Add a few outside chairs so guests can sit out in the beautiful weather if they wish. Otherwise nice, clean, quiet place to stay! Lots of history in this beautiful area!

The room was clean and modern, not very people gathering friendly. No outside area to gather, no chairs. Ice machine was out of order. It's find for a quick overnight, ot so much if you have an extended stay.

Staff was great, they let us check in an hour earlier. The young man behind the desk was amazing and so accommodating. There were 4 of us to a rm and we had 3 cars. They had no problem with letting us park all 3. There is a mexican restaurant at the hotel. The food was very good the waitress and bartender were great! I have nothig negative to say about the hotel. It could use some updating. But I will and cant wait to stay again.

Very convenient location, older motel was clean and surprisingly quiet given it’s located behind a restaurant and comedy club. Plenty of parking. Bathroom had no counter space, toilet chain kept coming off, no ventilation so towels didn’t dry.

Although the location is within a three minute drive to downtown Doylestown and it is quite convenient, the cleanliness of this hotel is very poor. Our room smelled of mildew and the bathroom sink was broken and did not drain properly. The carpet was so dirty that the bottom of my socks became black after walking around the room. The vending machine even distributed the wrong beverage. It was a very disappointing experience and we regret choosing this hotel.

Checked-in and then immediately checked-out. The room looked like a place where someone commits suicide. Other “tenants” would stare us down as we went to our room. Room reeked of Fabuloso but couldn’t hide the previous smoke smell. Ran the loud A/C unit filter out the smells but only made it worse. Weird stains on the fabric “cuck chair”. This used to be a Days Inn that I guess was abandoned and then got a new coat of paint to hide the blood stains

This is a very clean, economical place to stay in the heart of Doylestown. The room was clean, basic, and it got the job done. The only drawback was the ‘old’ smell in the room. I was able to borrow air freshener from the main office which helped a little.

The room smelled like mildew. The air conditioner was loud and was not very efficient. Worst of all, the bathroom fan that comes on when you turn on the light made terrible sounds. It was like it had to psych itself up with grinding noises to work. The noise it made to do so was loud and grating. I was afraid we were waking up others or disturbing them with the noise. We couldn't get out of there fast enough in the morning.

I stayed here for a night while visiting New Hope. The room was clean and comfortable and I was able to get a good night’s sleep. The room also had a mini fridge and the water pressure in the bathtub was great. Service was also good and friendly. The only drawback was that some of the lights and the alarm clock didn’t work.

I'm giving the property a middle of the road review. Most reviews are either great or terrible but if you look at the property for what it is the rating should be more in the middle. The price was right and the room was clean which are pluses. The mattress was tired and the room décor was bad which were negatives. If you're expecting a Hampton or Fairfield you'll be disappointed but if you're looking for a reasonably priced hotel with a clean room and good shower for a night this should fit the bill.

Location was perfect. Near enough to an appointment in Doylestown on the main highway but far away from traffic noise. My sister is handicapped so parking and first floor accommodations were easy to access. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean. Will definitely stay there when I have my next appointment.

From photo I thought the inn was in town. It is not. No way to walk anywhere. The rooms are supposed to be smoke free but the two we were offered stank of cigarettes. We opened window, despite the cold. The bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom clean, with ready hot water. But, there was only one tiny piece of soap. Coffee maker didn’t work and no coffee available in lobby. Wi-Fi strong and man at front desk very nice and accommodating. Also, easy access to major expressway if one is passing through town.
