugh deal!! Air-conditioning was great! Felt this hotel could have done much better. There were no apologies.

Completely outdated. Paint on tub was peeling so bad, you couldn't take a bath. Pool area was loud, and allowed to stay open past the posted time on week nights. Door lock was broken. Linens seemed dirty. Microwave was so rusted and peeling inside, it would smoke whenever you used it. There was a domestic disturbance one night, and the front desk refused to address it. Would not recommend.

The lady checking me in, was very rude. After giving me my card and telling me my room number, she never bothered to tell me where the room was located. After getting through the locked gates, I drove around trying to find it. I ended up having to go back up to the desk and asking where it was. She did walk out and show me, but she seemed exasperated by having to do it. The room was older, and although it looked like they had tried to update the bathroom, the toilet pulled against the wall. Every time someone sat down, the tub faucet constantly leaked, And there was an old nasty couch sitting in the room. I ordered pizza to be delivered and once the delivery person got there, they called me and told me I had to go upfront to the lobby to get the pizza because they wouldn’t allow them past the locked gate. That completely defeated the purpose of having delivery, because I had to get in my car and drive up to the front in order to pick up the pizza. The next morning, I went to my car and when I returned, I couldn’t get back into the room. It would show green like the key unlocked it, but it wouldn’t open the door. After about seven minutes of jamming and trying and pushing and pulling, I finally got it to open. Then when I went to check out the girl behind the counter, told me they couldn’t give me a receipt! Staff was horrible all the way around and I can’t say as I enjoyed the room either. Would not be anywhere I would go back and stay.

Its a great place to stay ...well ran security on site ...pools clean ...its not fancy but its comfortable rooms are clean n large...private off highway ...gated ...guests are nice ...quiet at night ...no rif rath or people hanging out all hours of night ...peaceful ...

I did not realize that the property hosts long - term renters who have addiction (meth) issues. The pool was the best part of staying there. They should burn it down and rebuild.

For the cost this place was solid. Definitely seen some better days but was affordable and people kept to themselves. Only issue was the pool. We booked bc of it (compared to similarly priced locations in the area) and we were told multiple times it would be ready for use “tomorrow“. Then we were finally told it would be “a while“. This was incredibly frustrating. The shower had warm, but not quite hot water. This wasn’t a huge deal since it was over 100° there during our stay

The room was deplorable, and we had to clean it ourselves. The tub had a layer of grime so thick i had to scrub it 3x just to see the shine of the sealer on the tile. Black mold around the tub, toilet, sink, door, and the ac. Infested with roaches and fleas. Blood stained mattress. Constantly refused for a blanket or linens. No garbage can. No astray for a smoking room. TV didn't work. Severe attitude from staff after complaint. Refusal of reimbursement due to nature of booking.

There are bugs in room, fridge is smelling so bad, only 2 towels they gave us, cockroaches were everywhere.

The price was good the only issue is cleaning they could be cleaned better there was stuff left in fridge and rooms need to be sprayed for roaches

I've never been to a motel this bad. Beer cans outside on the ground and trash cans overflowing with garbage. That's before I even went into my room. In my room the TV had about 5 black round spots that had zero picture. There was no remote for the TV. And I killed probably around 20 roaches coming from the bathroom and the outside door. The microwave was rusted on the inside and had no glass plate to set the food on. The Blankets smelled like sweat so I slept on top of everything.. I couldn't believe this owner would allow this. I should have moved to another motel but I was only there for 2 nights and didn't want to move everything out again. I was very disappointed.. And I have pictures of it all in case they try to say I'm lying...

Everything was dirty gross and outdated

Easy parking, safe, and quiet. Needs to be cleaner, needs an immediate exterminator to cure the bug problem. The room had roaches which automatically makes the rooms unusable and the experience poor.

Pictures were very misleading, dirty floors, bathtub had a layer of black dirt, pillows were dingy and sheets/room smelled like cigarettes even though I was in a non smoking room. The facility gave cr*ck house. Every day I was there I had to go to the office to reactivate my room key. Plus side it was ‘per friendly’ but I still had to pay a deposit (which I did get back at check out) even though he’s a service animal. I ended up checking out early as I didn’t really feel safe.

The bed had bed bugs and eggs all over the beds and the bathroom hadnt been cleaned in i dont know how long

Had a lot of roaches and bugs absolutely NASTY!

Bathroom had no door, the shower curtain was filthy. Towels are suppose to be white not yellow and the bed sheets as well. Floor was cracked tv didn’t even work.

After a one hour drive to get further inland to escape the possible storm surge, I find that the curtains were about 2 inches short leaving a gap that anyone passing by could easily peek in to. There was no chair in the room to relax into. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom along with no running water in the tub for a shower.

Room needs upkeep. Mattress was old and worn down. Room smelled musty. Shower head was small and did not provide enough coverage or water pressure. It was green and clogged from calcium build up. Killed 2 roaches in room. Refrigerator froze drinks placed in it.

Staff were nice however the room had many minor issues that made the stay feel like it was just enough to make it through the night and be somewhat comfortable. For example, the shower-head is interesting to say the least. It’s kind of like a hose and all the water comes out straight all at once. Didn’t have a shower-head but it wasn’t too crazy.The bed is fine but questionable stains were found. Again nothing too crazy. Toilet broke a few times, but it was fixable and we didn’t need to contact anybody. So again nothing too crazy. Found a few bugs but again nothing too crazy. Microwave was a little finicky, but again nothing too crazy. There was one lamp and it was a little lopsided, but nothing too crazy. There was supposed to be a second lamp, but you could tell it got ripped off the wall, but at least we had the other lamp so yeah, nothing too crazy. Electrical outlets were a little pulled out. But nothing too crazy of course. No trashcan but there was a small measly bin in the corner of the countertop near the sink so it wasn’t too crazy. Smelled like cigarettes and some other unrecognizable smell if you will but again nothing too crazy. The bathtub was beat up a little and a bit uncomfortable, but nothing too crazy. There was a singular towel placed so not enough for two people, but there was in fact a smaller towel so nothing too crazy. And the last thing I would say is the key card didn’t work on the second day, not really a huge deal but again nothing too crazy.

I didn’t like the fact that there was an obvious issue with the toilet in my unit when I arrived. Furthermore I was extremely disappointed when I used it and it didn’t flush, leaving the entire room smelling like feces. The toilet didn’t work for 2 days. The room smelled like poop for 2 days. Had I been aware of this I would have booked somewhere else. The hotel staff knew of this before I arrived.

1/10..... No phones in the room, no remote to the TV, no chairs at the desk, fridge didn't shut correctly, no plate in the microwave, burn holes in the blankets, ripped curtains, and a bug crawled out of the fridge when we were leaving....Thank goodness it was just a sleep stop, good thing the beds were comfy.

The TV didn’t work all I got was static. The room is noisy from people outside standing and talking, and the people in the pool that was out there from 11am to 9pm. The bed was a spring mattress and it was very uncomfortable. The tub was really dirty and there was some kind of mold on the shower curtain that was orange. This room was really horrible and I would never stay here again. Also to add my daughter got another room on the first floor and she had to get a new key card 3 times because it didn't work. There were holes in the walls and there wasn’t a microwave in the first fooor room. The ac worked well but the ac filters look like they haven’t been changed in years. Would never stay here again.

there were bugs in the room the toilet was running one bed was sagging in the middle curtains were nailed to wall so u couldnt close properly just a place my family didnt feel safe also a lot of unsavory characters in the parking lot but they did have an armed guard walking around for your protection just remember the pics online do not represent the rooms offered at all we checked out 5-10 minutes after checking in with no refund

Took a shot on a cheap spot visiting for a week. Had to refuse first two rooms offered due to smell/stains or no lock/tv. Bought trip insurance with Expedia but it was wasted money due to arriving a quarter hour late. Nice Chinese food restaurant next door tho.

My original room front window was open and when I tried to secure it there was no locking mechanism, there was no microwave and the door was flimsy. The replacement room had an unmade bed, the front door apparently had been forcibly opened, the bathroom door dragged on the floor, etc. we were so tired and frustrated with our rooms that I went to Walmart and bought my own soap and Lysol to disinfect the entire room and I slept fully dressed on top of the bed linen, and didn’t use the soiled towels to take a shower. I actually washed my self using the sink and my own towels. I had purchased the room online using Expedia and it was a non-refundable purchase, and I was so tired that I simply tough it out. Sadly it was the first boys only out of town trip for me and my 15 year old son, but because he was simply too excited about our adventures I kepted a smile on my face and didn’t express outwardly how I was upset. Both rooms that we went into that night were rooms that needed renovation and security issues with broken doors. I actually pushed the table in front of our door to slow any possible threat that may have tried to forcibly enter our already pushed in flimsy door. Thank God I didn’t have to actually go to war with anyone . Be careful with this place. I really would like a refund.

The website said they offer wifi but we couldn't connect with any of devices. The fridge was broken, and the microwave was so dirty we couldn't even use it.

When we checked in, we paid for 4 people for one room. I asked if we could have four towels in our room, one for each person. The man at the desk said he had no access to the towels. When we got to our room, we found there was only one towel and nothing else. No washcloth. No cups. No soap. No shampoo. In the morning, we told the new man at the front desk that we only had one towel for four people, even though we had paid for four people to stay. He was indignant, unfriendly and showed that he did not care about the experience. And all around, not nice at all. For this experience, I thought that I should be given at least a small refund or a I’m sorry. Unacceptable behavior from the staff.

The service provided at the front desk was good but that’s about all that was good with the stay. The first issue was that my door key didn’t work and I had to go to the front desk every time I wanted to get back into my room. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. When I brought that to the attention of the front desk, they just said “I’m sorry to hear that “. The bottom line is that that this is a seedy place with sketchy customers. I couldn’t afford anything else when my house flooded, so it worked out for that.

The girls in the front desk were great . Housekeeping girls were complete opposite. Very rude and unprofessional.

I did like the maid Tammy.But everyone else, especially the ppl that run the hotel.Were extremely rude, disrespected my wife,and 74 y/o father.They treated us like we were trash

The room stunk. floors were filthy & sticky, couldn't close bathroom door because the couch was in the way, no place to hang clothes, leaves blew in from under door, and it was my husband & I and it took 3 days for us to get 2 towels and 2 washcloths (after asking the day after we registered). Also front sign by road never lit up. Making it difficult to find it after dark. Will never stay there again. Got sick after leaving there.

I like the location as it was located close to all of the stores that I needed.

Drove 1hr through traffic. The place looked nothing like advertised. I drove right in front of the hotel and told my driver I didn't want to stay..I was by myself and it looked like a rugged motel for truckers not for some ( women ) traveling by themselves. It was facing the main road with lots of traffic. Not close to anything.

Comfy bed nice pillows. 50.00 cash deposit. Many homeless. Very old, room signage poor. Felt unsafe walking around. Very slow check in and check out

This place was absolutely disgusting and there was people all in the parking lot doing shady things and it was not safe, especially for a single woman. I would not recommend this place for anybody to stay at.

Room was very rundown and small. The whole place was very raggidy. Cops where there for other customers. Rooms bath would not stay full. No real hot breakfast. Pool was closed early. Just all out bad experience i went to palm bay and got a nocer hotel room for cheaper. I will not be staying here again.

Excellent service enjoying our room was very sad that there was no coffee maker in the room after our long trip and having to get up early in the morning that would be a nice asset thank you
