We live at the West Wing, it’s easy to get to the nearby convenient stores, pharmacies and local malls( just a few minutes walk) I like the swimming pool on the roof top, overlooking a golf field. There is a warm water massage pool, though sometimes if it’s not bubbling,the warm water is really relaxing.

Dirty, smelly and dust everywhere. Careless staff at the front desk took my passport and never gave it back to me. I realized my passport was missing the next day when I had to take the flight.

The hotel is clean, and all the staff are friendly, courteous, helpful, and respectful to everyone. Our room cleaning attendant has been especially trustworthy, consistently keeping the room well-dusted and perfectly arranged. The only suggestion I have is regarding hygiene protocols: it would be helpful if trash cans were provided with liners or trash bags, and if cleaning attendants were supplied with disposable gloves. This would help keep their hands clean and reduce the risk of spreading bacteria, especially when handling towels, bedsheets, blankets, glasses, coffee cups & utensils.

I booked a suite & stated to have a balcony. Checked in on 19 Dec but was told the room allocated does not have a balcony. The hotel eventually changed the room on 21 Dec to a room that has a balcony. In return, the hotel offered late check out for me at 1600hrs on my checkout day. In general it is a very class hotel but the room (with the balcony) allocated to me has an aircon water leakage in the main bedroom and the aircon in the living room will turn off by itself without any timer set.

I was upgraded to bigger room because I’m an elite member. Unfortunately the room was further away from the connecting casino and mall the room was bigger. Unfortunately I was not able to sleep neighbors on the floor were being extra loud the bass music was coming though the walls. I don’t want to be a male Karen but from at least 2 am to 6 am loud music. I had to call the front desk. I cannot believe that with the cost of the room partying would be allowed.

The air conditioner was broken. Waited hours to switch to another room. Room service food was the worse I ever had. After 2 days of staying there I got violently ill. Had to go to the ER. Missed my flight back. Had to move to another hotel.

The personnel (front desk and Marriott Cafe) needs a lot of retraining. The telephone is not working, the TV remote is low batt. Only the wheelchair support personnel are the only efficient.
