We noticed right away that some of the common areas were very dirty and cluttered, but our room itself appeared clean. We didn’t sleep well the first night because we ended up having some issues with the room (broken AC, leaking toilet, shower not working), but the night shift promised to move us to another room for the second night. There was big miscommunication between the shifts, but eventually we got a different room with working AC and shower (toilet still leaked though). We were told our morning coffees would be comped due to the inconvenience, but they were not. We absolutely loved the bartender on Saturday (I believe her name is Tara?). She is a literal superhero and deserves the world. Her service and friendliness made our stay worthwhile. Overall, our stay was not worth the price we paid, but we were still grateful to have decent beds somewhat close to the music festival without breaking the bank.
