11 floors, elevator only goes to the 10th. The cafe was average. Always out of something, no lettuce one day or out of buns the next. Front desk and security were great.

Booked a standard room which was on the 11th floor (all standard rooms are on the 11th floor) but the lifts only go up to the 10th floor. (I personally didn't mind but it may be difficult for those with disabilities). The room was big with a mini fridge, cable TV and a dining table. The cable socket was detached from the wall but not a big issue. Towards the end on my stay the Aircon unit started leaking a lot of water. The WiFi was a bit flakey. It has a pool and restaurant on the second floor and a hidden fish pond at the back which was a nice find. The rooms have a certain rustic charm about them. It was comfortable and I wouldn't mind staying there again even with it's little faults.

The property was very nice, staff was professional and courteous, and the location is convenient. The 3 bedroom is very spacious, the beds are comfortable and the amenities are good. The restaurant is comparatively pricey and the food is mediocre. Took a long time to get our meal in an uncrowded restaurant. Overall a very nice stay.

I have been coming to Copacabana for several years. It’s not a high end hotel but it’s clean , close to MOA and airport, staff is friendly and helpful especially the doormen/ woman guards. It’s not quite as fresh as it used to be but still my Go to reasonably priced hotel. The restaurant is ok with basic Filipino/western dishes and the interior was upgraded recently. The restaurant also is on the pool deck and you can eat by the pool if you wish. On my visit this time I was craving a western breakfast after a month in the province enjoying longanisa/ticino itlog and rice breakfasts , but the restaurant didn’t have any bread so I hit the 7-11 close by. Can’t have a western breakfast without toast! If you are looking for some groceries a little closer than MOA there is a Merry Mart grocery in the double dragon plaza on the other side of Roxas.

The tv system needs a TOTAL upgrade. Smart tv is a must. Cignal tv service is garbage, coax cables loose and worn. A micro wave would be nice...it is 2025. The towels and beddings are worn and out dated. Floors are black .soot dirty...cant wear white socks. This year, have noticed that only one small roll of toilet paper is provided and ran out in the middle of the night which is kind of annoying. Been going there for atleast 10 years...guards are like family, always remember us very helpful and professional. Hotel is in a good location and safe.We Got a good room this time away from traffic noise. Food is a bit spendy.

For many years I have been staying here. The staff is still as wonderful as ever and helpful. The Hotel is showing it's age though. Water stain running down wall near bedroom sink wall. Toilet malfunctioned, water pressure terrible in sink. The regular price for the hotel is very high for room value. I got a special price which made it somewhat bearable. Tried to continue but would have had to double my price. Still OK hotel I guess but got a better deal at nearby 101 Hotel which was much nicer. closer to Mall of Asia, etc.

Great value for the location, being so close to MOA! Building is a bit older though, so you need to expect that things aren't that modern. The wifi was a bit slow and disconnected sometimes, but I didn't need it that much anyway.

I did not like that i booked a room for two people, and they didnt let my wife enter the room at 4:00PM to relax there before my arrival late at night. Then she asked if she could stay in the lobby and wait, they wanted 2300 Pesos in security deposit first.

Checkin, as posted, is 3 pm. I arived aroumd 2:40 and it was almost 4 PM before I was taken to my room. The experience was so bad that I cancelled my followup 2 day reservation and went to a nearby hotel.

I love the way they handled my reservation. When they saw we’re seniors they didn’t hesitate to upgrade our room to a suite as I mistakenly reserved a room in the 11th floor that doesn’t have an elevator

The property is in a poor location in the path of planes taking off from Manila international airport. Also it’s very close to a main road where you can hear the traffic. Breakfast was simple , rice meat and egg with coffee. If you want to order food,it’s very expensive. The two stack pancakes is almost $5.00.

However the location is very noisy even at night since it is located in a shopping area, very crowded and most of the time the traffic is really heavy in that area.

This is not my first visit to this hotel. I always found it a comfortable clean hotel in the middle of chaotic Pasay. Their menu has changes, it was paper menu with good descriptions or pictures, previously . Now they changed it to an online menu, with little to no descriptions. If I was a local and knew all the local choices, I may not notice. I feel hotels should cater more to travellers than to locals though. Also, prices have almost doubled in the last 6 months when I was here last.

Burger is great, smoker friendly, clean pool, really friendly staff. Been going there for years and a place you can ACTUALLY get all on the menu. Unlike others say SORRY SIR, NO STOCK. GRRRR.
